Buying a guitar can be a somewhat daunting process, but Doug made it incredibly easy. Doug was a huge help in ensuring that my guitar was well taken care of and that it shipped and arrived safely. It even arrived much earlier than expected, which was a welcome surprise! The guitar is in pristine condition: plays and feels like a dream, thanks to a great setup by the WildCat team. I have never written a review for a business before, but this time, I needed to write this review. Wildcat Guitars is unlike any other guitar shop I’ve been to. I talked with Doug over the phone and I knew I had to check out this shop. He puts customer satisfaction before anything else and is so kindhearted and chill. After speaking with him on the phone, I drove more than 3 hours just to go to the shop and I have to say, IT WAS SO WORTH IT. They have amazing guitar selections for any guitarist. Doug wasn’t pushy and gave me the freedom to try out guitars comfortably. I ended up purchasing a dream guitar there and I will definitely be back again. During my recent search for a telecaster with a reverse headstock, I found WildCat Guitars and an amazing Iconic Vintage Modern Tele with a reverse headstock they had on their website. My first interaction was with Bo and also had the pleasure of speaking with Doug. Within a day, I purchased the guitar and 2 days later had it in my hands. First, let me say how amazing Iconic Guitars are. I own and have played some amazing instruments and this one is probably one of THE best Ive played. Its now my #1 guitar. So cool. We just popped into Wildcat Guitars out of curiosity to take a quick look on our way to somewhere else. We ended up staying over an hour and I made a completely unplanned purchase of a beautiful guitar which is perfect for me. Doug was welcoming and interested in us, but left us alone to try out some guitars at our own pace. When we had questions he was there. He could answer our questions but also give us much more information and detail. Hes the best kind of salesperson - doing it because hes passionate, knowledgeable and genuinely wants you to find the guitar you will love. Its a also a great space - beautifully fitted out with a cool and relaxed vibe. I wanted the action lowered just a tad and Jay did that for me in probably less than half an hour. When we picked it up he told me what strings to use, and like Doug, I felt he genuinely wanted me to enjoy playing this guitar. I wasnt buying a high end custom guitar, but a reasonably priced acoustic - nonetheless the level of service I received was certainly special.Thank you so much to Doug and Jay!

Wildcat guitars is by far the best guitar shop I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing. My guy Doug is the chillest coolest sales person ever. Easy to talk to about all guitar things related. You can play any of the guitars you want to try out without feeling any pressure. The shop is a super cool, relaxing looking place that feels welcoming. I was looking for a PRS SE Angelus model A40E with a Tobacco Sunburst treatment and it turns out Bo at WildCat Guitars had a couple in stock. We quickly made a deal and their technician Scott set it up for me. Within 24 hours it was on its way FedEx to my home halfway across the country.It arrived in perfect condition needing only a minor tune-up from the journey. Scott had nailed the intonation at the twelfth fret. Thats so important, and tricky to get right, for acoustic guitars. Scotts a great tech in my book. WildCat Guitars earned a top spot on my short list of trustworthy and savvy instrument suppliers from now on.We all know who the big-house musical instrument houses are, but I will always check WildCat Guitars before making any other purchases in the future. An outstanding, hard-working company, I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Picked up a stunning Les Paul. It was setup perfect too! Doug and the team at Wildcat are spectacular. The shop is an absolute 10 and has some amazing and unique guitars on display in the showroom. I contacted WildCat Guitars about a custom Strat sometime back in 2020. I worked directly with Bo, who was awesome and helped me to make sure that each component on the guitar was exactly what I wanted. After a long wait (which was expected, the guitar was being custom made by Fender) I received the guitar in June of 2021. The entire experience working with WildCat Guitars was great and I couldnt be happier with the Strat 😁🙏🏻

From the first time i reached out, Doug and Bo have been nothing been great. They are very responsive and overall service is top notch. If you’re looking for an A level purchase experience, these guys will deliver. Plus they have an awesome selection of gibsons, PRS, and fenders. This is a great place that has a beautiful selection of top end guitars to select from and a very comfortable inside layout. No pressure sales allowed me to play and spend time with a variety of acoustic guitars and I ended up purchasing a Taylor 714ce. I cant thank Doug enough for his professional and courteous support. I will definitely be returning for my next guitar purchase.

I have been looking for a unique tele for a while now. I wanted something Custom Shop or Masterbuilt and came across a link in the Fender Custom Shop site to Wildcat Guitars. I browsed their site and found a few interesting master built Teles. Im in Texas... theyre in Cali so I was a little apprehensive. I called up and talked to Doug Diamond who couldnt have been cooler. He was able to tell me details about specs and sound, feel and mojo of the guitars I was interested in. Im super picky about necks and he asked some solid questions about the instruments I own and what I like to play, my rig etc and helped me pick out a killer Greg Fessler Master built Tele. It arrived overnight, perfectly set up and intonated! Im stoked. 5 star service and shipping. Well done lads. Next time Im in SoCal Im coming by with a couple 6 packs, you guys rock!

As a beginner guitar player, walking into a high end guitar shop was intimidating. However from the moment I walked into Wildcat guitars I was greeted warmly and shown where the PRS guitars we located. They were busy that day but that did not deter them from making you feel comfortable and showing you the incredible instruments they have. Needless to say I purchased a PRS 35th anni Custom 24. The gentleman that helped me was very friendly and he allowed me to play both a fender and a Gibson. I highly recommend this place to anyone that’s in the market for a custom/vintage axe with solid foundation and perfect feet action.
