Custom hats. Pretty cool idea. We wanted to give the gift of a custom lid...But NO gift certificates available. Needless to say we left very disappointed 😞

I have been coming here since my son was born 2014 and I still come for him 2021 ! My favorite store in the world since I am always buying hats. They were sold out on a lot of hats I wanted but its okay. Friend staff and the prices sorta went up but thats expected with this economy. The also do custom embroidery for your hats. Today the embroidery machine was out of order but its understandable because stuff happens.

Love this spot! The sales associate was super helpful when I asked for this very specific hat. She was super nice and helpful and even took the time to check the computer and see how I could get the hat. The selection was great too. I saw my favorite hat but in different color ways. Super cool.

Had a problem with some custom hats for my business. Jeremy busted his butt to fix the problem and went way above the call of duty to help me. Thank you Jeremy! You did a great job and thank you.

No one would help me! I dont know if they thought that I was window shopping but I had to basically beg for someone to help me. I attempted to ask for help 4 times before anyone bothered to acknowledge me. When I did finally get help and ended up spending a lot of money thats when they were enthusiastic to finally help me. Besides that i realized too late that everything was marked up 3x over the original prices @ $15 difference from the original prices on the merchandise. Will never shop here again

Average selection, small store, and a long walk being inside a mall (3rd floor). Lots of hats of same color and design. Dont expect hats with uncommon styling, editions, or designs. If you are looking for something different you are not going to find it in this location. Customer service non-existent here if thats a concern.

This is what is wrong with our world today!!The day before Christmas My husband went to buy a cap for our 4 year old and got his name embroidered on it at LIDS in the North County mall. My son’s name is Kai. When we spell Kai on our Apple devices or computers it always autocorrects it to “Kia”. Obviously no parent spells their kid’s name wrong! Especially not three letters. When the hat came back with “Kia” on it instead of Kai my husband, in the Christmas rush, grabbed it and came home. He didn’t notice. When he came home he was excited and showed me and I saw that it said “Kia “. We tried to hide it from our son when we gave it to him with the intention of taking it back to get fixed after Christmas. Mistakes happen, shouldn’t be hard to get fixed right?WRONGThe guy at Lids told my husband that they would remove the “IA” in Kia. My husband was disappointed but felt it was his fault since he didn’t tell the guy it was wrong when he handed it to him in the first place. My response, “um no!!!! Regardless of if you noticed it then or now, the damage was done, they made the mistake and would have to fix it”. He got the hat back and it is HORRIBLE. Like despicable, horrendous, garbage. Lids was perfectly fine with this solution! This is what is wrong with our world today, it was as if we owed them since we bought the hat. I will never shop there again.
