Awesome place.Tera and Tyler run a great shop. All of the counter personal are polite and they Hussle to get the pros in and out quickly.The delivery drivers are great Bart is always willing to help with clearing the pallets so he can take them back for me.

I am very dissatisfied with my experience with SCP Escondido and dont plan on utilizing their distribution going forward. I run a decent size, small business and know that I would not be in business if I treated my customers the way this branch treated me.I went into the Murrieta branch where I was treated professionally and helped with my order. They stated that they didnt not have what I needed in stock but their system showed availability in the Escondido, CA. branch. I placed the order for will call and asked if I needed to pay for it. This is where everything went wrong. I was told that this was not necessary and that I could have my guy pay when he picked the order up at the Escondido branch. I sent a runner to the Escondido branch where my guy was treated by Isabella. She was super rude, wouldnt take my company check, wouldnt take a card over the phone, and had a terrible attitude. We continued to offer solutions and she was less then coorporative. She Said that if we called the Murrieta branch maybe they would help us. She said, I dont know who you guys are and Im not going to help you. After calling the Murrieta, CA. Branch we were again helped, processed a credit card payment over the phone at which time we were told we should be good to go. Called my runner and asked him to go back into the Escondido branch and explain to Isabella that we had paid for the order and were ready to pick it up. She then told my guy that her system went down and she could not release the order because she could not verify payment. We asked her to call the Murrieta branch she refused to do so saying she didnt even know why we were still there trying to get our $2000 order. We talked to Murrieta and the nice Rep there gave her cell phone for Isabella to call her directly and she would verify over the phone that she accepted payment. Isabella again refused to call the Rep in Murrieta. Saying we would just have to come back tomorrow when the system was back up. 4 hour door to door wasted time for my guy. It gets worse, we called today verified their system was up and we could get our order now, we were told, everything was good to go. Sent my guy back down to Escondido again today where my guy was told what I had ordered was no longer in stock...my guess is they sold it to someone else, even though I paid for it? Two days delay on my job$$$, 7 hours lost from my runner$. Who is going to pay for this, my guess it will be me and not SCP Escondido. Murrieta was great Escondido is a nightmare.
