I was just in there and some lady was flipping out about how they didnt have her paint Ive spent tens of thousands here shes rude how hard is it?. The manager and all staff were exceptionally professional while dealing with this professional Karen.

Connor, the assistant manager is fantastic. Products are the best.The problem is that the manager doesnt seem to be around, and the store is grossly understaffed, leaving customers to wait and wait and wait.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Frank, store manager, is really great. He is knowledgeable, patient and always tries to give the best pricing possible. Lowe’s and Home Depot are ok but I go to Sherwin Williams if I want good information and advice on paint. Must be why I see all the painting pros shopping there and not the home improvement stores...

The staff helped me understand paint colors and how important it is to try samples before selecting as colors change in different lights. Great store!

What we needed was no longer available

Went in on the weekend 2 nice young guys behind the counter. They were pleasant but did not go out of their way, even no one was in the building and they were sitting listening to some obnoxious music. When at the desk very attentive and answered questions and gave good comments and options to me.

Good store to get paint

The website says they’re open to 7:00. I was there at 5:30—completely locked up! (I have no problem with them closing at 5:00, just make the notice correct.). I still believe their paint is good.

The employees know their paint and if you need a color match they do a much better job than Lowes
