Ordered a huge waterproof sail for my 15x18 patio. At this moment I’m sitting on my patio in Virginia during the 2nd consecutive day of torrential downpours. I took it down for the hurricane, but it’s withstood constant storms. This thing is robust.

I had to return the sail shade I had ordered because the color wasnt exactly what I had seen on my screen and the shade was too large for our area. I returned the shade and have not received any word from the company about receiving a refund for the return. They wont return email inquiries or my calls to the company. It seems Sand Diego Sail Shades is lacking in customer support, something that is essential if you want to do online business.

Great prices on outdoor furniture and accessories. Not the best warranties though. Ive bought a shade sale and an outdoor umbrella. They have some beautiful hammocks and bar stools, too.

Everything is on clearance. You get what you paid for. Im glad I stopped by today!! Also the owner/manager was very pleasant.

No customer service, very unsatisfied, purchase an item went home to install it two days later cord broke, it was defected. When I called they said they dont do returns for the item nor for your money back. Left message for owner to contact me, never did.
