Nice cars, high mileage on the vehicles and asking for too much money. Those prices need to be lowered considering the high miles.

Me and my wife went looking for a vehicle get there I was told that all vehicles was inspected already but wasn’t we test Drive two of them both of them needed a lot of work done to it one engine shakes needed brakes and rotors in need of some work done to it we test driving another one that NATO Sweek and noise when you drive it and hit the brakes the cover that goes on me for the wheel was in the back of it that was not expected yet then the Back door was not working we told them or we’ll get it done but when you go to sell a vehicle it should be already ready to go now I have to wait longer the sales man had a perfect attitude but the vehicles was not in the shape to be selling for that price will have miles on it but the staff was very nice but Bad vehicles I think they could be of a very good car place if they take pride in the vehicles and make sure they up the cold I think they’ll get a lot of business stuff very Nice very great that’s one day I could say my spurs of buying vehicles I think they could do better on getting better vehicles and getting them ready before posting them on the Internet to make sure they ready to go before work the public sees them do I think they could be better yes I can I think that they could do better at getting the vehicles ready before putting them on line so the public can see him but I love the staff I’m giving them a two star do I recommend them to people know I recommend you go and look elsewhere before you put your money into something that you get and you gonna be stuck with what problems because I was not satisfy me or my wife was not satisfied with the shape of the vehicles that we looked at today that was in it was in very bad condition my recommendations everybody please look elsewhere I know everybody got the owner opinions I think that they could do better on picking vehicles and getting ready for the public but they got great staff that’s the only that I could say good

My fiance and I stopped by here I asked questions relating to if she would be approved, gave a little info was told yes I can get her approved by I believe he said his name is Eric but when you call you get a automated answering service and says Derrick. So he says he got her approved at 23 point something percent $275.00 a month on a 7,500 dollar vehicle and he says he going to try and get it lowered and said he only needs certain documents she gets them and presents them. Then the lenders call her and ask question that have nothing to do with getting approved for a loan. Derrick was suppose to get back to her she didnt receive a call she called him, he said that he was with a client and he would get back to her sadly she didnt receive a call. Eric aka Derrick ran her credit without consent and she received a hard hiton grefit report whichh reduced her credit by 38 points when he was only suppose to get her prequalified which isnt against your credit. High mileage late model vehicles at rediculous prices. The personnel lie have you sitting around wasting time will deal with only high percentage lenders. It was an overall horrible most terrible experience. Next stop is BBB. Possible legal action.

Mr. Randolph was great and really was informative. He and his team provided a great experience, and atmosphere for a simple easy close. They made sure I was up to parts of the process. Primarily making it a duty to see me pull off the lot and I thank them. If its your first or another whip for fun. Go see them.

This place is the worst. I saw a truck I liked filled out the application for finance. Truck on the lot needs work. I call and call and get the ran around. To this day I still dont have the truck. Stay away from this place.

My wife and I arrived and no one came out to greet us as we looked around the lot. Finally we decided to leave. I was not impress. And the cars obvouisly were not the greatest shape. I bought my car in beginning of August, the transmission went up 2 weeks after, warranty only covered $1500 I had to pay the rest. transmission is $4000 btw. I just finish paying for my car yesterday gets it a tag expired in September. they won’t give me my tags because they say I have to give them another $700.... they couldn’t give me my money back so they through me In anything !!!!!! Do it at your own risk

If I could give less than one star I would. Well Maybe one star. My credit was bad and they were able to put me in a vehicle. They also got me financing through the most shady, selfish lender I have ever heard of. The interest rate is 24% percent. The Dealer also asks for 1000 down and you drive. Once you pay for that they ask for a down payment? Makes no sense. Also my loan amount was for 14k all said and done with interest. But on paper it totaled and estimated 27k. Most of which the dealer received somehow. My trade in amount was different on multiple sheets of paper and they asked me to lie to the lender when they called to confirm the sale. I did thinking they were helping me. They were making money hand over fist. Also they have a mechanic who signed off on work orders even if the work was never done. Not surprising in Baltimore. I know this because the dealer stated that he fixed a wheel bearing and after I got the car I took it to the manufacturer and it still had the factory parts in place. Rust and all. Car 1 told me I didnt know what I was talking about. VERY VERY SHADY. They want your money and dont care after. If you cant get GAP insurance with your vehicle without paying 600$ cash after purchasing your vehicle I advise you stay away. Never again.

Car one is a horrible dealership. They sold me and my husband a Chevy traverse. The car engine blew up after 28 days after buying it. The warranty company replaced the engine and it blew up again. It’s been in the shop for months. They won’t return my calls very unprofessional. They did nothing to accommodate us. Not to mention the showed us the car before it was inspected. They will not take there own car back. This a damn shame me and my kids have to walk and catch the bus while we make car payments on a car that doesn’t work.

This is the most horrible place to by a car from, they only looking to sell you a lemon I bought the car back in March had to take the car back to them more the five times for the same issue.And they sold me a vehicle that didn’t have an oil change. When I took it to my mechanic they informed me that there wasn’t no oil In the car if anything else couldn’t go wrong I had a whole in the transmission pan. Took back to them and they said they fix it but they didn’t not only that my engine was acting up engine light was on. I paid for a truck that had a book value 6000 they sold it for 1300 and now I have to get a new transmission because their mechanic doesn’t know what he is doing. They need to shout down because they selling lemons

Went to look at cars. Cars have a lot of problems and say inspected but they are inspected by their people and would not pass inspection anywhere else. Some say inspected and yet the check engine lights are one. They just want your money and are not concerned about your well being.

December 6th of 2019 I called their dealership to inquire about a vehicle they had in their inventory I called and salesman answered and all I asked was for the price of the two vehicles because they had on the website call for price after he continue to ask me questions and try to profile me several times I said listen I dont have a lot of time I just need the two prices of the vehicle so I might come take a look at them he still wouldnt do it I told him thank you very much I dont have time I said have a good day and I hung up the phone he proceeded to call me back and say why Ive got the prices of vehicles now and I asked him who authorize you to call me back he began to argue with me I told him thank you very much and I hung up the phone he then proceeded to call me back and begin to argue and yell at me I told him why are you doing this why are you calling me back and why are you yelling at me he said man Im trying to do a business and Im trying to make money and I dont care what you say I hung up the phone on him this place is horrible they have no professionalism and I would not buy a life jacket from them if I was drowning

We did NOT buy a car here! We had a specific car in mind from their website and called to see if it was available. They assured us it was, so we made a 35 minute trip (including tolls) to the dealership. Once we arrived, we were told they didnt have that one; they said they misunderstood and thought we were talking about a different car (we told them year, make, model, mileage, etc.). They, of course, tried to sell us something different and made up all kinds of stories about how they dont make money off Hondas, but have to keep them on the lot to be legit. They were very dishonest and pushy. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone!

Went looking saw something I liked the first salesman gave me one price. After thinking about it I went back told the salesman what car I was interested in he told me a different price but said it was negotiable. Went to finance manager he gave me a third price that was even higher and said I could sell it for more at CarMax. New it was games they were playing so went to CarMax found one there 1300 under what I wanted to spend.

This place is terrible with communication. They are very deceitful. They tell you what you wanna hear. I was gave the run around for 2 weeks. The salesman I dealt with wasnt telling me the same thing the manager was saying. When I went to try to get my deposit back the told me I needed to wait til Monday. When I told them I wanted to get a car they told me none of the cars on the lot were inspected. Over all Im through with this place and the games. Here it is Monday and Dont go here to get a car. All they do is play games. Took me calling the police to get my deposit back. They played games for two months of me trying to get a car. They have no communication skills. The salesman that was helping me I was told wasnt even a sales man. What I was being told was different from what the manager was saying. Ill never go here and my family wont get a car from here. They told me none of the cars on the lot were inspected.

I told the guy several times that I wanted just a simple quote and that i did not want them to run my credit because i was not purchasing a car that day and was just shopping around. He told me several times that they were not going to run my credit. I check credit karma and low and behold they did it anyway. When I asked the guy about it he lied again then I showed him on credit karma, of course he had a dumb look on his face and blamed it on manager, whom by the way when I asked to speak with him never came from the back. TERRIBLE PEOPLE TO DO BUSY WITH!!! Now I have to take legal actions to get that hard hit off my credit smh.

As i reported this to Mike well within the 30 days they give you to return the vehicle, i was told to wait for warranty reasons. When the day came for repair i was told that i had to pay a deductible for work that was supposed to be standard at the time of purchase. I was misinformed, and left out to dry...
