Im sorry but T-Mobile is horrible with customer service my brother passed away and Im trying to delete his phone and put the account in my name and I spent 53 minutes on the phone yesterday and got nowhere. I cancelled auto pay and an hour later sent an email telling me that theyre still going to take $100 from my account for an account that Im not the primary for. I will be canceling the service with them and have put a stop payment. Nobody is going to mess with my money!😠😡

I went into the store, looking for help with a problem, with my old account.The rep, I had was so ignorant to his responsibilities as a sale repHe seemed to be irritated with everything I said. Rolling his eyes, grinding his teeth.I ended up leaving the store, after hanging up, on another T Mobile rep, who was stalling to get a Supervisor on the phone. To help me.I have never had such a Bad experience, such as this before. With customer service reps.I definitely wont be stepping a foot, into that store again

Amazing beyond words.

I wanted to inform you of the great job that Mr. Santaze did while we were purchasing the S20. March 6th my husband and I came into your location to make our purchase at approximately 6:40pm. During our visit he walked us through the prices, plans, transferring of our files from our previous phones onto the new phones. Not only did he achieve all of these things, he did it with patience and humbleness. Our visit lasted until about 9:30pm. The store as you are aware closes at 9:00. At 8:55pm I began to apologize profusely.  I understand the importance of getting off on time. However his reply is what caused me to draft this email he said I treat people how I want to be treat, no better no less. He then noticed a gentleman waiting behind us, he then began to split his time between wrapping up our data transfer to assist the other gentleman.  While managing two customers he assisted us as though we were the only customers.  I could go on and on however I know youre a busy person and I hope my appreciation for Mr. Santaze is noticed by my words. I think you did a great service to the community by hiring him.

Store manager, Rudy, is always very knowledgeable and willing to help. I will only deal with him at this store, because, unfortunately, not all associates are that informative or willing to help resolve a problem. They are just there to sell you a phone or a plan. In todays instance, I will be going back on Saturday, when Rudy is back in, to hopefully resolve the problem we are encountering. If you stop in, definitely ask for Rudy.

Not evertime a winners couldnt fix my issue

I had been with T-Mobile since they were a company called voice stream. My business location had a dead spot they only place I experienced dropped calls. Imagine trying 2 run a small business where your primary phone line hardly ever worked. They kept promising new towers n better coverage, but never got better. Then when they opened there Essex location one of my partime employees decided he needed a phone for his use, he stopped by told the rep he was my gm in charge of operations, without calling me or even asking him for ID he was able to add his own line to my account. I never saw him again. Because of my lack of paperwork involvement my real gm took care of paying my company bills. Until months later during my tax time accounting I finally found I had been paying for not only 1 line but another 2 new lines. Contacting T-Mobile explaining and demanding first removal of these lines, then getting my money extra payments removed it took over 2 months to remove those lines. And over 2 years going back n forth with them to finally resolve things.

Very pleasant and knowledgeable employees was with Sprint for 13 years and my experience with T mobile is so much better

My cell broke and it was under warranty. They told me that it didnt matter because the part that broke wasnt covered. They wanted me to pay $250. to repair it and I said thats crazy! I went home got a 7.50 part off of Ebay and repaired it myself. Its been two years and its still working perfectly fine! All they want is your money!!

Absolutely the best... every time I go in they call me family. . But I dont have my tee shirt. . Love you all......
