They are very accommodating,helpful and nice people to work with. Always eager to help and answer questions. I like the fact that the pharmacist knows who I am when I walk in the door. I had a problem with a certain generic brand of one of my meds that made me very sick from another big pharmacy. They actually gave me a weeks supply of a different brand to make sure I tolerated it before filling my prescription. Ive never had a pharmacy do that before. It was greatly appreciated.

The people are awesome n they r excellent on keeping up with refills. N if they dont have sumthimg u need theyll order it! Awesome place!

Me and my son started going to essex pharmacy less than a month ago and quickly had to transfer our meds to another pharmacy because the pharmacist messed up on one of my meds, can hardly understand him and one of the ladies at the front desk is very very ignorant, never has a smile on her face and acts like she doesnt want to work there, this is the worst pharmacy that I ever been top in 30 years, very rude people I wouldnt recommend this pharmacy to another!

I’ve never used this pharmacy to fill a prescription before but I use it all the time to mail out my packages since they offer USPS services. The people are nice and always helpful whenever I have a question.

Great pharmacy, friendly staff, will deliver to you and they even call you once a month to see if everything is ok with your prescription.
