Wow, whats with the bad reviews? Were not in Roland Park, people. This store is a little small in the customer area, I am never quite sure where the line forms. Thats the worst I can say. The staff takes care of business & are nice to you when youre nice to them. The store is well stocked, the hours are very convenient.

The lounge part is lit. Good DJ nice music and great for watching football season. Nice food to when available.

Frendily service but the bar nextdoor is a good place to get a drink and have a friendly conversation with you bar maid

Facility is vulgarly disgusting. Floor is sticky. About 80% of the store has no price. Clerks behind the register are thieves. Over charges for product and strictly enforces a no return policy even if you havent left the store. I could keep going on, but this place needs a visit from OSHA.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Theyre linked up with Drizly, and on BOTH orders I placed; 2-18 packs of Natty and 1-30 pack of Bud Light, they claimed to be out of stock. Ill give the benefit of the doubt, and accept that. What I cant accept, is the fact that Ive called 6 times, with no answer. Judging by the pics posted for them, it looks like theyre more into partying, than they are taking care of customers that arent there. Thats some grade a customer service right there.
