I love this place. There customer service is on point. They are always fair and straight forward. They are always cheaper then anyone else I’ve called.

I took my Honda CRV there for a Diagnostic because the engine light was flashing and it didnt sound right. After inspecting my vehicle Dave called me and explained the situation and told me that I would need major engine work done on it. I asked him how much do I owe him and he told me the services were free of charge because they wouldnt be able to further work on my car and he was mad at the car dealership that sold me the car. Ive never experience a mechanic shop so genuine and honest with their customers. Ill take my car to an engine specialist as he suggested, but I guarantee you that Ill be back at Confident Car for tires and any other service they provide.

I read the great reviews from Google and patronage this business for the first time. Dave was great. He accommodated me as a walk in customer. He gave me a world class tour of the facility. Coffee/water. He had me in and out with a reasonable price for the tire repair I requested. Its close to home and I would definitely return for business!

I contacted this place for tires for my car after having some MAJOR issues at Smolic Tire. I spoke to Dave and he ordered my U.S.A. brand Mastercraft tires for me. They arrived as stated and placed on my vehicle with no issues! The price was even cheaper than Smolic Tires prices. Dave is very honest, and he will work with you! The entire process was smooth sailing!I had a really good experience there and plan on bringing my husbands car up there next week for an already ordered set of Mastercraft tires!! Great place to go!!

Recently relocated to area. Needed a reputable auto service to maintain my vehicle. Stopped by Confident Car Care and was very impressed with the overall knowledge, and GREAT customer service. Ive tried other auto service centers and they dont meet the level of service provided by the guys at Confident. Im very happy and will not hesitate to use Confident when my vehicle needs service in the future. Ive named them my SUV Spa service.

I purchased tires here on a recommendation of my brother. Good quality product. Experienced and helpful service. Have decided to make this the shop for regular service of my Toyota. Glad to have found Confident.

The men there were amazing and they were very helpful I took my 05 dodge and they were very honest with me the work I needed was well over the value of the car so I decided not to get it fixed but they even helped me find someone to sell it to for parts if I ever have issues with another car I’ll definitely be back..... and Dave is a very funny guy I would definitely recommend

They took me around while my car was on the lift and showed me what was wrong with my car, confirming what I already knew, and making me feel a lot more comfortable with what I was spending my money on. The prices were absolutely fair, especially compared to the other companies that used to operate out of this location. They work with you to make sure you get what you need done based on your budget.
