Brooke Salisbury designed our AMAZING kitchen, dining room and bar area. From cabinets to flooring and everything in between. She saw my vision and made it my reality. Due tothe pandemic she warned us that there might be delays in the delivery process. She kept us updated and Informed through the entire process. Surprise, everything was right on time and beautiful. I appreciate the open communication, the time spent with us and the incredible deal Brooke gave us to have a custom kitchen on a budget.

Jay was so friendly and competent in his job. He called ahead of time let me know what was needed, he explained well, and he fixed my items with ease. He did an excellent job! Thank you so much!

Ashley asked how to help without pressure, showed me exactly what I asked but explained not available now. I shared my personal need for it soon. She showed me alternatives but at no time was she a pressure saleswoman type. let us be to look around, answered any questions and was truthful in all as well as shared all offers I had. In the end I bought a new sectional, not what I came in for. Cant wait.

Scheduled time with Brooke to begin our kitchen planning. I am beyond satisfied with her help and expertise! Our Contractor recommended her and I knew instantly after sitting down with her I was in great hands. She has excellent input into the design and drew up (via computer) several cabinet styles. As promised, the very next day she sent over additional info and quickly contacted me when I had some questions. No high pressure sales either and great prices. Were so excited and looking forward to completing our cabinets here!

The staff were very helpful in pointing me to the correct area. As soon as I entered the showroom a staff member greeted me and asked if I needed help finding anything. I told him I was looking for cabinet handles for my new kitchen and he directed me to that area. The lovely lady in cabinets helped me and also directed me to some handles that were on sale. I found one in the sale I liked and she was able to order in the 7 additional handles to be shipped directly to my home. This made my day I have been looking for awhile and was happy to finally find something I liked at a reasonable price between the sale ones and the additional 7 we ordered.

We love this place! My wife and I worked with Ashley, and she’s one of the best salespeople ever! Super friendly, super knowledgeable, and not pushy at all! My experience with NEFDs consultant, Matt, has been fantastic! From the time I walked into the Kitchen/Cabinet department until now Matt did his part in making my vision (wet bar for basement) a reality.Because of the pandemic, getting material(i.e wood)l for projects has been a long waiting game. But NEFDs process was easy with a quick turn around in receiving most material. I only wish I found NEFD sooner. :-)

There is a large variety of product available. It took a while to be greeted but once that happened Austin was very helpful. One of the pieces I purchased was in stock. The wait for the other piece will be shorter than expected. The prices were a little higher than I expected based on advertising, but worth the purchase.

I needed living room furniture so I went to Northeast Factory Direct to look around. Once there Ashley immediately came over to help me. They have a huge selection of sofas, sectionals and reclining furniture. I ended up purchasing a sofa and loveseat. Ashley was so sweet and so helpful. I have no furniture at the present time so Ashley showed me options that were available for immediate delivery. I appreciate that as I dont want to wait two months or so to have furniture. I am very happy with the set I purchased. I think it will be a lovely beginning for my new home.

Found our WOW furniture here but was told it would be a 4 month wait to get it. Went to Big Lots(Yup, the sell furniture) and there it was. Same exact set, $200 cheaper AND we took it home same day.

We came Factory Direct after seeing their commercials to look for a new mattress. We were greeted by Austin. I told him we were interested in a hybrid mattress. Austin directed us to the bedding section. He explained the differences between the different mattresses as well as the benefits. Austin never tried a high pressure pitch. In fact when we were undecided, Austin excused himself to let us make a decision without his influence. When he returned, we told him we decided on the middle priced mattress because of the copper coils for my husbands arthritis. Austin was very professional and knowledgeable. We were also impressed with the large inventory. We plan on returning to purchase a sofa. We definitely will consider Factory Direct for our next hot tub and cabinetry.

I was greeted friendly by Ashley when I walked in the door. She asked me what I was looking for & took me over to where the beds were. Invited me to try a few of them. She answered all my questions. I came back the next day with my cash down payment and again was greeted warmly by Ashley who wrote up my order and explained the process of delivery, etc. since I had a great experience I will definitely come back when I want to buy other furniture.

After picking out some bedroom furniture and a mattress online, I went to the NEFD in Euclid to look at these items in person. I tried some mattresses after being provided info by the rep, Ashley. I discovered the mattress I thought I would like was way too soft on the sides and she was extremely helpful in assisting me with my selections/decisions, but did not try to hard pressure sell me at all. Very pleasant experience. Everything is ordered and I cant wait for my new furniture!

Our kitchen design process went great and our designer worked really well with us and gave us a lot of great advice. When we ordered our cabinets, we were told it would take 6-8 weeks and it wound up being more like 14 weeks which we understood since the pandemic has delayed things for everyone. When our cabinets arrived, we received a plain cabinet instead of the trash pull-out we were supposed to get, and 2 of the drawer bases arrived with no drawers in them. We spoke with our designer and the warranty department and not a single person apologized to us that our order was wrong. Within a couple weeks we were getting the things that were missing, but they only sent us 5 of the 6 drawers we needed and none of the drawer bumpers. We left a voicemail and emailed them 5 days ago and still haven’t heard a word. And still no apology from anyone. We started out happy, but have become very disappointed.

He looked up some specs on a bar stool i had looked at on-line.That saved us time looking further into that stool as it would have been to wide of a seat for our plans. We spent some time looking through the catalogs and found bar stools that suited our desires and budget and processed the payment right on the spot. It was a very pleasant experience.

They were so nice when you asked for assistance. The young man broke down everything that I wanted to buy and the extras. He made it easy. I would buy from them again. Prices are great!

Getting the hottub and the sales people were fine but the delivery of the hot tub was a disaster. I had to get my own crane and moving company. Their guy took 2 weeks after we gave him the info. He could never schedule it. They didnt tell us we had to get the crane till the last minute then they wanted 1000 dollars to load it (a machine does it) drive it an hour. Then my crane guy takes it off the truck and places it. The did not take the whole tub. How can you sell hot tubs and not deliver them. Many are in difficult areas and decks. I would find a company who can move these things. Cost me 2500 for that, CRAZY who would guess this. We were given around a thousand.
