It was very sad when I read the reviews on this CVS because Iβm from Acworth, Georgia our CVS is so good π a wonderful pick up at the window and inside excellent checkout time I actually have visited this location,, and I called in to voice a Complaint to the corporate office . I think this location needs a new manager that is there around and they need to hire people that have customer service skills,,, and know what it means to be a smiling face to the public I hope and pray that someone will fix the problem at this location because this location is very busy with 24 hour Availability and it is definitely needed in this location. Help is needed !!! The two stars is open because the front check out is good and the store is open and clean
This CVS is open 24 hours. That is why they get one star. (Otherwise Id give them zero). The staff is minimally friendly to the extent necessary to do business, but not a hair more. If you call this pharmacy on the phone, expect an average wait of one hour. While you are in the store, you will hear calls on hold continuously paging the pharmacy staff and go unanswered. Dont expect them to do much over the phone, however. I called to get a prescription re-billed which Discount Drug Mart did for me without any problems, but the employee had trouble understanding what I wanted to do and the pharmacist refused to do it over the phone under the stay at home order. She wanted me to come in or use the drive through for something that could obviously be done via email, fax, or phone. I forgot to mention...Normal products are priced very very high. If you dont use a coupon, youll be paying prices in excess of 50-90% over suggested retail. Very hazardous place to shop for those who cant figure out the complex coupon system they have.
The place is clean I was only there to buy a pack of gum
Stopped in there recently for some small items and to drop off a UPS package, the gentleman and the register was very polite and made the process easy.
Terrible. Canβt even help with a simple question. Maybe hire people that know what they are doing.
HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. WAITED 15 MINUTES FOR MANAGER TO COUNT DOWN TEAL. I WAS TOLD TO GET IN MY CAR AND GET IN THE DRIVE THRU TO GET MY PRESCRIPTION. BUT I ALSO NEEDED TO BUY SOMETHING IN THE STORE. SO I HAVE TO MAKE 2 PURCHASE. MAUREEN APOLOGIZED AND PRETEND SHE DIDNT WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. JUST RIDICULOUS.
This has to be THE WORST CVS I have EVER been to in my whole entire life. Full of clueless staff and the pharmacy is basically a zoo. This particular CVS what have a better rating if it burnt down to the ground and was replaced by a gas station.
Friendly and helpful.
The absolute worst customer service Iβve ever experienced from a pharmacy.. very very very SLOW! I ordered my medication 2 days ago and when I got there I had to wait 20 minutes at the window for them to hand it to me .. they are extremely rude and act as though they hate their jobs .. Iβm coming from Walgreens pharmacy and truly regret making the switch to cvs.. they are complete TRASH
Terrible experience. unnecessary waiting time even my prescription is ready. because they are not putting a person who is only responsible for pick up. Also prices are expensive than other pharmacies around. Also, I saw it firsthand they are not using any gloves while they are doing prescriptions. I never go again. There is no any customer satisfaction at all.
Drive thru pharmacy is always a 30 minute wait in line, at minimum, just to get to the window. Ridiculous.
Worse CVS Ive ever had to use. Judging by other reviews I see that I am not the one whos crazy. The pharmacy staff is very rude and will leave you on hold for long periods of time. The woman who answers doesnt tell you when shes putting you on hold. no matter how polite you are to her, she however, is still rude. Theyre not helpful at all. I went to have a profile transfer and they only filled 2 of my RXs. When I asked the pharmacist about it and she pretty much shrugged me off. I wish I could switch back to the Walgreens down the street. They had way better service.
Very slow at drive thru. Iβve never experienced anything like it.
I am sad that the pharmacist refused to work with my physician to fill my prescription. This location is very convenient but every 90 days I am treated like a drug seeking criminal even though I have a valid prescription.
CHANGING MY PHARMACY. I think the staff really does try but it seems like they drink Cleveland tap water or something. Mostly standing around like sheep, ignoring and forgetting about customers, never answering phones. Not to mention MILE long receipts that are a disgusting waste of space time and materials. Lord help this place.
Picked prescriptions
People working in store very nice.Pharmacy not-so-great, 2 star.Pharmacy staff is horrible very slow and bad attitude. I found one employee in the pharmacy that was very helpful and very polite Adrian was her name.
If I could give this pharmacy -4 stars I would. Takes 45 minutes to get through the line. Everybody in the entire store is rude. Just close the whole store and start over.
Came in for an urgent antibiotic, and was immediately told it will be 4+ hours and just to come back tomorrow morning. Rudely spoken to, and do not recommend this location
Sierra, is very patient and understanding. She was extremely helpful. π―
I Asked A Pharmacy Tech To Put in A Request From My Doctor To Get A Script Filled To Find Out That It Wasnt Filled. Im Very Im pleased With The Service That Was Given Just To Know That My Request Wasnt Put In.Its Not Only Inconsiderate But It A Serious Matter For A Patient Who Deals With Daily Medication. I Will Be Also Filing A Complaint With CVS Pharmacy Company As Well. Please Do Better To Help Us As Patients Stay Well.
This CVS needs new management and staff, very unprofessional and rude. The pharmacy is an absolute joke!
The pharmacy is terrible. I came in one day for my prescriptions which I was told were ready. Upon going to the store only one was ready. Ok not a big deal, came back a few days later because I got a notification saying its ready and nothing. So now this is the second time and I still dont have it. I was out of my prescription for three days due to this. The rest of the store is great, but the pharmacy is horrible.
I am an uber driver and as a driver we can stop in most cvs stores to receive cash back with our purchases. However, at this particular store the manager refused cash back as if this is a ghetto store where your customers cant be trusted to receive cash back. I often use this service all over the Cleveland area, however, this manager made me feel as if I were a criminal. I will not use this store again on 202 and lakeshore.
Horrible service. Waited FOREVER to be told to go to another line....then after waiting FOREVER again I was told to get back in the line I started in....no words can describe how upset...wish I could give them NO stars
Just called to have my prescription transferred and the woman was so rude and actually hung up on me
The worst CVS pharmacy I have ever been to they never answer their phone and they are very rude..
Waited on the phone for over 25 minutes with no answer. Had prescriptions transferred there because was told they had the items in stock. Since they werent answering the phone, I just drove there instead. Guess what. They didnt have the items in stock. Wasted a trip. They did have 1 in stock and I waited over an hour before I said screw it and just left. An hour wait time? That is ridiculous. The phone over the speakers are blaring 8 calls. And no one is answering a single phone call. Stay as far away from this CVS as you can. They are rude and slow and obviously dont complete any inventory checks.
My one star review is not aimed at the staff or quality of the retail section of the store. Ive always had pleasant, courteous experiences on that end.My one star review is for the pharmacy. I originally opted for this CVS as it had a 24 hour pharmacy as opposed to the one closest to my house. However, in the two years that my fiance and I have been utilizing that location, only a few times have we taken advantage of their late hours. My past two experiences there have been so offputting that I need to change locations. Some of the staff just cant be bothered and act like zombies and mumble at you. While I know that is a busy pharmacy and garbage customers can sometimes damage morale, I dont need that. Then there are the waits. I have actually written this entire review while waiting in line for the past 12 minutes. I pulled up and only one car was at the window and I thought Id be in and out. And that is not the case.Last time I went into the store and had a similar experience where the wait was excruciating. So I am done with this location.
Not my CVS. Yet they call me quite a bit to tell someone elses initials their prescription is ready. Called them and informed them not that person. Said it was taken care of. Called the next day with that same bs and then long hold for me to do them a favor once again.
This pharmacy is the worst they always tell you ready in an hour that hour turns into the next day and still nothing. Dont they realize people can die without having their meds .
Pharmacy girls are the best. They were urgent and very kind to me as I was in a lot of pain.
The pharmacys staff very nasty, rude this has been the 3rd time. They speak to you like garbage..I go to Walgreens before I ever go to any CVS.
2 pharmacists not wearing a mask, employee at the main checkout not wearing a mask. Ridiculous seeing as this is where sick, vulnerable & elderly people are the customers.
This is the slowest cvs in the country. Had 12 people walk right by me at the counter....
Some times (actually a lot of times) it takes a 15 minute wait with only 2 cars ahead of me to get a script picked up.
The employees in the pharmacy have the worst customer service I have ever seen. It took 25 minutes for 3 cars in the drive up window. When we finally reached the window the pharmacy employees ignored us for 5 minutes while they where leaning against the counter talking to each other. Go to the willoughby CVS from now on. The customer service at this Pharmacy is attrocious.
I must agree the pharmacy is horrible. At least 3 times script not there or found. Personal had doctor called and watched the pharmacist not answer the phone. Will be switching to different store for pharmacy needs. The Pharm techs are efficient however.
I have been going to CVS for years! I called yesterday to see if my prescription was ready and they told me it wasnt. I went today to pick up (waited 15 minutes in the drive through)and the Indian woman deleted my insurance and refused to take the card at first claiming I need to go to the end of the line because she didnt want to hold it up. When I pull back around waiting another 10, she refused to give me my prescription claiming my insurance lapsed. And told me it was expensive assuming I couldnt afford to buy it. She never even told me how much it was! On top of grabbing her ghetto coworker to come shout through the window! They are trash go to Walgreens if you value your health and dont want inefficient uneducated people handling your meds. They are lucky I had to give at least one star to comment ππ½
Update: worker at the pharmacy drive through was not using the drop box but opening the window, had her nose sticking out of her mask, and removed her mask from her mouth to talk. You might think people using the drive through want to limit possible exposure to Covid? How is she employed in something healthcare related, in the middle of the pandemic and when Cuyahoga County has a mask order?Ive almost always had a good experience with the pharmacy. The one exception is when a drug was out of stock and couldnt be filled that day, and they didnt call before my pickup time.
Horrible service I was told my prescription would be ready in an hour 4days ago. Today I went to get my prescription and they told me again it would take an hour. This location have turned into the worst CVS I ever been to. I will no longer go to this location and getting my prescription transfer to different location.
Friendly people and great selection on everything you need.
Polite staff great prices and amazing items
Terrible, just terrible.
Friendly staff, and organized aisles. It may stay open 24 hours like Walgreens, but not sure.
Very friendly and attentive staff...very neighborhood-y feeling. prices are meh
I am a physician calling in for a patient. Waited 10 minutes to speak to anyone. Totally unacceptable.
Too bad the pharmacy employees all pretty much all rude.
Better than Walgreens
Service was terrible tonight!!! Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes and no one ever came to the window to say anything. Even after I rang the bell 3 times!!!
Slowest pharmacy in America. Stay away.
The pharmacy is terrible in the customer service department.
Slow
