I was told the price of the parts without labor when I went to pick it up I was charged double what I was quoted. Went back the next day because there was still a problem talked to David the manager all he said was he didnt see the ticket because it had already been turned into the Dothan office,I know he could have called and checked the price but didnt. He had no concern that I was over charged very unprofessional will never use their service again.

We are from Monroe GA and were driving down for a few days in Florida. Stopped at the Shorter mansion and noticed the crash plate under my truck was hanging almost to the road. We stopped for help here and got it. They tried to add the missing bolts but the plate was bent back. They took it off and apologised for not being able to fix it back and did not even charge me. They were covered up and it was late in the afternoon but took time to get me on my way. I appreciate the service and care taken as we were a long way from home. And did not even take money when I tried to pay.

Super friendly staff! Went in expecting large repair bill for wheel bearing. When I returned later to pick up, they informed me the tires simply needed rotating. Only cost $21. Wow! Highly recommend these fast and friendly folks for your tire and auto service.

Took almost 2 hours for an oil change. If you got a whole day of free time then this is the place for you but if you actually have a life go somewhere else.. Nice people tho..

I got a flat tire about 20 miles from this store. Had to replace the tire as I was traveling from Tampa, FL to Birmingham. I called them and they had the size in stock, I was there 5minutes later. Gave them my name and they immediately started working on the tire. 20 minutes later I was on the road again. You never know what you are going to get when your traveling, but I was very pleased with this store.

In and out in 30 minutes on an emergency repair. And for a reasonable price. These Tennessee travelers thank you so much!

This is overall a great place to take your car when youre having trouble. I interact regularly with Josh, Connie, and Don (professionally) and they genuinely care about the customer. Great people. As far as productivity goes, the mechanics are always up to par and they get finished in a reasonable time. They also can take cash and card (unlike other places in town that left me stranded because I dont like carrying cash).

Came in just to get air in my tires and had to wait while I watched 5 employees stand around talking. Didnt even come ask if I needed help.

My fiancé and I were traveling home to Ohio from Florida and our car broke down in Alabama. Other shops in the area could not even look at our car until Monday (we broke down on Friday morning) but Jim Whaley Tires took us in right away. They found the part for our car to be fixed and their guys worked as quickly as possible (and even worked an hour past closing on a Friday evening) to get us back on the road 700 miles away from home. They provided friendly and fast service and we could not be more grateful for this shop and the people we were blessed to meet here. Southern hospitality at its finest!

I went in the other day for oil change, new tires and front end alignment. They were real busy as usual. I did not mind the wait it was well worth it. I figured if they are busy like that all the time then they must be pretty good. I am one satisfied customer. If I could I would give more stars. See y’all for my next oil change.

Visiting town for the weekend. Rolled in with a slow leak in a tire because a friend recommended this place. Great staff. Very prompt. In/out in under one hour for $20. Highly recommend this place.

These guys are great!! Picked up a 3in screw on our semi drive tire, sent their Service call guy Joel to patch it within 10 min. Had us ready to roll in less then 30 min. Many thanks, definitely recommend!

Competitive prices, excellent service, nice staff and installers, got my tires installed 3 hours after making the phone call. 3rd time I have used this tire company, been a good experience every time.

Need to start making appointments, also the receipt that you get their know detail information, part number,how many at, gallon or labor charges per hour, you just sit and wait for hours.

They fixed my car battery. We had 2 leave it overnite... Not bad. Last minute thing... So we appreciate WHALEY for taking it in!. Stuff HAPPENS!

A popular place! Very busy so get there early! I’ve used them for 2 months now on state equipment and so far... I am very pleased with the service.

Took a lawnmower front tire there to buy a tube first did not have the tube when i ask it they could fix the tire they had one then I had to wait over a hour to get the tube put in. You tell me.
