Love the quality of the work as well as the turn around i receive. I can always depend on my equipment to be handled with care and if cant be repaired then he doesnt expect to be paid for something he doesnt do. very professional and knowledgeable and he talks to you not down to you as if your are computer idiot. Will continue to use his services and recommend him to everyone. Prices cannot be beat.

10/10 would not recommend. I gave him my computer around June 19th and he stated my computer would be fixed around that Friday. If not then, it wouldve been around that monday. Then it changed to a Friday. I bought a computer screen and battery replacement to get that out the way before it went into the shop. Now here we are July 10. He states that I have the wrong screen okay thats perfectly fine. Then he says I replaced your battery, it would be $60. At this point I just wanted my computer back. I give him the $60 and he later tells me that he didnt actually put it in. He disassembled my computer screen from the computer and didnt bother even putting my old one back on. He shoved everything in a box. By July 5, my grandmother went in and they stated that he hadnt touched my computer yet. I paid $60 for a screen being taken off and apparently diagnostics, when I knew completely what was wrong with my computer. And later wanted to charge me another $300+ dollars for another screen and labor charges. Not professional at all or punctual. As far as receiving any voicemail that is false. I have received zero and will show.⁶

Awesome as usual! The gentleman that owns/operates this business is probably one of the most tedious repair guys you will ever meet. He will spend hours/days to try and make sure his customer are satisfied. If for some reason, he cant (which seems VERY RARE OCCASION), he will do what it takes to make it right.

10/10 recommend this place. The screen on my phone was cracked really bad and I brought it to him to fix it. He said he could but that it would be cheaper to just get a new phone (since mine was out dated) and that the screen may not fit the phone perfectly (since it was a straight talk phone). Instead of taking advantage of me, he actually saved me time and money.

Had two laptops and an Xbox sent in at different times for repair. In all those cases I got them repaired in a good timeframe and for a preety reasonable price. The service is really good and Id definitely reccomend them to anyone with electronics troubles.

I had a cell phone emergency and they opened up after hours on the weekend to get me hooked up again. The first phone gave me issues so he made it right and let me trade it in the next day on a Sunday and upgrade my upgrade. Definitely will be doing business here again. They repair flat screens, desktops, laptops, cell phones, EVERYTHING!!

He was busy but told me to leave my radio & see if has a chance he will look at it.Thanks Ill tell other about fair deal.

I have been going to computer city for years with all of t v phones etc. Staff is very polite and they fixed my stuff pretty fast. I would definitely tell all my friends to visit the store. It is so much more than computers

I enjoyed my visit at computer city. They provided appropriate service and great at what they do. I recentlly got my hard drive fixed on my laptop for an affordable price and the problem was fixed. dont hesitate to get great service at computer city!!!!!
