The pharmacy is terrible in every way but the other employees throughout the store were super friendly and helpful

Walked into this store in Eufaula and was standing in line at the pharmacy and the lady on duty was not concerned with anything I was standing in line behind another customer after the customer left the young lady on the register just simply walked away and didnt say shell be right back or nothing..I think this is not the correct way to handle a customer. Im still standing there she calls the guy who was sitting in a chair up so I then just walked off and left the store.The only thing I wanted to know was where some over the counter medicine was located wow never again

Terrible pharmacy ! They tell you they will have your medicine ready and you get there it’s still isn’t ready! This is really ridiculous, the staff acts as if they have no clue as to what’s going on ! You are literally just fixing up medicine ! Damn let me get back there and do it, cause this don’t make any sense ! Will be switching pharmacies ASAP! It has been since Thursday I’ve been told to come back; I called they said my medicine would be ready in a hour I get there they tell me they don’t have it they got to order it ! Okay so it’s MONDAY ! Still no medicine ! Do better !!!!!

The price of medicine is way too high here. Stay the hell away from the pharmacy. They are rude and very unhelpful.

We have been doing business at this Walgreens since we have been in Eufaula even when it was a Cvs there customer service is just plain awful in the pharmacy after today I transferred all of our business else where maybe someone from corporate will see these reviews!!

This pharmacy is terrible, the pharmacist and staff act like they are lost as many times as I have been in they still cant get my meds in order, have tried to charge full price on one of my meds that would be normally under my insurance, I have to check and double check to make sure I have been given all the meds that are called in, and God forbid you run out of a medication and try to get it filled quickly, even after you give them a day or two to fill it it still wont be ready, always a long wait and long line and pour customer service, the staff offers no help to you if you cant wait an hour (in my case im 25 mi away and they know this)I dont believe its Walgreens itself but the pharmacy and is employees .Do not recommend this pharmacy!
