I am not sure why the anonymous person wrote the only review here. The folks at German Technology are first class and always make customers 100% satisfied. Feel free to phone the shop and discuss any concerns you have with the manager, he and his crew are the best you will ever find. I suppose anyone can write an anonymous review slamming a small business.
