He offered to drop my vehicle off in my garage and even when we ran into some difficulty getting it into the garage, he said he wouldnt leave until it was safe in the garage. Hired for a local tow to move my truck (not working, need to repair) to my new house just a few miles from my old place. Better price than any other local wrecker that I called. Showed up a few minutes early, did exactly what I need and was friendly and professional the whole way.

Excellent service! I called them on a Sunday because my car wouldn’t start. The guy that came out was amazing, and jumped my car, and once it was going he followed me to Auto Zone to make sure I didn’t get stranded until I could get my battery replaced. Any type of car trouble stinks but a dead battery, nearly 35 miles from home on a Sunday is not how anyone wants to end the weekend. Very good, efficient, and timely. We had to leave the vehicle on the side of the road and they picked it up and took it to the dealership for us. They txted us with updates so we knew where the vehicle was at all times and when dropped off they sent us pictures of all sides to confirm no damages during transport. I work right across the street from one dealership and my vehicle was across the highway at another dealership and I need it this towing company to pick up my vehicle and when they arrived they called me to inform that I was there and at the time I was across the street with a another customer who had me for another 10 to 20 minutes and Muhammad who was the driver picking up my vehicle understood and waited for me. When I got to him, he already had my vehicle on the flatbed.When I walked up to the truck and introduce myself he greeted me with such excitement and a smile, I was thinking that he would be a little upset for the delay because I understand they have to make money and their time is money but he was smiling as if he was the happiest guy on earth and very generous. The cost is very affordable and everyone that I have spoken to has been nothing but understanding, generous, and very helpful. I will definitely recommend this towing services and its a reason why they already and still will continue to be five star rating.

I used to dispatch out tow trucks for a living, so I know a lot about the industry and am a little pickier about companies for that very reason. AB&A picked up the phone promptly, gave me an honest ETA of 45 minutes that they were able to beat and charged me a very very reasonable fee for a 1 mile tow.Lonnie was professional and kind and even gave me advice with what was wrong with my car and warned me if he dropped it and I had to call him back it would be a separate charge. I should have just listened to him because the shop I towed it to seconded his opinion and told me Id have to unfortunately get it towed somewhere else who could work on it. Luckily for me I was able to call back and get Lonnie to come back and do a second unattended tow at another very reasonable price so that I could just go home and let him worry about my car for me.I have dealt with companies who have stranded people, held peoples cars hostage for additional funds after getting to the drop off location and overall provided horrible customer service. AB&A gave me probably the best customer service with a lovely and friendly demeanor to the point where Im actually saving their number in my phone for the next time my 20 year old car decides to act up.

First of all let me just say, it’s 4th of July. With that being said, I made sure I stopped everything I’m doing to write this review. So this morning we hit something on the road on our way to the lake to celebrate this beautiful holiday and got a flat tire 🤦🏽‍♀️ And we were panicking. It’s hot and I had my two young ones with me :( we called everywhere for a tow and almost every tow I called was quoting me an arm and a leg plus more! I then called AB&A, I was immediately greeted by Madi.. he gave me an honest ETA and seriously the best price ever. Problem was though I already got a ride home and I needed to find a way to pay him and get him my keys. He worked it out with me and was able to get my car home and gave me updates a long the way.
