Great value! I happened across Greg when he was on another business call, but he showed up within 10 minutes of my SOS call for an in-driveway evaluation. He took down the required data, and left to pick up the windshield. He was back within a VERY short time, and did a highly professional job in my driveway; all while maintaining a very pleasant conversation, which did not detract from his professionalism AT ALL. Greg was incredible! I reached out to see about getting my windshield replaced and reliable couldn’t put it more perfect! He came out to my job, replaced my windshield, and cleaned up all of the mess, always a positive! Plus he let me know my old windshield had some scratches and smudges from my windshield wipers and proceeded to show me so he made sure he wasn’t trying to scam me! We agreed I needed new ones and he rushed back in minutes with news ones and installed them! I couldn’t believe it, you don’t find this kind of work ethic anymore. Better hope he gets it done right the first time because he won’t fix it.Had a windshield replaced and had a whistling noise come after the replacement. Called to see if he would see if he could fix it and he proceeded to shift blame. He refused to fix it or give me a refund and hung up with me while on the phone. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.I’m a mechanic and his customer service would be unacceptable at my company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. Use a larger company with better customer service.

This is a mobile glass replacement, you set an appointment and he comes to your location. Very professional and on time service. Competitive price quote; beat brick and mortar glass place by $200 for a standard windshield replacement. I was impressed and would recommend.

Very professional and affordable. I forget his name but the technician came out as promised fixed my window vacuumed the glass in my car. ***ONE VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER***I needed to get my daughters windshield replaced before she took off for college and decided to go with Reliable Auto Glass because Greg was reasonable in his price compared to the other businesses that I called. After the windshield was installed, my daughter noticed that the windshield didnt quiet compliment with the rear view mirror (the rear view mirror was sitting on the glass like a sore thumb). I called Greg and told him the situation. At first I was concerned that Greg might not take my call and if he did, that I might not ever hear back from him again. I have to say that none of those thoughts that I had, ever happened. Greg cared about my concern and acted very quickly to replace the windshield with the correct one. Greg was kind and very professional all the way through this process and I truly appreciate him for it.My daughter and I thank you again Greg!!!
