I am officially won over as a customer at HEB auto sales! About 10 days ago I walked in HEB to see what they were like. From the start I was approached by Mario and even though I wasnt ready to buy I was informed and treated very well. The next day I came back and closed the deal on a 2018 ford taurus. I very happy with my sales man Mario. I had one small issue with the car (brakes)and as promised by their 1000 mile or 30 day worry free period it was resolved. Brand new brakes and rotors all the way around. I have a great car with cheap payments exactly what I was looking for. I waited to do the review for one reason and thats to see how they would treat me after the sale was made. Its the same from day one great! I followed up on an add you had listed on Facebook for a 2013 Hyundai Sonata hybrid for $8,500. I called on Saturday September 11th to find out more about the car. I called your dealership again on 9/14/21 and asked to set up a time to look at the vehicle. I was told it was in the shop and would be available in the morning. I called about the vehicle on 9/15/21 and came in to look at the vehicle. It was sitting in your lot right in front of your store and a salesman told me Oh I am sorry we dont have that car that you are looking at....it was sold yesterday....but we have something similar to what you are looking for. I told him that I would like for him to let the owner of the business know that I will never do any kind of business with a company that practices shady tactics like the classic bait and switch of advertising a great price then when the customer arrives saying oh well we dont have that vehicle available any more but let me show you something similar (for a higher price of course).There are plenty of companies that you can buy 5-star fake reviews for your company. How about you earn some with great business instead.

Frankie Frankie Frankie great friendly salesman. Although I did not get the car that I wanted he definitely made sure I got the vehicle that I needed. I recently purchased a vehicle from “Heb Auto Sales” My buying process was in good time it did not take to long. I’ve only had a couple small problems with the vehicle which we will have resolved by tomorrow due to the span of the 30 day warranty. They worked with me on a lot of stuff as a FIRST time buyer. Mario was very helpful and so was the lot manager, they waited 45 minutes after closing hours so that I could drive off the lot since we waited for a new insurance to be faxed in. By no means is anything perfect but they tried and are still willing to try to honor the 30 day warranty they offer so my review can not be negative but a positive one I would still recommend Mario took great care of me and made the process feel comfortable for me thanks.

Okay one; mario did a great job getting me in my car and getting what i wanted. after the fact of getting my car they give you no guidance & have attitudes answering the phone when you have questions. mario and the cars A1 as a business they need to think about the other people their hiring . would never go back to the company itself but would buy a car 10x over w mario.

The best place to go. I went in to talk to Mario, but ended up talking to Q. These both guys go above and beyond to give there customers the very best. The vehicle i have now 2015 Dodge Dart. They jack you around and ask for tons of stuff, then when you get them everything they ask for, its somthing else. The $500 down any credit is BS....my sales guy was rude. After 3 days of messing with HEB, I took my business some where else and got approved no problem same day and drove off the lot. No one ever got back with me from HEB. I would not recommend this car place to no one.

Patience is key. Have your information ready and correct and wait it out a little. These folks are overwhelmed with how many customers they are trying to get into vehicles, so that would be the only semi negative thing I have for them. I will say I appreciate the candid nature of their staff and the curtness and honesty they have about availability. Again, if you dont have your stuff together, dont expect a fast miracle. I had the pleasure of being to provide them with what I needed and what I could do, and within a 2 days they not only got me into a vehicle, but it ended up being something better and newer than what I thought I could swing. That level of service really made me happy, and again, I really appreciate their help getting me into another car. I will definitely refer my friend and family as well as strangers. The car Im driving is safe and I actually fell in love with it really quickly. Give these guys a shot!

Do NOT get a car from here, go read their complaints against them on Better Business Bureau, that says it all. Our car was in the shop getting repaired more than we got to drive it. We’ve now been without our car for a full month now. And their response let it go back & we will get you another one, so ruin my credit is your suggestion? And the 30 day promise they don’t honor it, we were promised they would fix stuff wrong with our car, they never did. Stay away, far away!

I have used my extended warranty to help pay on electric issue I have taken my truck to the dodge house and still nothing. Because it is intermittent. I have had new parts put in by dodge and still not fixed. Your mechanic is the only one that has fixed it. Soon as I can I will be returning the truck as soon as I can.
