Because, they have alwaysbeen able to help me when I needed it. They have afull time shop with some one that will help you setup a rifle and scope. And install sights and they carrysome of the very finest scopes ever made. Plus theyalways seem to have chokes, and other accessories.I remember when nobody had ammo about five yearsago. I just visit this store with my husband. The customer service was exceptional. The sales person Josh P, took his time and answered all of our questions. I didn’t feel rushed or pushed to make a purchase. He gave me various options to what I was looking for. At the end we left satisfied and now have more knowledge than when we came into the store.

I was in Euless for work and that evening I had some time so thought Id check out Euless Guns and Ammo with absolutely zero intentions of buying a gun. (If you dont want to read the rest, I bought a gun and Im taking time go write a 5 star review, 100% will go there again and highly recommend!)Seth was very helpful and knowledgeable, we got talking about 3 gun competition and he showed me a few guns that would be perfect for me. Every question I had with no hesitation he had a great answer. There was no pressure from any of the staff members to buy but they made the decision very easy that I wanted to buy from their store because of the great customer service! I highly recommend that if youre a gun person and in the area to stop by.I ended up with a Walther Q5 Match 9mm

Went in to ask about modifying my handgun and the person I talked to behind the counter was very condescending and dismissive towards me because I own a cheap handgun and shouldnt even think about modifying it cuz it would be like putting a hemi into a VW. Not very customer friendly, plus, theyre selling cheap bullets in plastic bags for $39.99 when you can buy them at Academy for around $19.99, taking advantage of the ammo shortage. Definitely gonna pass. 👍

Been a customer for a few years now and they are some really nice people with great customer service. They do tend to get busy at times but they are fairly priced and have a great selection. Will be coming here for the forseeable future for my 2A needs

If i could give zero stars i would. I was told over the phone that they have 9mm ammunition in stock they said yes come by awesome so i went up there and as soon i walked in they asked if I needed help. Someone replied to him saying were already being helped with then he says Im talking to the masked man talking about me. Arent we all wearing masks? Then he says to me that he is out of the ammunition i was looking for. I dont know if he immediately didnt like me but that was very unprofessional of him to make me go all the way up to the store for nothing after telling me they had what I was looking for. Never again

I had a great experience. Went there with 2 non working shotguns. They took the time to look at both. They fixed my 20 gauge. No charge. Now I can go dove hunting for the first time in 15 years. Made my year.

Went by to get some ammo for home defense and the crew here was extremely helpful! The prices here are fair and I ended up leaving with more than I bargained for, and was still under my budget. Definitely know where I’m going for any of my firearm and maintenance needs! God Bless you guys!

Usually dont give 5 star ratings as I have been highly trained in sales & customer service. These folks know how to treat customers. I was acknowledged with a hello and eye contact immediately upon entering the store. It was obvious these folks were very knowledgeable about firearms. I found the parking easy and adequate. The interior of the store is displayed with a large supply of firearms. Their items (including firearms) were clearly identified with a description and price. The usual glass case handgun displays had each firearm tagged & labeled with the tag facing up..Amazing!. Very clean and well organized. I am not a firearm guru but the prices seemed very competitive. They have a wide variety of low budget items up to the most expensive. Stop by, you will be glad you did.

A very smooth and fair trade. No haggling. No hard sales pitch. They listened, allowed me time to think and compare. A great trade up to a 40 cal from a 38 sock, and only a $50 difference. Easy going. No pressure.

Been coming to this shop for quite a few years and have nothing but praise for them. This is the type of shop that you get individual attention from. They have a nice selection of various firearms (new and used) and accessories/reloading supplies. The bonus of course is that they also have a full gunsmith service/shop on site and dont sub contract their work out like other shops do. A big reason that sets them apart from their competition is the fact that they are shooters! Not just salesmen...stop by and see the differences.

I read through most of the reviews posted here, and thought I would speak on my experience with Euless Guns & Ammo... Larry and Ray were VERY helpful and informative... They both took the time to explain the FFL Transfer process to me, which I totally knew NOTHING about... Once I ordered my weapon they made the transfer process seamless, to the point when I picked up my transfer weapon I also purchased another one out of their inventory... I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Euless Guns & Ammo to any and everyone...

“Zero star rating”. The gunsmiths were nice and talked me out of sending out my S&W for some work at a reputable Gunsmith. They gave me a time of 6-8 weeks. The time came and went and when I called, got the run around. 6 months later I come in to pick up the pieces only to find out what was preventing the job was that they broke the hand on my revolver. When I asked, they tried to give me the run around how it was broken when I brought it in. They also were told that I didn’t want a “trigger job”. They did “trigger work” against my wishes. Over all, they don’t listen, exhibit incompetence with not breaking gun parts, and potentially very dishonest. I know it wasn’t broken when I dropped it off so either someone else broke it in the back or they are flat out lying. Buyer beware.

This needs to be your FFL and gun shop. Forget the big box stores trucking in defects and last years unsolds. Go see EGA

I have been driving past this shop for awhile now and decided to pop in and get some gun cleaning pads, and to check them out. It was pretty busy in there, but once someone freed up, I was personally greeted and felt right at home. I will come back, and look forward to seeing the new building expansion when that is done. ;)

Make the trip to a different shop! Ive been to this shop 3 or 4 times now, and never have a great experience. The other poor reviews are right on target when they mention not being greeted when you walk into the store and the workers acting disinterested in helping you. I purchased a hand gun here, and they made me come BACK in because they failed to get my signatures on paperwork before selling me the gun. Another time, I brought my 20 gauge and 9 mm in to be cleaned and serviced. The prices were extremely high. The rep mentioned how they just have the interns clean them. And then they never called me when my guns were ready like promised. 3 weeks later I had to go up there to get them because I couldnt get a straight answer over the phone whether they were ready, and the rep couldnt even locate my guns at first. Now, I have my guns back, and my shotguns pump action is no longer working unless i press the release button every time after shooting. Havent test my 9mm yet, so Im hoping it isnt messed up too.

Service is absolutely horrible at this shop. I bought a gun from a private seller and he chose to use this shop to ship the rifle. It has now been a week and the shop says they are still waiting on a box to ship the rifle in, even after the seller offered to buy them a box they are still sticking to the story that they are waiting on a box. Definitely would take my business somewhere else before trusting these guys.

Rude over the phone. I asked if they 9mm hollows in stock, they said no. I asked if they had any 9mm in stock, they said “When I said no That meant no across the board.” How am I supposed to know that?

Bought a VP9sk w/ red laser for about 700 after tax and the next day they had a model w/ night sights and an extra mag for only $40 more. Not happy at all with this store. Not to mention the weird looking kid that worked there had his head completely over my form while I was filling it out and it was awkward. Not pleased with my purchase or their store policies. Useless.

Just called up there to asked if they have any high pressure 9MM rounds in stock. Guy replied “No”I asked if he have any 9MM rounds in stock and his reply: When I said “NO” that means “No” across the board.Like how am I supposed to know that! Like seriously?! How rude!

If your looking for someone to greet you at the door with a smile then go to the mall and buy a purse, this place is a gun store you go in look around and if you need something ask and you will be helped, is it higher priced then the big stores, yes by a few dollars but I guess they have to, gotta pay the rent. Overall good place lots of stuff to look at and very far from any mall and just close enough to the strip clubs.

Took my AR in a couple months ago to get a stubborn gas block removed and have them install a piston kit. Did a suitable job. I did not receive my old parts back including the bolt carrier group. Not a big deal because I wont use them again, but even lawn mower repair shops give you back your old air filters.Update- they called me several months after the repair to let me know they had a box of parts for me that was misplaced. They could have easily kept it but made that phone call instead. Thank you!

Ive been an off and on steady customer since 2013. Ive always felt at home comfortable in this store. I took my wife there and she liked it too. The owner(s) work there. The staff are polite and knowledgeable. Overall Ive always been happy with the store. I think Ive purchased at least 5 or 6 of my guns there since 2013. It did go through a bit of a change last year after they remodeled and expanded but its still fine.I think the prices are what you should expect from a gun store this size. No, they arent as cheap as some online sites. But they arent outrageous as some have said. Come on, compare apples to apples. Other local stores are about the same prices depending on the gun or the week in question.Ive been consistently impressed with their ammo prices, even when compared to online. Ive bought a lot of ammo there.In general, you should be happy to have this shop in DFW. Give it a visit before you believe all the bad reviews. Then decide for yourself.And no, I dont work there, Im not related to the owners and I didnt get paid to write this. Im just sharing my own personal experience. Anyone can have a bad day, no place is perfect. But I enjoy popping in there every week or two, I enjoy it and its usually worth my time.

Went in to check on some ammo and a couple of clips...Sad that it seemed like I was bothering the Old Coot...When the young girl behind he counter hit the computer to check for the clips the old coot was grumpy and totally not helpful.That young girl with pep in her step and helpful attitude, who is probably their best asset, should most likely go find a better place to work as Im sure with LOUSY service from the Old coot people will not be doing business there for long.Good luck... Terribly place full of salesman and nobody has a clue about guns. I bought a scope and they couldnt even mount it to hit within 5 feet. When I brought it back, they told me incorrectly three times on when it would be ready and were extremely rude about it. They put the gun together backwards. Save your money and go to a reputable store.

Bad business, stay away. $200. to ship two guns? Highway robbery prices. Took them 6 days to send their FFL to another dealer to get my gun sent. Prices are criminal on guns and ammo, but the guys are nice. Im still tripping on $200. for a two gun ship.

When I walked in, I wasnt greeted. In fact I was given a dirty look. You always hear stories about black and Hispanic people being treated badly in reviews. Im white and received poor service. Now thats bad! I inquired about several handguns and a couple of knives but it seemed as if the employee wasnt very knowledgeable or wasnt interested in sharing the knowledge with me. The prices are above MSRP. For a hole in the wall place that is small youd think theyd have better prices and customer service. I dont know how places like this survive.

Had this shop install Tru Glow sites on a G17 2 years ago, guaranteed the sights to be accurate or bring it back and they would adjust, well they were perfect the first time, will use again.

Lazy associates who cant even send a simple FFL. Complete lack of customer service on simple FFL e-mail. Please use any other dealer. Why do they charge $30.00 when DFW Shooting Sports charges $10.00. The guys at DWF completed my FFL in 5 minutes and copied me on the e-mail. Again, please dont step one foot in this crappy (what they call is a store)

This is a great little gun store that offers quality gunsmith services, has plenty of guns in stock, and offers good advice if you are willing to listen. Ive been using them for about 2 years now, and they havent let me down yet. This is my go to place for NFA items. I know lots of people who have had issues with Class 3 paperwork, etc..., but these guys have been very helpful, accurate and timely with my NFA stuff. I wrote this review because I cant figure out what the negative reviews are about. I see a lot of return customers, so they must be doing something right. I guess there are two sides to every story.

I rated them 3 stars because they are the only shop I have visited that does not offer veteran discounts and their prices are more expensive than other shops around. They were charging over 12 dollars more for a mag that other shops carried.

I have been doing business with Ed and the crew for well over 10 years. While they are not the cheapest place on most guns, there are deals to be found. And if you pay the price shown on any new gun regardless of where you buy, then thats your fault. They absolutely know about the guns and other products that they sell as well.Their gunsmithing work has always been second to none. I do not own any of their shop built custom rifles but I did have them do all of the machine work of cutting, threading, chambering crowning, glass and pillar bedding a custom build that I bought all of the parts for and it is a 1/4 5 shot gun with factory ammo.I have no problem giving them a 5 star rating.

These people are very helpful finding hard to find stuff. Sales folks are very good and knowledgeable. But the gunsmithing over the years is where this place really shines, quality and pricing on work is the best Iv seen in the D/FW area. If you havent been there in a while. They have recently expanded. They carry lots of guns now. Its not little anymore.

Only asked a question about fees but ray answered very straight forward down to the cent while most people hate phone calls

Case Excellent customer services&reason able prices.

This place is the closest to where I live so I am sad to stay I still go there on occasion. The older gentlemen who I assume is the owner is flat out rude. Firearms are almost always priced above MSRP and ammo prices at just as high. I had their gunsmith install some sights on a glock for me and after months of shooting to the left I figured out that the front sight was installed slightly crooked and fixed it myself. Horrible.

Staff not very helpful or knowledgeable

This is a great shop. We dealt mostly with Seth & Kim, but everyone in the store was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable and it is my failure in forgetting their names, not them failing a polite introduction. I walked in the door right when the place started getting busy with a dozen questions in my head, my cash back at the house just looking, and my two little daughters in tow. Now my lovely little ladies (aged 7 and 2) are perfection personified to me, but to the general public at large coming in contact with our trio is akin to being in the eye of a small, giggling, sticky, bright pink tornado. The proprietors of Euless Guns & Ammo were not just tolerant of my little monsters, they seemed to be fans of little pink tornadoes. They engaged my children in conversation and answered their questions just as respectfully as they did mine, and believe me I came loaded with some wonky nuts questions. I am not tacticool, I do not eat lead and crap brass, and though I am a strong 2nd Amendment supporter and believer, the systems in my personal defense arsenal were designed before the great wars of the last century. I want to upgrade my tools with practical, modern systems but I have a steep learning curve, a natural mistrust of fanboys, and an affinity for handguns with a concealability factor around SKAKEBOARD. Every one of my questions was answered with a thoughtful, informed response. I never felt stupid for simply asking something, as I typically do in any discussion forum or as can often be the case in many of the Hyper-Tacticool places gun owners tend to congregate. I was told that an FFL transfer from any seller was more than welcomed and appreciated and if I found a deal and they could provide me that service, they would graciously do so. Their prices are fair and reflect the local market and I found contrary claims on other reviews just completely erroneous. What store anywhere exists that has every single item on their shelves priced lower than All of the Internet? These folks know what they are talking about and will not steer you wrong. It was a pleasure to be in their store and I would recommend any shooter of any tactical level to stop on by, shoot the breeze, buy a box of ammo, fondle the hardware, and have a pleasant experience. Im looking forward to returning soon.

If I could choose $hitty as an option I would. All these people had to do was fax their FFL documents to my seller so I could have my gun shipped from out of state, ITS BEEN OVER 2 WEEKS! I was told a week ago by the owner he would send it THAT DAY, after waiting another 3 days I went to their store and when I stated my name before I could even say anything else the manager begins to yell at me about how he has to answer phones and customers and he cant find the time to send his FFL documents. I UNDERSTAND YOUR BUSY, BUT LEARN HOW TO PRIORITIZE WHEN YOU RUN A BUSINESS. Im a customer who has waited 2 WEEKS for you TO GET IT DONE, I should come before anyone else who walks in your door. 2 weeks is MORE than enough time. **HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE**
