When I called in to the company, I mentioned the thermostat was not working. They did not ask me to check the thermostat batteries and perhaps replacing them would get the AC working which would have saved me the $ 76 service fee including the Angie’s list 5 percent discount the technician charged when he replaced the thermostat AAA batteries which I provided, and which was all that was needed to start the AC working. So, I was a bit disappointed that no advise was given to check the thermostat batteries at my initial call so that I did not have to pay the hefty service fee just to have the technician replace the thermostat batteries which I had on hand.

Last night the AC unit stopped working suddenly. I called them first at around 6AM and they were out by 9AM. It didn’t take long to diagnose the issue and he fixed it within 45 minutes. I called at 9:00 on a Monday night for a service call for this week. I was shocked that they asked if I was cooling and if they needed to come out right away. I told them tomorrow was fine as we are still at 75 degrees.They set appointment for 11:00 am and I got a text at 10:30 that they were in route. Don got here, diagnosed the problem and had me at 100 capacity and very comfortable.They gave me 2 recommendations on a possible coil replacement and a zoning board that is out. I will have them back in the Fall for that...I would highly recommend Complete Cool Air .Ryan

Absolute professionalism. All home owners feel hesitant to call repair companies with fear of getting gouged or cheated. Not with these guys. They are honest, fair, knowledgeable, friendly and good at what they do.I called 4 companies after 5:00pm to get my AC fixed and no answers. I called these guys and talked directly with a technician who knew what I needed. We maybe got lucky but he was here within 30 minutes and had my AC running in 15 minutes. He also recharged the refrigerant and checked out our second system to make sure it was good.He also gave me a few tips of things I could do to keep the system running more efficiently.He didn’t charge me $800+ no. Not even $300. It was less than $250 to get both systems running smoothly.I ripped the other company’s stickers of my units. These are my guys now.

Tech came out same morning when I called. Don was professional and identified the problem right away with the capacitor in the condenser. Had it replaced and added upgraded starter kit, checked pressure levels and all done in 30 minutes. Don from Complete Cool Air came out today to install my thermostat and he also had to add freon and did a great job. He explained everything to me as he worked. I hired Complete Cool Air to resolve an issue with my AC. In the morning I have the temp. set to 74 degrees and AC would cool it off to 74 degrees. However, by noon the temp. would start going up all the way to 84 degrees. They sent a tech out and he looked at the out side unit and the inside unit and said that it was a evaporator coil. Now I am not a tech but I know how ACs work. If it was a evaporator coil I would have a link and it would cause it to over freeze and if it was a blocked in the coils it would over freeze as well. The quoted me $1950.00 to replace the evaporator coils. After thinking about it over night I came in the next day and looked in my attic and it appears that the vents was not connected correctly. So I went to Home Depot and paid $12.00 for foil duct tape and reconnected them with in 30 minutes the temp. started to come down. All I can say is that be very careful and make sure what they are telling you make sense, if it does not get someone else to look at it. My temp is now at 72 degrees all for $12.00 and not $1950.00. Also I paid them $80.00 for the wrong diagnose and if I would have let them do the job it would have been wrong. Dont waste your money here.

The owner of the company is the nicest and honest man Ive met in a while when it comes to owning a business. The pricing he gave was the cheapest and most reasonable estimate compared to the other 6 companies I had come look at my issue. There was an issue with something a few days after my install of my new ac and Paul, the owner, came himself and fixed the issue and even went the extra mile to fix the issue that wasnt ac related that caused the problem to begin with, and all on a Saturday and he didnt charge an arm and a leg to do so either. We had flooding in one part of our home bc of plumping that we thought was caused by our ac run off being improperly replaced, but it was flooding from a clog in the run off area of plumbing. Paul referred a plumber that he knew could come out in a few hrs and got it fixed up for us quickly. This is why Paul is an honest businessman and definitely delivers on dependability even years after my initial installation with their warranties. Thanks Paul!
