If you want to buy over priced meat, this is the place to be. 80/20 ground meat turns to grease when you cook it. 3 lbs of ground meat was less than a half lb after we cooked it. Walmart meat is better.

Room didnt look very clean toilet seat was dirty and there was no hot water or phone in room the grass outside wasnt cut over all the hotel needs a make over.

Great Boudin. I would like to see more meat thats just seasoned, not stuffed.

Just yesterday I bought a couple packs of their smoked links,with a packaged date of October 26,2017, and when we opened them they had mold growing on them. When I called to tell what had happened the women cut me off to tell me that the date was the day they were packaged on, as if I couldnt read, so I proceed to ask her if they came packaged with mold.

I was looking for crawfish boudin balls ... ended up getting the pepper jack cheese boudin balls and they were SO FREAKING GOOD!

The people, meat and other items they sell are fantastic but if you go there for boudin it isnt the best. Always seems to taste different everytime I got and a lot of time I end up with too much liver or tons of fat in my boudin which is unpleasant.

Fresh meat, cut the way you want, wonderful butchers, very knowledgeable and nice, and they dont judge you for what you want or how much you buy. Reasonably price for fresh meat and its easy to find what you want. They also sell seasonings and fresh vegetables and yard eggs along with fresh food in the deli. I recommend everyone make at least one trip to the Superette (Eunice Superette). They have a big black bull in front of their beautiful building on HWY 190 you cant miss it.

We always stop to pick up sausage and smoked meats whenever we are anywhere near the market. They make an excellent, dark, rich boudin. The only thing I dont care for is the pork skins because the BBQ seasoning isnt my favorite.

As a central Texan on vacation I stumbled upon this gem a year ago in the pleasent Cajun country town of Eunice Louisiana. As growing up in central Texas when I was young we butchered our own winter time hogs. The sausages and bacon remind me of those days long ago. The prices are reasonable and the meats taste terrific. They have a huge selection of fresh frozen meats sausages hot links etc that with a little cooler you can take some home. The Louisiana Cajun style beef jerky is also great tasting. Last but not least I love Pigstand Cajun style BBQ sauce and basting sauces. With just the right amount of of tomato sauce and mustard plus lots of onions it is definitely a pleasant change of pace of the ketchup based sauces in central Texas. Hats off to the Superette of Eunice Louisiana truly a step back to a simpler time.

Beef snack sticks had mold on em. Bought sausage and it was spoiled. I have been shopping here all my life. Ever since they opened the new store, they have been more quantity over quality. My wife posted pictures of the mold on the snack sticks and someone keeps removing them.
