The store was well stocked as usual. We bought some craft supplies and even went over board and got a Cricut machine for a friends birthday. We had a small issue with the purchase and the sales team was very quick to help us out.

Clean, well-stocked store with a great selection of many, many supplies for art projects. Some things are expensive like framing service but most are middle of the road prices.

I love Michaels!! This store specifically was very clean and not many out of stocks. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I am greeting crotching projects that is helping my hand and arm after dealing with breast cancer that went into my lymph nodes and everyone that gets what I am making loves my creation. Makes me happy. I used to be a CNA and care provider until I got cancer now I can give back with what I am able to make.

No gender reveal supplies and when I asked for them, I was told sarcastically, this is eureka, what do you expect.I expect a better answer and service. Aswell as the products advertised online.Michaels needs a store and employee update.

Pretty uniform with other Michaels in the world, only reason for the lower rating is 1 they are out of stock of some things and havent replenished like gel pens for instance in the 6 months I have been here. And 2 there is at least one staff member that has an extremely unfriendly unprofessional demeanor every time I go there. Im not one to take the food out of someones mouth but if you read this lady you should work on your art side manner !!

The online needs to catch up with the instore merchandise, when I was shopping online and wanted to pick up my order there were many items I wanted that were out of stock according to their website, but when I went to the store most of the items I wanted were there in stock . What good online shopping If the stock doesnt match whats actually on hand

The staff were great! They helped us carry several big frames to the front of the store and then to the car. They also knew where to find things and details about them. If they didnt, they got someone there quick. The prices were good, the stock was well organized, and we really appreciated the helpfulness of the staff. Bathroom was clean and they opened it quickly, for which we were grateful. 😉

DOG FRIENDLY. By this I mean if you have a well behaved dog and ask permission. Who doesnt like Michaels? This store has always been very helpful and had the supplies that I need. I love the variety of choices. If you want to learn a new craft they have some great classes.

I love Michaels. This one I drove 3 hours to Get to they have a great selection super big but I do want to say the chick who checked me out was rude. Im guessing she Was new or having a bad day. I need to make 2 separate transactions and she told me to leave and I would have to come back tomorrow before I was allowed to purchase my 2nd transaction. Maybe this is just a way this Michaels works But It was a first for me. Instead of arguing I just decided to leave and came back the next day the for I left town since I did drive 3 hours but next time I think I will just find a different location to go to I still give it 4 stars because they have everything I needed and a huge selection and the people that helped me in the store were very very nice.

Went in looking for yarn. Such a large variety, it was hard to choose. Wish they were closer to where I lived, and I would go there frequently.

Its Michaels, no surprises. Only took a star off because they keep so few people on any given shift that it is often difficult to find assistance when you need it.

Its not the biggest Michaels but it is a Michaels. Good place for crafting supplies. The polymer clay section is very limited. It would be great if they would expand it. Overall though, grateful to have a Michaels behind the redwood curtain.

Ive never been so disrespected and embarrassed in my life. The manager of Michaels had one of her cashiers chase me down in the store, she grabbed my arm with one of her hands and with her other she forcefully pulled the basket from me. When I asked her what her problem was she just started telling me to get out that Ive been told before. Well let me you that IVE NEVER BEEN TOLD TO LEAVE THAT STORE! when I tried to ask her what she was talking about she refused to tell me until she finally said that I had been caught stealing. Again a lie, that never happened. Nobody would talk to me or see me, all the managers were all of a sudden gone and when I refused to leave until I was given an explanation I was threatened with police. I waited but they never came. I dont know what theyre issues are but this cant be legal can it? If I had it my way this whole crew from that shift would be fired. The ones who falsely accused and the rest for not speaking the truth. I wish I could keep everyone from spending their money there but I know better.

First time to shop here in Eureka.

I had to pay for my items. Very disappointing. The paint section was fantastic. They carry approximately 102 shades of green, which was a real treat. Had to pick the lock to get into the bathroom - this place is rife with fun little challenges.

Arts and crafts EVERYTHING. I have literally never not found what I was looking for, whether it be a high end airbrush and compressor, mauve tape or an 11x12x27 wicker basket. And their people are sooo nice.

This Michaels has plenty of fun and seasonal items for crafting. I enjoy the selection of books/journals and kids craft supplies. They also have classes that are great for all ages.

Great prices and really nice people, very helpful employees.

Love their food, the folks, that they care about quality and customer satisfaction, and that I can get a delicious Mexican food meal with my golf or just because. Lovely place, too - overlooking golf course/Audobon nature preserve.

Super friendly, helpful and professional front register staff, but couldnt find a single person (willing) to help me on the floor, not even after I waited my turn in the checkout line to ask for assistance on the floor. I waited another 10 minutes where directed to wait for assistance and still no employee came. Went back through the checkout line and was told that the manager communicated to them that they didnt have what I was looking for, and yet no one came to tell me. If this is the situation mid day during the week in early November, I loath the thought of needing something from this store during the holidays. #UnderStaffed #BadManagement

Michaels was offering 40% off for online shopping/in-store pick-up, and I needed quite a few supplies for a project. I spent quite some time shopping Michaels for the supplies that I needed, and carefully checked each item to ensure it was in stock locally prior to ordering. I also took advantage of the discount offered to pick up some things that I was running low on. I placed my order for 15 items, and a short while later received notification that my order was ready for pick-up. Great, right? HOWEVER --- on the heels of that email came 11 more emails (yes, 11) stating We’re sorry, but it looks like one or more item(s) in your Buy Online, Pick Up In Store order was not available. (We’re disappointed too!) A refund will be processed for the item(s) that weren’t fulfilled. . Every item showed In Stock at my local store before I purchased. So, Im annoyed and am feeling a little miffed that there was no offer of shipping the out-of-stock items in order to get the discount. I know, I know, first-world problems. But it feels pretty shady, almost bait-and-switchy, as a way to get customers to come in, pick up the couple of sale items they were able to get online, and pay full price for the rest of the items needed. Anyway, I was able to get everything I needed for my project from Plaid online directly, from JoAnn and from Amazon. Which is really a shame, because I wanted to support our local shop and its employees. I would have waited for Michaels, had an offer of shipping the missing items been made. Still waiting for the rest of my refund as well.

This is a well stocked craft store. I can usually find what I am looking for. The staff is friendly and helpful. Discount coupons are often available online. Ask at the check out counter for info on obtaining discounts.

Nice little store

I loved this place when it was first opened. Im used to Texas sized Michaels, so I was disappointed with the size, but still happy.Now, more and more, the stock has switched to only carrying more of this and less of that. So of you happen to be one like me and are not into what they carry, your kinda stuck ordering online.And Im very sad that a store that offers call decorating has SUCH a limited supply of Wilton products.Im still going to give 3 starts as having this store is better than nothing.
