Good for spare parts and some used bikes. No new bikes.

Its a great place ether to play rc or play in the dirt, they got you covered,stop bye and check it out if you have not.

Unwilling to work on off brand bikes...or accept and build them. Didnt give the best reasons why in my opinion.

Hands down best shop in humboldt.

I was on a mototour and got a flat tire on the road to Honeydew. I was towed to Eureka in the middle of the night, and took my bike to the fantastic staff at Humboldt Motorsports as soon as they opened that morning. Even though my bike was a Ducati, they were familiar with the bike and were able to get me in and out in about 40 minutes! Awesome service! They made an unfortunate situation into a very positive one - quick and very friendly service! Thanks guys!

I went in to Humboldt Motorsports after my light bar had been stolen off my truck. I wanted to get a quote to turn in to my insurance to be reimbursed for my loss. I was not interested in replacing my light bar, only to be compensated for what I lost. My insurance went ahead and paid Humboldt Motorsports directly which they took as a go a head and order those parts without clearing it with me personally. I could see how that could have gotten misconstrued so I let that slide. When I talked to Rachel and asked her what we could do to get this resolved, because I wasnt clear enough but I did not want to order another light bar, which is why I got a quote. She seemed put out by my questions but told me that she would have to charge me a 15% restocking fee to send the light bar back. I gladly paid this fee, and they wrote me a check for what was left of my insurance payout. When I went in to get the check and get another quote on something, what did I see hanging on the wall for sale? It was the light bar that I had paid them to send back! I talked to Rachel again and she told me she had every right to charge me that re-stocking fee and then keep the light bar for them to sell. I may be they only one that thinks this is a poor way to conduct business, but I just thought I would share my experience. They will probably not hurt at all from not receiving my business in the future, but needless to say I will not be going back.

Ive been dealing with them since they were off of South G St. In Arcata. They have always been knowledgeable, and helpful. Having an older bike is not easy when finding a reliable shop to work on them, and they have kept me on the road! I currently own the biggest lemon of a motorcycle Ive ever had, but it still runs like a top, and have learned much from some of their techs. Good group of people! If you have an older, or a specialty bike for a daily rider, theyre the place to go!

This place is crazy. They charged me twice as much (220$) for a basic generator service as their competitor across the street charges (100$).

Took forever to get my quad back and when I did it was more broke then before

Had them install my tube on rear tire, and they pop my new tube I got online:( they made me pay for a new tube...not cool=/

Bad, not as bad as my brothers !!!!!!! Go across the street and save yourself some GRIEF !!!!!!!
