Ive gotten a couple headphones and a set of speakers from this business. Theyve all been top quality items and the service has been prompt and professional. I really like their sales guy, Marty, hes big into try before you buy which I totally appreciate. With all 3 products I was able to test them in store before I took them home.Their senior tech setup my speakers with no issues and in less than an hour. He explained the system to me on my level which is very basic - Im not a techno genius, far, far from it. Ive never had any issues, but I was assured if I did, I could call and get help - no problem.I highly recommend Sound Advice if youre in the market for great product, great service, and no hassles.

I have been dealing with the aftermath of one of their installations. The plugs dont work. The touch panel does not work. They oversold us equipment we did not need. They also charged us for service calls that did not fix anything. The room is currently a mess. Today, i just encountered an employee and he denied my experience. Call someone from the bay area if you want a quality installation.

Im a senior and not the sharpest knife in the drawer. Ive been trying to figure out how to connect my Sony DVD player to my Samsung TV.Called Sound Advice and in five minutes he explained to me in very clear and simple terms exactly how to do it. I just finished breaking in my new Yamaha 5200 11.2 channel Dolby Atmos system, coupled with Paradigm Persona 5fs and an array of Personas in every room of my house. Using Yamaha’s Musicast app, I can even link the 5200 with my older Yamaha 3200 receiver, which is now in my bedroom with my KEF reference speakers, also set up as Dolby Atmos. I can listen to music in the shower, garage, my office, and bedrooms at crystal clear, ear shattering volume. Thanks to Mark and Craig Pedley and the installers, Corey and his team for creating truly amazing sound and video. I hate leaving the house it sounds so good! I’ve been a customer here for 10 years and their service, pricing, and expertise is incomparable.
