My Civic was stuck by a distracted driver while parked which crushed the front fender. I took it to Rainbow Body Shop for an estimate after being referred there by another shop that was too busy to help me. The owner, Clayton, and his staff were all really nice guys. After explaining I had never had to deal with this sort of thing before, Clayton gave me a ton of great advice on how to successfully deal with the insurance company.After the claim was approved, they gave me a three day estimated repair time which was met. When I arrived to pick it up I was astounded at how flawless the paint blending was. I have a custom paint job which made me think the repaint wouldnt match exactly but Donnie did such a great job that I can not tell there was previously any damage there. I have not ever received such outstanding service from a service center in my life. If you need body work, take your vehicle here. You will not be disappointed. My car is like new. Clayton was so helpful throughout the entire process of fixing my car. He was honest, compassionate, helpful, and communicative. I had a horrible experience with AAA, and he was there for me to help me through the entire process. I had an accident that scraped the paint off the passenger side of my vehicle, cracked the window and tore the mirror off.Clayton was thorough, helpful, communicative and took care of some preexisting damage on the vehicle at no additional charge.My vehicle looked better when Rainbow was finished with it than it did before the accident.
