They were very helpful when I went in asking for motor oil for the used van I had just bought. I know that keeping fluids up to date is very important and needed to learn by being shown which oil was the best choice for it. So thank you Auto Zone!

Helpful at times but not always accurate with part suggestions.Do your research before you go in. Know ahead of time your part numbers. Dont rely on their knowledge.

My daughter is traveling from the Bay Area and her car wouldn’t start in Eureka. She went into the Eureka Auto Zone and found her angel. His name is Kurtis he went above and beyond for her. He made her feel safe, He installed the battery and wouldn’t take a tip. He spent 25 minutes helping her install the battery and now she is traveling home safe. Thank you Kurtis and Auto Zone

Jordan was wonderful! I came in looking for a bulb for my headlights on my Fit. He helped find my bulb, gave me recommendations on which one was best and then he installed it for me! I was in, out, and driving home in under 15 minutes! Thank you Jordan for helping out a medical personal in this trying time. You are a wonderful person!

I had noticed my headlight was out, so we headed to Autozone. The store was clean and we were greeted as soon as we walked in. I didnt know what type to get and the associate named Jordan was very knowledgeable and assisted us promptly. He showed us the 3 options in varying prices and explained the benefits of each. He asked about our driving habits and because we drive at night in the mountains often, he suggested the ultra bright bulb. We even went with the two pack because he pointed out it was a savings and we would be safer. When we asked if it was difficult to replace he said he was familiar with our car and could quickly assist. In our opinion his service was above and beyond other locations we have been to and we will definitely return because of Jordan.

This specific Autozone location underperforms compared to other Autozones I’ve visited in Southern California & in Oregon.This location always seems to have understalked shelves, for example, sockets & wrenches, or electric components like grommets & heat shrink variety.And very little selection of parts like spark plugs.(I have a vehicle that’s extremely popular in North America & they only had an expensive plug in stock & a autozone brand in stock. Nothing else in stock.)Most branches have Atleast 4 options in stock & then the long list of ones you can order.Always more empty spaces than occupied spaces for “products we carry”.And then there’s the ornery old guy. Anyone who shops here with any frequency will know exactly who I mean.I’ve since started to avoid this location if I can see him from the parking lot when I arrive.O’reilys has been getting a new customer lately & I wish it didn’t have to be that way.

Stopped in with battery issues quickly got a new one ans the desk clerk guy popped a new one in after testing my battery. Had a good time and appreciate the speed and effectiveness. Alex H was a pretty good salesman and was direct kept me going on my way in 15 minutes or less.

Its like the Wal-Mart of car parts they have everything you need,....but good luck getting a knowledgeable representative and finding it. You personally will spend more time looking down every isle than going to amazon search bar and just typing in light cord thing-a-Mah-Jigger 2020 honda ect.. LOL.🤦‍♂️ waste of time and money.

Was in need of a new car battery on the first day Eureka experienced the PG&E blackouts. AutoZone was able to answer their phones, told me if I brought the car to them they could get the battery and alternator to possibly diagnosis the problem. Took my car to them, discovered it was the battery. AutoZone had one in stock, installed it for me and told me to come back in a few days to make sure the warranty was entered I to their system. I did and it was. Employees that day were very helpful, honest and friendly. They will get my future business for sure.

I too can order parts online and have them shipped to me, so I kind of like to have the store have the most common stuff available.Otherwise their customer service was good and knowledge slightly above-average. Im glad that they know how to look things up.I think its who you might get to help you as to whether or not youre going to get great service.

Always, always helpful. Sometimes too helpful is their only downfall and they get backed up with a big line of customers that can be overwhelming If you need to grab and go. But the staff and customer service is great. Love this place.

Great Prices & Part Availability. If possible, avoid Jesse B, as he knows very little and, 95% of the time, will sell you the wrong part. All other staff know their stuff & offer great advice.

Usually get what I order and so far parts fitments have been good.

When I went to return a rear view mirror adhesive because it failed to hold & was treated like I *might* not be smart enough to follow directions on the package, told no one ever returned one in the history of the store & was sold another for 3 times the price with the same product inside. I will return to OReillys because the people there dont talk down to me & are courteous.

Called the store and spoke to Justin about a starter for my vehicle, he was very rude and tried to diagnose my vehicle by saying that I needed to check my battery and my alternator before I buy a starter? Ive been a mechanic for 31 years and dont need some guy at the parts store trying to diagnose my car on the phone. I went into the store and Riley helped me, asked if I tested the battery and I said yes. He went on and found the correct starter for my vehicle and even price matched orilleys. I mentioned my horrendous phone call earlier and he gave me a discount for the inconvenience. While i was being rung out I could here what sounded like Justin on the phone with another customer doing the same thing he did with me! Dont know if hes just trying to up sell or what but he needs some training on customer service. Safe to say that I will be doing business with Riley and not Justin!

Went in the other night with my girlfriend to get wipers for my car. A heavy set guy with glasses helped me find the wrong size and upsold me for the $30 blades insted of the $12 blades i wanted. Went to the car in the rain and they were the wrong size. I went back in and got the correct size by looking it up myself and got the ones I wanted in the first place.. I felt like the whole time he was checking out my girlfriend because he kept looking over so she waited in the car...I switched out the blades and came back in to throw away the trash but he said he didnt have a trash...wont be doing business here again...creep

I was looking for some break callipers for my friends car. Was told theyd have to be ordered. Took it on myself to drive to neighboring town to find the parts. Found the parts at a different Autozone 11 miles away. The man at the register informed me that in would have to pay 30 something more dollars to have it there the next day. I decided to go to Oriley. My friends car is now fixed

This is the best auto parts store in Eureka. Tony helped me find the right parts for my 66 Belair w/out problem; Tony knows classic cars and their hard to find parts. He made sure I had everything I needed to get my repairs done; first time I didnt have to stop and return to a parts store in the middle of a repair. I will make Autozone my primary place for parts and advice.

Terrible! Went in to get simple wiper blades for my car. Jesse B. sold me the wrong size/type, then tried for 30 minutes to install them and failed. He had to refund my money. I drove to Walmart, in the rain with no wipers, bought wiper blades, and installed them myself. I cant believe that Autozone would employ someone that cant get wiper blades correct. Look elsewhere for auto parts and knowledgeable services.

Needed a part on Thanksgiving day, and fortunately found them open, and extremely helpful.

Called twice, both employees, were no help. The first one kept sucking his teeth when I asked for more parts, never buying from this store again.

Customer service is nonexistent here. There was one chick sitting there with a baby at a register saying she wasnt open and pointing to another register, the clerk at that register didnt say anything and made us feel like we were bothering him, and another clerk (when asked for help to find a product) just points and says over there, then gets frustrated when we dont understand.Could have gotten up out of his chair to guide us to the product instead of pointing.Needless to say, will not be shopping here again and i hope the DM comes in and finds everything out of shape.

They sold me bad radiator hose for my truck which it blew up n 2 days n i went there to buy a starter n it arked n put a hole in oil filter houseing which cost me $500 to fix n as soon it was fixed the computer went out which is another $200 worth of work and there not doing anything about it
