I got a gift card and ordered a 3-wick candle from Bath & Body works. A week later it got delivered damaged (see picture). Unfortunate, but not a big deal, so I reached out to Customer Care. They put in a replacement order, which then got cancelled the following day. I reached out again and the same thing happened. At this point I was pretty fed up after having spent over an hour on this stuff (chatting with the representatives etc.), but I reached out again to see if they could order a different candle - one final attempt! The person helping me was very unpleasant and unclear, and basically left me hanging. Such a bummer, this was supposed to be a nice gift. Definitely the first and last time Ill be ordering from B&B!

I didn’t think I would have to write another review for this place but here we are. And now it has gotten worse. I was greeted by Hannah and was instantly targeted. I was told I could only have a bag for my items if I was actually going to buy something. After getting my bag Hannah retreated back to the corner to stare at me while I shopped and she talked to a co worker. I have never felt more uncomfortable. I even asked if they needed to see my receipt upon leaving because Hannah was standing at the front of the door, like a Costco. Instead she laughed, rolled her eyes and said no. The district manager really needs to evaluate the aggressive sales tactics used by Hannah that feel a lot more like profiling.

My experience at my local bath and body works is always the worst. Every time I go in the store manager marlea is constantly on her phone and when I enter I notice she does not try to acknowledge certain people and stay glued to her phone. When Im shopping in there I notice she makes certain faces and rolls her eyes. I believe she is a bad role model for other associates. Often times when Im in there I hear her laughing loud rather than helping out customers. Their district manager really needs to reevaluate whos in charge of that store because clearly she isnt doing her job.

The workers are very nice and helpful.

Literally my favorite store out there, the people that work there are always nice to me and I always leave in a better mood than when I got there, but thats mostly just because I LOVE Bath and body Works everything
