We finally decided to buy new bikes and can’t say enough about the folks at Revolution! Their customer service is terrific! They were so patient and helpful with us and later when I was having an issue, they took care if it immediately. Definitely recommend this bike shop!

During a June 2020 bicycle ride up the Pacific coast I found myself in desperate need of a new tire after an unpleasant encounter with a poorly constructed storm drain on Hwy 101 near the Confusion Hill attraction. I called a day in advance to confirm Revolution had the tire, and upon arrival at the shop in Eureka was promply given the much-needed item. My experience at the shop was an overwhelmingly positive one, with one small exception. While getting ready to depart I asked whether it would be possible to fill my bottle with tap water. The young man who was helping me was ready to fill it, but manager Garrett stopped him, saying the shop was trying to stay open and had to stick to an acceptable business model. He suggested I go next door to the coffee shop to ask for water. My advice to Garrett: when a cycle tourist spends close to $100 in your store the 30 seconds it would take to provide them with (free) tap water would in fact be advantageous to your business model and in the long run may even help you stay open by encouraging customer loyalty.

My knowledge of new bike technology was limited but the staff took their time to ask the right questions and set me up with a bike I’m super stoked on! Finding a dream bike in 20/21 is nothing short of a miracle and Revolution made it happen. Bought months prior to shipping and with full transparency of time setbacks, it showed early and was built up immediately. Had a great experience with the team as we finished off the bike. All questions answered and these guys are stuck with me as a customer for life.

From my initial phone call, to dropping off my bike, to the phone call I received with the quote, and to picking my bike up, every person I dealt with was very friendly and helpful, and answered all my questions. The nice girl I picked it up from even took my bike out to my car, disassembled the front wheel, and loaded it in! Great team there at Revolution Bicycle!

The team here was really nice and spent a lot of time on my bike making sure everything was fit right with the tires. Then they also showed me a few rides which I really appreciated. Thx!

Bought a 2021 Trek Slash in October 20. Had the best experience with the entire staff. I was having an issue and took it to my local Trek shop since I live 3 hours away. I was given a little run around and called Garrett and he took care of my needs. I will be driving the 3 hours whenever I need authorized service on my Trek. Thank you Revolution Bikes for being my shop on the coast. Need to make some more excuses to get my bike in there so I can come ride with you all!!!

We were very pleased with our experience at Revolution Bicycle in Eureka. Our son’s bike needed an overhaul, but we didn’t want to break the bank fixing all of it’s issues. The repair shop did exactly what we requested, and even when they had to add a different fix to the repair list, they still honored their quote. As a small business owner myself, this speaks volumes to me about the integrity of the owner and staff at the shop. I purchased a bike online and took it in to Rev. Bikes to have it assembled. They were super professional and friendly the whole way. Every time I called with a question beforehand, they gave me all the answers I needed. They were transparent about the price, too. The bike was assembled flawlessly by Jacob. The cashier helped me pick some accessories that would work well for me. I also appreciated how they were patient with my lack of knowledge on bicycles.

Apparently not a great shop to go to if youre a woman. Sadly Ive had some of my friends feel extremely patronized and spoken down to when trying to purchase bikes and equipment there.There is no need for a crossbar on bikes for women and insisting its a necessity is a really horrible and archiac world view. They were made for skirts not some intrinsic design of the female body.Nothing revolutionary about this business just another brick in the wall.

I highly recommend if I could give it a better review I would out standing service great people super helpful and nice. Quick service and repair, super quality bikes and parts. 10/10 for sure.

Easy to order online, if they don’t have the right size or color in house.

Very nice people working there, all the latest gear, has a very fresh clean vibe inside, local feel, dont be shy if you arent a bike expert! They helped me out and I got a really good deal on a new bmx. Before you buy a bike, they will give it a full inspection and make sure its up to the standard before it goes out the door which is sweet.

It is always a pleasure to deal with the fine people at Revolution Bicycles!! I ALWAYS get great service and always feel like part of a community instead of just being a customer, when I walk in the door.

We went looking for and purchased two Dahon Mariner D7 folding bikes from this bicycle shop, this is a specialty bike normally used in the marine environment, and hard to find. Spoke with two great guys, Nick and Will. They didnt try to sell me another brand since these were not in stock. Will placed the order and insured that the bikes were shipped the same day. Within a few days I received a call from Will that the bikes had arrived and they had them assembled, inspected and tested. They have a great inventory of accessories and other bikes at this store and are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Awesome guys. I came in with a broken rear dropout while touring down the coast and had no idea what to do. The owner, Justin, called a local frame builder for me and even drove me to his house to get the frame welded. I would’ve been totally screwed without his help.
