The gals at piercing pagoda are so sweet! I have now gotten 3 lobe piercings, and one helix piercing done there.I unfortunately have super sensitive ears, and cannot wear anything besides 14k gold (and up), which- they have a great selection to choose from. Everything is very clean and sanitary! They really take the time to make sure the placement is where you actually want it, nothing feels rushed.Thank you ladies for the help, will definitely be back again for my second helix piercing!

The people were so kind. In the beginning they were a little bit hesitant to be kind because sometimes being really kind is a little creepy. They explained what would happen and asked me if I was ok and checked with me before to see where I wanted my piercing put. I would 100% recommended this place, and they aren’t actually that pricey they’re a comfortable price while some are like $$$$$$$$$. If you want to get your ears pierced get it pierced at piercing Pagoda!

Two or more stars for the nice selection of jewelry. No stars for the service I received (or lack thereof) today. I visited the store a week ago to scout for a birthday present. Very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful clerk. Came back today and looked at every display case; probably spent about 10 minutes looking and waiting for the clerk to acknowledge my presence. Note there were no other customers. Clerk looked at her phone, ruffled some papers, but never once said hello, may I help you, etc. Very disappointed, I made a purchase elsewhere.

Manager just rudely hung up on me after I asked for help looking up my transaction which was on Thursday night, it’s Sunday and they should still have it in their system. Very rude manager!!!

Dont ever get pierced here. Peircing guns cannot be properly cleaned and they put and uneven hole through your skin.
