I really like boot barn. I get all my clothes from boot barn. Today I bought a pair of wranglers and a button down shirt. And only paid around $70. For the both. The staff are very friendly willing to help you. They have a great selection of boots and clothes.

The staff was very friendly. They have a great selection. They have a good choice of sizes as well. I really recommend signing up for the rewards program. Ive already saved so much from it. This is the second Boot Barn location Ive been to and everyone has been really wonderful.

Staff was no help.

They didn’t have my size in the boots I wanted so they had to order them from another store. They said it would take 3-5 business days. I went in there after a week and they blamed the other store that they didn’t ship them. Then they told me they were sorry and would do overnight shipping! 3 days later they still weren’t there! Once they finally came in they ordered the wrong size! Extremely disappointed, will never shop here again, unfortunately because I like the store!

Boot Barn is a fun place to shop if youre into Western Styles. Take your time to shop. be sure to bring out that credit card cuz things are pricey! I think theyre overly price on some of their items. They do have real wool hats.

Just before Christmas went in to buy a pair of boots with a friend. Well you show the clerk one shoe then they get the other one from the back. So she wrapped up the big box. Guess who had a messed up Christmas morning. He opened the boot box and to his surprise 2 matching boots, only thing is they were different in size. We had a receipt, but still took a long time

A lot of choice, very helpful staff indeed! gave us a lot of time to determine what to buy.

Service is fair however they assume everyone is stealing which I understand since its Eureka and they deal with tons of thieves on a daily basis Im sure. Once the gals working there know youre actually buying stuff the service level improves. Prices are high on most items. Wish they had a better selection but the store is too small and I would recommend their corporate look into a bigger location for them to succeed and carry a greater selection of boots.

This particular boot barn is smaller than most and therefore has a smaller inventory and product line than the other boot barn stores Ive been to. They did not have the one product that I went here specifically to purchase, Danner quarry boots in brown. The staff was friendly and apologetic that they did not have the item I was looking for.
