My nephews, Thing 1 n Thing 2, are not on friendly terms with drinking water...from the tap, filtered and store bought...its always ewwwww water. Brought home our first jug of the local Crystal Springs bottled water last night. After asking a bazillion questions about what i was doing (setting up the crock) they cringingly tried it...and kept going back for more, over and over!! Thats 5 stars in my book 😁

It’s a privately owned water company. Was so much nicer if staff previously now it is less so. Their office staff demands payment. Never mind billing? It’s rather bizarre n unprofessional since the company changed hands. But hoping it gets better at office? The delivery drivers are always especially polite, friendly and kind. Hopefully office staff will take a cue from drivers on how to proceed with customer service?

A great big shout out to Julian who took the time and effort to set up my water cooler. He went above and beyond what I consider a lost quality called customer service. His customer service was 120% after 3 attempts to set up a unit he said I will be back tomorrow with what you need. He also set up a temporary great solution for me to use today. Also a big thank you to Chad who carried the 50 lbs of water up the steps for me when he could of just left them at the gate for me to carry up. Thanks Crystal Springs for the great service.

Crystal springs out of Eureka is an awful company. They suspended service to me in March which is understandable but did not phone or email me as to the suspension of service. I rent a crock which i use with their bottles and they continued to charge me crock rental each month even tho I was not getting any deliveries. They will not return calls or emails.. They finally got my correspondence and deemed to answer and scheduled a pick up of all equipment including the crock on May 18 and to have my bottles out front. I complied and they never showed up. Today I got another bill and they added a crock rental charge for May. This charge is fraudulent in my opinion. I have no responsibility to store this companies equipment when they fail to show up to pick it up on the day THEY scheduled. Once again no explanation by either phone or email. I will not be paying crock rental for May and if they continue to add fraudulent charges to my bill after they suspended service months ago without notice. They never return calls and are extremely unprofessional. The last three months they did deliver it was in Hertz rent a trucks as apparently they did not have the money on hand to get the regular trucks repaired. I would never again do business with Crystal Springs at least not the company that operates out of Eureka because in my experience they are liars and continuing to bill me after they failed to pick up their equipment is criminal. Any decent company would have suspended rentals to any and all customers they failed to deliver water for months like myself. Shame on you Crystal Springs

What a great place.

I would never use this company everything that they have in their bottling plant is not sterile. Every night they store their diesel trucks inside the bottling plant and start them up every morning and let them run for 10 minutes as they are bottling water at the same time. Im very surprised of this company has not been shut down for multiple violations but they keep getting away with it somehow?

We have used Crystal Springs Water at George Petersen Insurance for years. Never an issue. Great to deal with!
