I would give them a 0 but its not a option... when asked for a prestrip safety check, tire pressure and air assist shocks I was turned away!!! The woman behind the desk told me they dont check air assist shocks and wouldnt put air in them..and didnt even offer to assist me with my tire pressure!!! She acted like I didnt know what I was talking about and laughed...Seriously this is a service you say you offer ...

I have 3 cars that we specifically have been taking here for their timely and good customer care. Today on the other hand, I brought a car in for a simple tire rotation, they said it was a 50 minute wait and that I’d be back on the road within 1 1/2- 2 hours max, which worked for me since I was having my mother in law watch my infant daughter for 2 hours. After 2 hours of waiting, my car had yet to even be brought into one of the 2 open bays and I had to ask for my keys back and leave without the service. Very disappointing. If I had known it was going to be over 2 hours, I wouldn’t have waited around and I would’ve just left and come back another day, instead now I’m considering driving to ukiah or Redding to get new tires from now on. A salty customer, won’t be a customer for long.

Never felt welcomed at this establishment. Walk in to a group of 5 gentlemen seated and not one greeting.(should have been a sign telling me to walk away). They checked out my car and gave me a summary of what was wrong. I told them the right side of my car was rattling and the told me it was the left side. I went through with it and to my surprise (not really) my car was still rattling from the right side. 400$ wasted. I went back and then they told me it was something else but I would now cost 2000$. Nobody was still making me feel welcomed just ended up getting a new car.

Straightforward and competent people! I got a nail in my side wall and I had to buy a new tire. Bad luck.

I’ve never really thought much of Les Schwab until my recent experience at the Eureka location. As I was driving North from Napa Valley to Crescent City my truck broke down. 5pm Friday I pulled in to get it looked at. After waiting 15 min Andrew called me back to show me the problem. Andrew explained to me that the problem was severe and that he didn’t have anyone to fix it until 2 weeks out. After finding out I was on a short trip and needed to be at work on Sunday he instantly started talking to management (Jason) on my behalf and arranged for my truck to be squeezed in first thing in the morning. I arranged for an Uber to take me north to my destination in Crescent City. An hour and a half after the shop closed Andrew drove up to check on me and explained that he didn’t feel comfortable leaving me to wait after dark and insisted to give me a ride North. Because of Les Schwab and the Eureka team I was able to make it to my destination and enjoyed a beautiful weekend with friends. Saturday Andrew reached out to update me about the truck being done. The delightful girls at the desk accepted payment over the phone and agreed to hide the key so I could pick it up after hours. Not only did I find my truck repaired and ready for the trip back home, but the team had stashed all the loose items from the bed in the cab. I honestly think the whole situation would have gone much differently if Andrew had not been there. Thank you Marty for developing a great team. Y’all rock! 😁👍

Have had one great experience after another with them. This time I needed a flat fixed. They did not charge me. Always friendly. Was in and out within an hour. They were quite busy. Everyone I know who has gone to Les Schwab has had good luck too.

We went in about 3pm due to a flat tire today, we were told they didnt have time to fix it today. We went to have one of the guys put air in it and he told my husband and I that it was a Hazzard to drive on and even though they close at 5 today it would get fixed, would probably be a 2 hour wait. Went into store to get a ticket made up and the shop manager went out to shop screaming at the guys out there about how backed up they were an on an on. My husband told he we were leaving due to his attitude to the guys in the shop. We will NEVER go back to the one in Eureka again. The store in McKinleyville is going to fix it. We have NEVER has issues with the store in Fortuna or McKinleyvilleI have been in a management position and YOU DO NOT SCREAM AT YOUR EMPLOYEES, Especially for trying to keep the customer safe.

My review is for the hardworking tire service staff. They really are some of the hardest working people in the work force getting paid the least amount of wages for back breaking work. One of the staff just checked the air pressure in my tires. I’m thankful for the help I received at no cost. The staff should get paid at least $15 beginners wage for the hard work they do to keep us on the road.

Its a solid crew at this location. They got me a special order tire within a couple of days no muss no fuss. Installation time was faster than expected and the price was fair. Nice lobby to wait in, as well.

Super frustrating experience here. I live rurally in the mountains out of town, I made an appointment a week ahead of time online. I also called to confirm the appointment days ahead of time and said I would like new tires, suspension work and alignment done. I was told early in the week they would absolutely have time to do this. Dropped my truck off early in the day, before my noon appointment. They called to tell me that my CAM was loose/stripped and that I needed to get that fixed before I drove on the new tires. I asked them to please fix it, they said that they had no time to do so.. told me that my tires would become destroyed and I should leave my truck, they werent open the next day though and I would have to wait till Monday. I have a job and I live 2+ hours away in the mountains. Very frustrating because I theoretically had an appointment that also included suspension and alignment, which neither work was done.. Not sure why they didnt leave my old tires on instead so my new tires could get destroyed? Very much felt like folks here did not understand that I live rurally and depend on this truck, and planned my weekend around getting work done. Super upset with this whole situation, I spent over $1000 on new tires that are at risk of being destroyed. I was planning on spending another $1,000 on suspension work but I will definitely be going elsewhere for that. Still very confused why they couldnt get the CAM replaced in lieu of the time set aside for suspension work/alignment that wasnt done. SO frustrating.

Very generous...Fixed flat on new car, no charge.

Too expensive. Tried to have me re-do my entire brake system. When I said no they must have got mad. I brought 2 brand new tires here and they butchered one. Ive had problems with it ever since. A few days after having it mounted I had to add air only to continue adding air and then adding a can of stop leak. Now I have to buy another brand new tire. I wont even go back there to have them fix it. I wouldnt trust them to look at my washer fluid. Might need a new motor afterwards. Hubbel tire for the WIN

Front desk was extremely rude. They had no patience for questions and did not show me the tire option I purchased. They are also on the pricey side and will say they are quoting you at the lowest price. Walk next door they are much more affordable. I will not be back personally hopefully this review saves someone the hassle.

Excellent customer service! My tire was low. Brought it in for them to check out. It needed to be replaced. They got it done quickly! I was there for a little over an hour! I had my kids with me and the staff gave them coloring books, crayons, and popcorn!Great experience!

The only other price competitor is Firestone.The most expensive places in town do not offer any better warranty or any other better services for the higher prices that they charge.While their customer service is straight and to the point perhaps a little smiling and being a little friendlier would be a good idea.

This Les Schwab is the definition of excellent customer service. They have outdone my expectations on multiple occasions. They understand when you tell them youre on a budget, they were able to patch my tire under warranty for no charge.Now I understand why my dad (who was a mechanic for most of his life) takes his cars to Les Schwab, they are less expensive than Costco but with similar level of service.

Ive been here multiple times for tire pressure light being on. They get me in quickly and are always friendly. I would highly recommend.

I was driving on the street and passing driver pointed out that I had a almost flat tire.v I checked it out and saw that u had a screw imbedded in the tire.vvi had enough pressure and drove to Les Schwab where I had purchased the tire... they had my tire fixed in 20minutes at no charge. A strong recommendation.

They had my tire in stock and Firestone didnt . First time here I usually do Firestone. Their tires were about 10 percent cheaper out the door. Havent used for other services but my tires were it on fast and I experienced no problems. Girl checking me in and boy checking me out was friendly. Sales area is roomy unlike a lot of cramped places. They have tea and popcorn while you wait. And of course terrible daytime tv.

I came in today due to a nail or a screw that is stuck in my left rear tire. I could tell right away that there is a long line but they treated me with calm courtesy and swiftly took a look and then took my info. Even though Im in line for the nail to be pulled from my tire, they are quickly completing the work on all the cars with their amazing crew here. I will be on my way in no time at all. They are professional team who genuinely care about customer service and it is evident as you observe them working. Thank you Les Schwab!

Been coming here for a while now. Les Schwab may be a little pricier than the others but offer great help to find me exactly what I need! Also they warranty everything and its very easy to come back and get it taken care of if something is not working out. This is th definitely the only place I go for my tire needs

Worst customer servicein humboldt, made me wait alot longer than expected, just to not be able to fix my vehicle. Mechanics are very knowledgeable, however one lady at the front desk was extremely rude and was burdened by me asking her about how much longer it would take when it was already 15 minutes after my vehicle was supposed to be done. 10/10 would high recommend going anywhere else in humboldt this experience was ridiculous. 2 hours for a tire rotation.

Amazing crew! They are the best!

Took an hour to rotate tires and balance them. Also the chrome is coming off the new rims I just bought less then 6 months ago from them. They inspected them and took photos of the chrome that was coming off and sending the pictures in to the company (Fuel©) to have them replaced, they might be discontinued so Ill have to get 4 different ones then if thats the case. Plus be careful if they tell you that you need brakes I put new rotors and pads on the front and drove them about 50 miles, but they said I needed new ones so make sure that they can read the report from the technician correctly if not it can cost you

Good and efficient service. We used this company in the past, and will be deffinatly given them our business in the future. While it is inconvenient for me as a consumer, i DO LIKE you being closed on Sundays. I like companies, that care for its people!

The old guy was rushing us to the point that it made them look unprofessional, so we left and went nextdoor to @DiscountTires. They were a lot more professional, took their time and explained everything, answered our questions, give us options. So we had them replace all 4 tires, and left there as very satisfied customers.

Paid $84 for two brand new tires after having a miserable morning when a cone truck drop to road signs right in front of me and I ended up having to run them over and pop both my tires

The service here is beyond special for a tire shop it was a holiday weekend they fixed my tire but inwent for a walk and they closed early they was all closed up and my car was locked up but there was one employee who stayed behind to give me my car wicj they didnt have to thank you

Had a problem with my 2002 Toyota Corolla and was helped out by Vega. He couldnt have been a friendlier guy, was honest about what was going on with my car, showed me all the different options I had available and didnt pressure me into paying for any repairs/replacements that werent completely necessary. Very helpful and a genuinely great guy. Will definetly be coming back in the future!

They said they did a oil change but my dash alert for a oil change is still blinking. I called corporate about the lousy service I received and no return call. I still cant believe they switched my tires without doing an alignment, that was the important part.

These guys lied to me at least twice over the course of 2 visits, they couldnt find a leak in my tire so they moved it to the other side of my car. The next visit I went for new tires I was told they had a week long wait time for the cheaper option and that I needed to change all 4 tires at the same time. Quoting me $579 as the cheapest option if I wanted to change 2 tires today.

Super nice I exchange something I bought in California and got money back because there are no taxes. Blah blah blah but Les Schwab is always super nice and they totally do stuff for me like adjust my hitch which has to be torqued to 210 lb and roadworthy tire inspections and stuff like that pre-trip so 5 stars

Went in for a pull to the right. They said it was my tires. $500 for 2. He said it was ready and I asked if it still veered to the right.....he said he didnt know but would check. Yep it still did. He said I needed an alignment.....paid for that. Left with the same problem I went in for but it cost me $600. They are prompt but not very good at troubleshooting. They just want to sell you stuff whether you need it or not.

When I arrived, they werent busy at all, wasnt welcomed, had to ask the guy if hes who I talk to. Took them 25 minutes before they even took my car in, and 25 minutes to run a scan on my tire sensor and tell me everything was fine. Guy said it should be ten minutes when I gave him the keys...been here once before, and was much more impressed the first time. Also they have a sign on the door that says no dogs allowed, but they had a whining puppy behind the front counter...contradictory?

I went in for an alignment paid $800 for tires and never got an alignment. Without an alignment my tires are going to ruin sooner. They switched my tires without telling me they wouldnt do my alignment. The worker RJ has no customer service skills. His mouth was as bad as it gets without curse words. Sacramento Les Swhwab was great but Eureka Les Schwab very dissatisfied.

Found,good service,fair speed in& out. Truth in what I was told was wrong with my car,nothing was wrong. Still left with estimate but no pressure to fix what wasnt immediate.

So happy! I had a recurring slow leak in tires that should last another 6000 miles. Les Schwab took both rear tires off looked for leaks and cleaned up the rims. No charge.
