New to the area and so far the store has been good. On my first visit Dennis checked me out. He was really friendly and asked if I found everything ok. I told him this was my first time shopping there. He told me, welcome to WinCo! with a big smile. Dennis and I had a friendly conversation while he quickly scanned all my items. Since my first visit Ive been to the store many times. The other checkers I have had are friendly as well. One thing I really liked was the other day I was looking for an item and a employee saw that confused look on my face. Without out me asking for help she took the initiative to see if I needed assistance. I really appreciate it when an employee goes the extra mile like that. WinCo has good prices on food and a good selection of food. Good job WinCo and good job Dennis!!

It was fine and much better prices than Fortuna CA stores. I would have to pay at least double or more for what it costs in Fortuna for the same products. No thanks.

When we shop we start at the 99 cent store then the can food outlet. After that we go to Wenco. Try not to trip over the floor Matts in the the produce section. Other then that good place.

Winco Foods is a good store. 24 Hours open, Fruits, Veggies, Snacks, Dairy. Takes Debit Card, Cash & Checks only. No Credit Card. Has self checkout with 6 stations. Has Costco style layout with pallets on upper level.Does not have much in stationary except pens, pencils, tapes, erasers, files etc. No Journals. Has a pizza shop from 10am-9pm.

Winco has the best prices overall and is a one stop shopping spot. The only thing I havent found there is grain free dog food. My dogs are allergic to corn. Its a busy store, but they usually have enough cashiers to handle it.

I am not happy about stores closing check out lanes and pushing us to use self checkout. Other than that I love this place

Great prices on large selection they had everything wheeler looking for and then some walk out with a full basket for $125 I would highly recommend that I would go back again

Its small for a winco but prices are best in town as far as groceries go...

Winco is one of the bigger grocery stores in the area. The have a large variety of bulk foods, a large meat dept., as well as a very large dairy dept. They offer just about whatever you may need in so far as groceries go plus they also have a bunch of really nice little extras as well. Their bakery is very good and offers fresh baked goods daily as well as fresh donuts in the early a.m. Their is also a pizza place inside where you can get take out fresh pizza ready to order. This business is employee owned which is really cool too.

Good prices, can be a bit crowded, I prefer to go early in the morning before crowding, best prices in Eureka area

The bulk food section is pretty alright. The rest of the store is basically what you would expect from an older, busy, budget, grocery store. Go to Grocery Outlet if you want brighter florescent lights and slightly less stuff.

Low pricing, big selection, we mostly go there for soda (usually the best sale prices around in that regard) but always end up finding plenty more. cash, check, or debit only. WIC accepted.no credit cards.

Winco stores are my favorite. Excellent prices and vast selections in all the things they carry. This one even makes pizza in house! The only reason I go anywhere else for groceries is because soda is expensive here.

Went in early, did our shopping, liked the prices and went right up to a register lane being first in lkne. Loved it all.

Winco has great fruit,& veggies, love the pastries, they have all my grocery needs, there meat is good and not over priced. They have a fresh meat counter they will slice and package to your request. They will suggest if you ask. And there hot foods are always supplied or will be done with in an appropriate time.There prices are always good, sales are great.The Employees are Always Friendly,Polite,And Helpful,They Seem Like They Like There Jobs.

WiñCo it seem from the moment that you turn into the parking lot I felt a inviting feel to come in. Once inside you could see covid 19 is still here but the. Cart were wiped clean the store fresh smelling the lay out was perfect. Vegetables fresh good price the meat look awesome and the bathroom smelled better than the store and check out the had 5 lines plus self check out. 1 person in front of me and I was walking out the door. Now lets talk Pizza their take in bake I had them cook it really good so for those who dont shop there give it a try you wont want to leave enjoy

Has all of the essentials and alternative, low-cost, brands that are just as good as the popular stuff. The staff are remarkably friendly and I have never had a bad experience interacting with anyone there. What makes this a 5-star review is the variety, the friendliness, and the overall positivity.Of the people Ive met at this location, some even go through the trouble of remembering my face. For seeing me once every other week or so, its amazing they would remember customers like that. The overall friendliness makes this super big store feel like a family market, with all the little cliques within a family that one might find.

Staff used to be helpful, notsomuch anymore. Dont like their deli. They precut their meat & everything is cut too thick. Dont like going there very much. Better to go early in am.

Made a special order one week in advance from bulk foods area. Tyler said it has not been delivered yet and he hadnt seen the flavor of coffee we ordered in a while. Even though we found a few bags on the shelf. The deli area was out of wings. When we asked if they were going to make more we were told the frying person was on break. Guess hes the only one who knows how to fry chicken. Upon his return, not going to make any more wings. So the others really dont know much about the function of their own work area. Simple fix: communication🤯

Great selection of brands, friendly and helpful staff. The pork and beef meat from the deli isnt the best quality but if you slow cook it, it turns out great! The chicken is just fine and honestly the meat tastes fine.Covid-19 related- Was impressed to see staff walking around and wiping the handles of all the cold drink refrigerators, as well as most everyone I saw (it was pretty busy) was wearing their masks properly. All carts were sanitized. They have my business!

Ive been to Winco in many different cities and this one is by far the oldest and most run down. Its also pretty small too.

Winco wasnt bad for us being on Shelter in Place and people doing their Christmas food shopping. I was in and out within an hour. Everyone was masked and practicing safe distances. Good experience!

They always have what I need. The cashiers are mostly nice.

Favorite grocery store. Great prices compared to other stores but where they shine for us is their variety of produce and meats.

Staff did not say anything to a customer not wearing a mask in line behind me. I had to give my can you please scoot back, I dont feel comfortable with someone that close to me not wearing a mask speech. Very infuriating.

Great prices, but limited selection and tad more price relative to other Winco locations. Good bulk foods, deli, in house bakery and frozen sections. Not all Winco products present here, but some substitutes in named brands. Self bag no credit cards.

This store is clean and well run. I love the bulk section! I really like the meat selection, rib eyes and chuck eyes especially. I have shopped here many times having to travel from Fortuna, but worth the savings!

I was attended by a cashier named Jessica, an inoperative one, you can see that she was in a hurry to close the cashier .. between purchases she had a pack of beers that I did not let myself go since not all of us who went to buy had identification on top of me .. something that It seems ridiculous since one is enough

As always WinCo comes through. They make it as pleasurable as possible to grocery shop. The staff is friendly and helpful. The store is always clean. It will be nice when the bulk good section is available again.

Cheap food in an area where cheap food is hard to come by.

I like it because its close to home and decent prices, variety of foods and goods. I do wish they would accept credit cards and not just debit.

I Love WinCo! A very non expensive grocery store. They are open 24 hrs, though, the Virus has cAused them to adjust times. You can find almost anything you need and cheaper than most other grocery stores. Top rating for WinCos!!

Always has stuff that I cant find anywhere else. And everytime I shop I spend about half as much as I would at the other grocery stores in the area. Winco is great!

Very good variety of foods. Fruit was not as fresh as I would have liked it to be but otherwise very good. You do need to bring your own bags or pay for bags.

Also well organized, clean and stocked. Love the prices and variety for my family. Also love the continued product changes for more gluten-free options, and healthier options.

This has to be one of our worst Winco experiences ever! We tried calling and getting through to the deli to place and order of salt & vinegar wings, no one answered either time we called so we took our chances since we came to pick up a special order of coffee in which was placed over a week before! The store is poorly laid out. They have a huge selection of fresh produce and found way more than we anticipated. Our special order coffee was not in so we decided to buy all the single bags they had on the shelf. The deli department was RUDE. We asked about the fryer and if they were going to fry any more wings. The response was the deer in the headlight look and then was told the person who works the fryer is on break for at least a half an hour or more. Once that person came back we asked again only to be told they would only be frying more chicken and NO WINGS. Very sad since the chicken bin was more than full and they could have fried up some wings. The social distancing on this day was not in existence and neither was wearing masks. Not one person cared whose bubble they were in or bursting. A lot of the employees were very rude. The cashier on the other hand was very friendly and had good customer service skills. We can say it is a Winco we will never be back to! One time was enough.

I got to give WinCo 5 stars because is so much more comfortable to shopping then Safeway

Waited in line at customer service for like 20 minutes just to have the lady behind the counter ignore me and the lady in front of me. No ill be right with you or nothing. Had to leave without making my purchase. Very rude this happened on 5-12021 ar 2pm
