Fantastic service. I ordered the flowers and within an hour they were delivered to the hospital! Not only that, they emailed me a picture of the bouquet. The person whom I sent the flowers to also sent me a picture of the bouquet and it was the exact same one, so no tom foolery here! Great communication, fast service, and I could not be happier. I called around to a few florists in town and Eureka Florist was the first one to pick up the phone on the first try. This was a relief because I wanted to do our order locally rather than go with a national company. Thankfully I didnt have to compromise on convenience and the customer service was excellent. They took down my information quickly, we discussed floral arrangement options, and they let me know that even though the delivery driver was already out for the day they would make a special effort to deliver this important condolence bouquet the same day. They went the extra mile! I got an email receipt and confirmation that the delivery was made, plus a photo of the designed bouquet and it was beautiful. Very happy with Eureka Florist!

Calling from out of town, you never know what to expect; however, Eureka Florist did not disappoint. They had excellent customer service and made such a beautiful arrangement. I loved how they e-mailed a picture to me since I was not going to be there in person to see it. I have never had a florist do that before. That speaks to the confidence they have in their service. When you suffer the loss of a loved one, you are not always in a state of mind to deal with all the details that follow. From the onset of my contact with Eureka Florist, I was treated so compassionately. I was seeking a unique arrangement for my husband and was having trouble finding someone who could accommodate my desire and work with me on pricing I could afford. Gwen is amazing!!!! She did not have her price set in stone. She offered compromise, and ideals for savings and still I was delivered a unique WORK OF ART! The 3-dimentional guitar piece she created for my husband was amazing and personal. Even though she new I didnt have a great deal of money to spend, she still contacted me after completion of her piece inquiring if she could add a personal touch to the guitar strap to include his name at no additional charge. That is because that is what kind of service they offer their customers, even at the darkest of times. You wouldnt think a floral arrangement would contribute so much at a service, but that would be wrong. It offered me much closure knowing he had the best of everything even though money was tight as it often is when you have an unexpected loss. Eureka Florist was communicative with me throughout the process. They constantly checked in with me via email to update me on status of the pieces creation and delivery. They were considerate in my having an approximate date of delivery as well when I needed to move my date. Gwen and Finn of Eureka Florist have all my floral business from here on out and I will tell everyone of the fine, professional, and creative work they do at Eureka Florist. Great customer service, perfect for last minute or same day delivery. Delivery fees outside of Eureka are pretty steep, but nice to have the option to deliver out of town. I love that they send you a snap of the bouquet you ordered before they deliver it, nice touch!!

I am so happy I found Eureka Florist! I live out of state and wanted to have some get well flowers delivered to my dear friend but didnt want to use one of those massive websites where everything kind of looks the same or arrives looking sickly. I found the Eureka Florist website to be easy to navigate with modern photos of stylist bouquets, some using unique flowers and ikebana. The wrapped bouquet I ordered surpassed my expectations! I am just so pleased. It is obvious the florist cares about what they do and it shows. My friend was very happy, too! The price, the ease of purchase, and the beautiful flowers have me looking forward to ordering from them again.

I cannot say enough nice things about this place! I wanted to have flowers delivered to my mom who was having surgery. Luckily, I was able to find this cute little place that could deliver same day. I had it delivered to the hospital since we cannot go inside due to covid- a very nice woman from the business called me to verify that she was a patient because they thought of the fact that if she is a patient there that they may not have vases. I let her know that she is in fact a patient and she let me know that she will be delivering a vase also so that my mother would have a vase to put her flowers in when she recovered so they would stay alive. She was so kind and polite, I could not believe they thought of this. I will be buying flowers only from this business from now on. I am able to order from 1800flowers with no service or delivery charge. I could not find anything I liked so I looked up florists in Eureka. I am thrilled with EUREKA FLORISTS. They did a beautiful arrangement and were a joy to work with. I HIGHLY RE COMMEND THEM.

My experience with Eureka Florist on both the ordering and receiving side has been amazing. I ordered a bouquet of flowers for a friend that was having surgery, but I had gotten the delivery date wrong. They were so nice when I called and told them this, they were happy to hold onto the bouquet and keep it in the cooler so it was still nice and fresh for delivery the next day. I was in the hospital at the same time, My husband and best friend reached out to eureka florist last minuet to order flowers for me. Not only did the florist take their very last min order and get it delivered that same day after closing, She also built the most beautiful, and biggest bouquet Ive ever seen. It stopped people in their tracks when they saw it, everyone was blown away by its beauty, size and all the different types of flowers in it, which where all organic and from California. I will for sure be ordering more flowers from them in the future, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a simple arrangement or for a blow your socks off one!!!

I had a middle of the night idea to have flowers sent to a friend that just opened a new business. I emailed Eureka Florist with an idea of what I was looking for. They figuratively and literally delivered! I didnt even know the name of the new business and gave them my best guess as to the address and they still got it there by the afternoon the same day. They also emailed a photo of the bouquet. Very impressed!

Stopped what they were doing to welcome me to the community and put together an arrangement for my girlfriend. Price was great! Atmosphere was great! Glad I stopped by! I order flowers for my sisters adoption anniversary every year since my mom died in 2012. I went through corporate one 800 flowers bull and they messed things up a couple years ago and didn’t deliver any flowers on the day. When you walk in the shop the energy is so happy and creative you don’t ever want to leave. Finn and Gwen are two of the most upbeat and community oriented people I’ve ever met. I’m so glad they’re part of the Henderson Center, it just makes me want to go there more often.

After using this shop for many same day deliveries in Eureka with great success, I stopped in to get two bouquets and boutinere for an elopement at St. Joe’s for a relative in Hospice. They made fabulous flowers on the spot with New Orleans Saints colors for my husband. They were awesome! I wouldn’t use anyone else in Eureka.

Very easy to order my best friend flowers for her birthday in CA and have them delivered to her hospital. And she showed me a pic and the bouquet looked fantastic. I was hesitant about some of the mediocre reviews, but I saw a note that they are under new ownership which must be the case because I can definitely say my experience with them was that of a 5 star business!

Very disappointed I order flowers from this shop one month in advance, Gwen was supposed to add creme flowers, and supposed to be bigger than the original size, which I had to paid extra for. Does not look anything like the one we pick out. Be aware of this place! Its not the right place to order funeral flowers.I uploaded a picture of the flower I picked out from there book and look what they delivered to me, looks nothing alike plus I paid more for what they priced it for. ( the white circle flower) pictures do not lied it speaks the fact.

I recommend only if you plan to pick up flowers. Sometimes deliveries can get mixed up or not delivered if your address is not clearly marked on your residence.If issues arise, they will offer replacements or additions to your order to compensate for late or missing deliveries.

To say the least I am less than happy. I called to order flowers for my grandmothers birthday. I live in the Sacramento area so I had to place a phone in order with delivery. I was expecting the flowers to look like the photo that was shown online. The flowers she received were nothing like the ones online. I ordered the FTD blushing beauty bouquet. Not only were the flowers disappointing the customer service was awful! The owner is the one who took my order with lots of attitude, she also took my call when I called back to let her know I was disappointed with what the flowers looked like compared to the flowers shown online. I told her that I understand that the flowers might differ a little bit from the photo shown online but that there was way to much of a difference. She told me that she could only use the flowers they had in store and I understood but I told her the arrangement of the flowers were very poor and quite frankly ugly. It appeared that someone just placed flowers in a vase and didn’t trim the stems or place the flowers nicely in the vase. She told me that she saw the flowers and felt that they were fine for what I paid and she just really made it clear that she did not care one but that I was unhappy.These flowers were $55.00 and I could have bought a bouquet from a grocery store that looked nicer than the ones she received and for probably less money. She not only treated me poorly, she proceeded to hang up before I could tell her everything I wanted her to hear. I was as polite as I could possibly be and she still was rude and disrespectful! I will never do business here ever again! Worst florist in Eureka!

The $65 Christmas arrangement advertised that there were roses in it, but they sent it without roses, just carnations. Im assuming they thought I would not know what was sent, considering I live in AZ. I complained and the best they would do for me is $10 reimbursed, with an attitude. I think thats very poor considering thats not what I ordered, it was Christmas and roses were the primary flower. I wouldnt have ordered this without roses. Very poor business practice, I will not use them again.

This is the worst FTD florist to do business with. They do not make the arrangement you order/ pay for AND you wouldnt know it if the recipient doesnt send you a picture of what they received. Not even CLOSE to what I ordered!! Unethical, dishonest, and FTD doesnt find out unless you find out and tell them. Shame on you Eureka Florist! I hope you lose your contract with FTD. My niece had a surgery down in the Bay Area first part of August & when she returned to her home in Fortuna I wanted to make sure she had some cheerful balloons to wake up to every day! I figured balloons would b alot of fun for a 7 year old but I had no idea what florist to use. Eureka is a tad further away from Fortuna but when I spoke to the sweet woman on the phone she assured me she could put a really fun bouquet to cheer my sweet niece up so I said, lets do it! OO-MM-GEEE !! My sister-in-law sent me a pic & said how GORGEOUS & FUN my niece is having looking at them!! Thank You Eureka Florist for everything & when Im done with this review I plan on ordering some flowers for my Mother-in-law who is in the hospital across the street at St. Josephs in Eureka! I was out of town for our anniversary, so I wanted to send flowers to my loved one from out of state. I had previously arranged for a friend to pick them up instead of having them delivered. So far, so good...I called and the woman on the line was EXTREMELY RUDE! I picked the flowers I wanted and asked for a small note to go with it. The woman vocally rolled her eyes over the phone as if it was incredibly unorthodox to attach a sweet note to a bouquet of flowers. She then asked what I wanted it to say (keep in mind, I already gave her my credit card info), so I said (very clearly, might I add) happy anniversary, sweety! Easy, right?She then asked if I wanted to end it with, love, Michael. Fair, but...I requested that instead it read, love, babe (my nickname).Then, (youll never believe this)She exclaims, Ugh! Your name is babe!?I said, shyly, of course, its my nickname...THEN! She had the AUDACITY to say, well I need to know your REAL name or I have to contact the district attorney!The DISTRICT ATTORNEY!!!??? What the hell!!?? Are you kidding me!? What does that have to do with anything!? Are you psycho!? This is how you treat your customers!? She knows my real name anyway! It was on my credit card!I went along with her threatening ways because I was running out of time.Anyway, to top it off...My sweety got the flowers and sent me a pic. Guess what. THEY WRECKED IT!It reads happy anniversarylove, sweety babeYes, there is no space between anniversary and love. Are you freakin serious!?And sweety babe!? Oh my God! This woman needs to be FIRED!
