The girl that was helping me and my sister-in-law was amazing she found the perfect wedding dress for my sister-in-law. We went in with a different idea of what we wanted but were completely surprised when she was able to find us a wedding dress that was so out of what we thought we wanted it looks so beautiful on my sister-in-law. I cant remind this place enough!

Until mid-2019, I shopped frequently at this business and purchased several items, including a skirt on which I have received numerous compliments. My opinion of the store changed during an Arts Alive! event that summer.I was in a fitting room trying on a skirt. In the stall next to me was a group of teenage boys. One of the kids left the stall and opened my curtain while I was undressed. I immediately complained to the owner at the register. She not only never offered an apology, but she ignored my complaints, and had previously been conversing with the boys as though she had known them.The store was previously owned/managed by another individual who had exceptional customer service. I am a thrift/consignment-store junkie who has consistently supported all related local businesses, but I will never again set foot in the door of this particular one while the store is under its current ownership.(Over the past few months I have made multiple attempts to post the same review to Facebook, but it has yet to be publicly acknowledged, for the record.)

We walked in today to find a wedding dress for a wedding tomorrow! Sonja went above and beyond to help us find a dress for a hard to fit bride. It was a awesome positive experience. We walked out with a brides dress, shoes, veil and a brides maid dress for under $400! Check it out!

I love this place! I just wish they didnt give a timeline on spending YOUR money!! I ended up sick and in the hospital and lost all my credit! Kind of pisses me off! Perhaps she will work with me but I cannot get through the phone!! No harm in asking!

If I could give this place negative 5 stars, I would. My maid of honor and I went to check this place out after noticing some formal dresses in the window that could suffice for bridesmaids dresses. The woman behind the counter was so incredibly rude and disrespectful. She acted as though because Im petite, Im too young to be a bride...She repeatedly scoffed and told both my maid of honor and I that we wouldnt fit into their adult dresses. Truly a pathetic business to support for any occasion. Unless youre looking to be belittled and insulted, would NOT reccomend.
