Apparently a homeless person was in need of the small blanket I had in my back seat of my car and smashed the window to get it. Vandalism is so prevalent in our area that shops are booked out several weeks, it was worth the wait. Friendly, professional staff. No hassle at all. Thank you💜

It took them 24 hours after ordering my Prius windshield to put it in. It was complicated because there is a mirror inside my windshield. They did a great job! Nice people. My insurance covered everything. I would recommend them.

Excellent service and highly recommended. I was referred to S&H by my insurance company after finding my back glass shattered without a known cause. Melissa and her crew were friendly and professional. I had 2 appointments due to a small issue with the 1st newly installed back glass not fitting my vehicle properly. This was a factory manufacturing issue as the glass appeared to be defective and did not fit as ordered/described. Melissa immediately reordered a new factory glass for my vehicle and rescheduled to reinstall again. She kept in communication via text about the matter and was very apologetic, even though the issue was a simple glass defect and not s&hs fault. At the 2nd appt, the new back glass fit perfectly. They also fixed my chipped windshield free of charge!! The fish tank and free wifi service that entertained my kiddos during our wait times was a bonus! They were extremely busy and worth every minute of the wait. I genuinely appreciate all of the kindness and professionalism.

This place is the best! They have repaired my windshield twice and they have always done exceptional repairs in a timely manner. The lady who answers the phone and schedules the repair (and helps when you arrive) is very, very nice and efficient. S&H Auto is pleasure to do business with and their prices are very good.

My boyfriend called in for an estimate on a new windshield and it was a reasonable price. When the car was turned in I was called back to be told that the windshield frame was rusty and needed to be replaced or I was risking damage down the road again. The extra fee was very reasonable and Melissa, her mom, and the resident kitty had stellar customer service. Thanks for the stress-free windshield! Everyone knows S & H is the place to go if you want your installations done right. They also get props for referring difficult or problem rock chips and cracks to GlasWelder and for NOT trying to sell them a new windshield unless they really need one!

Was there 5 mins early before they open ending up locking keys in van they told me to run and get copy key told them my ride will be here in few mins they said it was ok (8:05) i said it should take me about 10 mins to get copy key and get back they told me ok I ran home came back she was telling my wife sorry they cant bring me in after 30 mins I had to break in gave them the key at 8:20 they keep saying after 30 mins no no no I was there early and handed them the key 20 mins later didnt even want to work with me they tried to make me wait 2 more weeks all because of mins they didnt bother saying Ill get u in but or it will be end of day or anything this was a business van and Ill make sure we do not return there with a fleet of over 30 vehicle poor service would not attempt them again very rude and lead us on if u tell me we have 30 mins then walk out after 15 to tell us no sorry cant do it is bs
