My husband bought my first wedding set at ten window Williams. I loved it. So when we found out they were closing, he bought me a beautiful second wedding set. I just love it. So sad there closing. But so happy we got to again by a beautiful ring.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I had my engagement ring resized, and it was returned damaged (a chip/scratch on the setting). The ring is platinum and 4 months old. I was charged $191 because I was told that all of the prongs in the halo needed to be replaced. Linda was extremely rude, rolled her eyes and said that the damage was already there?!? I was told that the prongs were loose and needed to be replaced, but the halo sits above the rest of the ring and should not have been touched at all during the resizing. It looks like maybe they crushed the setting in a vice, and then charged me to repair their mistake, and failed? I just wanted my ring to fit, and I was even ok paying that crazy high price, but now it looks like I have to take them to small claims court, or see if someone else can repair their mistakes? HORRIBLE!!! I wish I would have asked more people in town before going, because I have been telling everyone and nobody in town seems to be surprised. Linda apparently has a record of being rude and cantankerous. Dont take my word for it, just look at yelp reviews. I wish that I had sooner, and not fallen for these fake Google reviews.

Good/timely experience with my watches getting adjusted and repaired. Friendly service to boot at a reasonable price.

This place isnt open on Mondays, they took a week to replace a watch battery, and they charged twice as much as Big Time USA for the same job. They have a nice jewelry selection, but if you need a watch repaired I would choose a different shop.
