The staff is rude and condescending which is unfortunate, because it is a cute store with wonderful gifts and teas. I would like to recommend that the staff be retrained to be welcoming, friendly, and helpful, instead of rude and dismissive. I have had more than one negative experience here, and I can see that many others have too. Its a shame, but its never too late to learn from these reviews and do better. Good luck!

It is an amazing shop! However, when I got to my car all of my teas were not in the bag. I went back to the store and the lady who bagged my tea was helpful as she remembered everything I purchased. The lady who rang me up kept saying, “I remember putting more in her bag.” That statement made it appear I was lying. She said it at least 5 times! The manager (I think it’s who it was) came from the back room and was incredibly rude. I was in NO WAY trying to rip them off for 2 oz of tea but believe I should have gotten what I paid for. Perhaps they rung up my tea and simply didn’t get one bag into my bag and it ended up in someone else’s? I think what bothered me most was the sales girl claiming “it’s not my fault”. I never went in to accuse anyone. It would have been far easier if they would have said, “so sorry, let’s make this right”. Unfortunately this set the tone for the entire day 😞 3 ladies were working, only one was even remotely nice. Sad to have such a great shop and such uncaring help.

Staff is always condescending and feels like they gate keep. They asked if we needed any help and we replied that we were just browsing for Christmas presents so this will take us a minute. Then the employee just stared blankly at us without saying anything in return. It seemed they did not want us in their store at all. Isn’t the whole point of a herbal store to feel good, heal your body and boost your vibes? Good vibes are definitely something the staff does not have. They always make me feel that I shouldn’t even be in the store. They are no fun.

Fantastic items. Horrific staff. One lady with black hair was very helpful. The other two - not at all. Rude and condescending. I watched three purchases all of which were abusive to the customers. I won’t go back, even for their great tea and gifts.

Love this place! I went in looking for an herbal supplement, DGL, for heartburn. The person I spoke with knew exactly what I was talking about and grabbed a bottle for me right away.

If you like to feel bad about yourself, then this is the place for you. There is no love coming from the staff, customers seem to annoy them.

Had an absolute wonderful experience here today. The ladies were very warm and welcoming and had lots of experience as well as advice in what herbs I should/could use. Not only was I given immediate acknowledgement for what I needed help with but I also learned a lot. Prices were very reasonable, and product seems very authentic. Will definitely be coming back to purchase more!

A wide selection of herbal teas and medicines including herbal tinctures, books, and candles. They also have a lovely display of classic teapots (I got mine there). There are lotions, scents, and spells. The staff is very helpful and during non-pandemic conditions they offer a daily hot tea and a pull tarot card.

If zero stars existed…My partner was in the store with her mother and sister. My partner and her mother left and her sister who stayed in the store said that the staff immediately began to talk trash about them and then said they felt the need to smudge the store and laughed.

Great little shop with a huge selection of herbs and you can have special blends made for whatever is ailing you. Also lots of fun stuff like tarot cards, crystals, and aromatherapy.

Went to this store today with my mom, having a great day. Was not greeted or acknowledged. Two women were helping a college student male with something regarding thc. Im standing in line behind waiting. The guy left no purchase, the ladies continue to talk . still not acknowledging are existence to buy with product in hand. Shaved head goes on to say shes taking a break, elderly woman walks away. No acknowledgment whatsoever. Finally asked the nice curly hair brunette to ring me up, which she apologized gave me 10 percent. Could not believe the rudeness of other ladies. Still durning my purchase, shaved head girl tries to interrupt lady ringing me up. Total rude . if you go to the store prepare to be ignored. ! Spend your money elsewhere

Ive been coming here for years and Ive always had good experiences. These ladies are caring and helpful. They have something for everyone, and their herbal mixes are top notch.

Great selection but one has to wait in one line to obtain a spice and then in yet another line to pay . Even though I called ahead it took me over 30 minutes to purchase one spice . The first line required that I wait while the person in front of me was receiving detailed health advice . During my wait in the second - waiting to pay cash for a small purchase,- the card system rebooted further delaying those ahead of me .

I have been in this shop numerous times and the employees are consistently condescending and rude, and blame their mistakes on the customer. If you ask for a certain amount of an herb they may bag up more than you requested, then claim that is what you asked for and be rude to you about the discrepancy. They have even overcharged me for herbs, for example charging me for three ounces but when I weigh it myself I find they actually only gave me two. This may not seem like that big of a deal but some herbs have quite a high price per ounce and it is just as easy to get it right and not overcharge your customer. Poor customer service, dishonest business.

No one spoke to me at all and when i tried to ask questions the older woman with curly hair completely blew me off. Please be more pleasant
