Store definitely need some light music or sound of some sort. Very quiet, no one says hello they just stand and look at you. Not verry warming at door or thru shopping. Great paint tho! Good quality.

Very helpful staff patiently worked out what I needed while I kept going back and forth on what I wanted. They keep your order in a database, so I didnt have to remember my paint color. I love that they take paint for recycling!

Change employee who works in the Eureka, CA location. She is rude and unprofessional and ruined my paint. She made me pay before she tinted it. She mad me wait 2/12 hrs for my color and kept helping everyone else. This store use to be great.. I will NEVER shop there again and I have spent thousands in the store previous.

That S-W always has there own colors and almost always can match competitors colors by color name and sheen. And S-W employees do a superior job of matching custom colors. I really appreciate the great service provided by Sherwin-Williams employees.

This store usually has a salebthat is going on. The staff are a great help. This is not a hardware not craft store. They sell paint, primer, wallpaper, painting/ drywall supplies/ tools etc. They open very early also which is surprising but aometimes very helpful.

Having items in stock that we need. Store was all out of semi-gloss and it is a 45 minute drive to get to the store for us. Out of stock items did not come in when we were told.

Sherwin Williams was a great store for all your painting needs and friendly knowledgeable staff in Idaho and same great products and services here.

I came to this place cause I needed some paint so I walk to the counter and I says how much is this here paint? And you know what he said? I need about tree fitty so I said tree fitty! You gotta out your mind on some paint fumes son cause I aint paying no tree fitty for no gallon of paint to which he replied how about just two fitty then? So I said two fitty? You gonna come paint my house too if Im paying two fitty for that there paint he just looked at me with dead ole fish eyes and said naw son I walked right up to that boy and said who you calling son, kid? Im old enough to be your grand pappy, and with how easy your momma is I probably am! Then he said I dont want no trouble I was like ya darn right fool! I walked over smacked him in the mouth, grabbed me that paint and left without paying...... my paint...... aint paying no tree fitty they out they minds....
