Good service. but for a ball shortbread in heifer costs $ 5.59 this carito by a single. cleaning is good .The quickly to collect as well.

Ice cream was okay, large portions but not as fresh tasting as Culvers. The store was out of 2 flavors and one topping I asked for. Donuts were okay but seemed a little stale. Coffee was good. Service was good and server was very nice.

I come to the place often for the cappuccino blast, which you can only get at a baskin Robbins dunkin. I drive from Leesburg to be often told no we are out of the mix or my base is too frozen. Today I was told again she couldnt make me one, I asked if she had the yogurt base instead. She said yes. I asked if we could have it made with that instead, she then yells noooo I cant make it bc of the mix! First time I was yelled at by someone there. Normally they just apologize and tell me that cant but homegirl was having a bad day. I get being out of things and I get people forget to leave the base out to thaw but there is no need to be nasty. I came in between 11- 1130 and she was on drive thru taken orders. I guess I should start calling before driving 15 minutes out of my way to wait in a 30 min line to be yelled at over some damn coffee.

This establishment of Dunkin and Baskin Robbins is your pretty standard chain of restaurant. Cleanliness in the area especially with Covid-19 being a factor. I would recommend this because of the customer service here, the only reason for 4 stars is because they did not have much munchkins flavors.

During this pandemic a small trip to Baskin Robbins puts a smile on my face allowing me to enjoy the world we used to live in before lockdown. The staff is nice and service was quick, no complaints from me.

Went through the drive through and the lady(I believe her name was Margaret because that’s what the receipt stated ) had her mask on under her chin, she was chewing food and talking to me while food was in her mouth, and while handling my card and food. Very rude and unprofessional.

Great ice cream most of the time. This is the only place i could find serves snickers flurries but they call them 31 Belows so I became a regular since Ive found them. My main problem is that i stop here at least once a week for a 31 Below and over half the times they dont have soft serve up or dont have snickers. Its really disappointing every time when I go thinking Im gonna get the treat ive loved since I first went to a ice cream place just to be let down. The staff are really nice about it. Being a regular Ive gotten to know some of the employees but every time I get to know and make friends with an employee they get fired. Would not recommend to work at this place for a job. The employees are always nervous at the end of the day and dont get many breaks. Once i came later in the day and an employee broke down in tears because she knew how often i Come or call to see if they have anything.The point is that they have great staff, constant low or out of products, but when they are stocked up its a great place to go with the family.Im moving out of florida in a couple of days and really hope that they can fix this problem before I leave because their ice cream always makes my day brighter when they have it.

They have good ice cream. It tastes so homemade. I got the cookies and cream,and the cookies were so fresh and crunchy

I have had a single good experience here and it was mostly because I was not disgusted by the people not changing gloves or waiting excessive amounts of time for simple orders.

31 flavors? Ha nope. I counted 21. Couldnt even get the flavor we wanted because it was freezer burnt. He was nice enough to tell us he wasnt comfortable selling it to us. The girl taking our order was so confused. Basically if you dont order coffee she is just stares at you. I think putting Dunkin and Baskin-Robbins together is a HUGE mistake. The service was terrible and took way too long to even get to the counter because of the coffee orders ahead of us. There was a family of 3 waiting for their order and a family of 4 in line in front of us. They didnt even speak to the family of 4 until all the drinks were served to the other family. Plenty of people working to cut that time down but bad training or management kept us waiting. I will not be back. It was the least enjoyable experience Ive had in a long time

I didnt hate the place but it was a bit awkward eating a two scoop cup of chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream with a fork because they were out of spoons!!! An ice cream parlour out of spoons!!! Thats like a steak house not having any knives!!! And to make it worse there was a grocery store across the highway where spoons could have been purchased. I guess there was no corporate procedure to cover an out of spoons occurrence, and no initiative to ad lib a solution. Prior to ordering a cup of ice cream knowledge of the spoon crisis might have influenced our decision to opt for a cone instead. No such luck. Informed of spoon crisis after filling our cup order. Too bad. Not a good example of B&R quality service.

Bacon egg cheese was real dry and no napkin donuts were real good,hash browns were soft and soggie

Honestly, whats great about this Baskin-Robbins, is that it has Dunkin Donuts at the same register. Donuts and ice cream really goes well together. Another bonus, is that the layout of the place is great and the building is not small or crowded. The staff is friendly and they have free WiFi.

This was the worst experience we had at baskin robbins! We spent 10 minutes just waiting to get acknowledgment that we were there or any kind of service. There were customers coming in and no one was trying to help us! This is a frequent problem! These people should not be working if they do not want to work! You just lost a frequent customer! After 15 minutes without any services everyone left the store.

Saturday a friend and I went to Baskin Robbins to get some treats for the children and the employees wasnt so friendly they didnt even say I will be right with you or nothing poor customer service

Kid didnt know how to make a banana split...we had to tell him...Portions seem smaller..they were out of sugar cones.....

Ive been there a couple times now and they always seem to be out of something. The first time they were out of ice cream cones then the next time I went a few months later they were out of fudge.

Daughters first time here. Great treats and great service.
