DO NOT USE CUSHMAN’S IF YOU HAVE A GEICO CLAIM! Worst experience ever dealing with a body shop and Geico. I took my vehicle in for repairs following an accident where I was rear ended. Cushman’s only repaired the visible damage despite telling me they would inspect the rear of the vehicle under the bumper. When another auto shop identified a problem from the accident, the Geico adjuster that works directly with Cushman’s (Joe Wilder) was awful and would not support the repairs despite 2 other auto shop experts attributing the damage from the accident. I recommend staying away from Geico and Cushman’s.

Had my car for 13 days and still hadnt completed the tear down process to complete an estimate. When we called to inquire an update, we were informed that my car wasnt the only one there being worked on. Did not keep my car there long enough to comment on service. Their lack of professionalism caused me to move to another body shop.

Incredibly helpful, easy to go through if you have Progressive and need to rent from Enterprise, and they call you every Tuesday and Thursday to update you on your repair progress. Superb friendly and helpful staff. Hope I never NEED ALto use them again but if I do I know Ill be in good hands.

I have an older truck (97 Z71) that I pretty sentimental about, so when I was rear-ended it was an emotional event. Cushman did an excellent job on my truck, fixing it up like brand new. Customer service was great, and Brandon was responsive on all my calls. They definitely went above and beyond. Very happy with my experience.

I had my truck taken to Cushmans pain and body after a motor vehicle crash. They were exceptionally professional with great communication. While my vehicle was written off as a total loss, Dana the insurance Liaison, truly went above and beyond to make sure that I was in control of the process and nothing happened without me knowing about it. She even looked at my auto insurance Policy and helped me determine what coverage is actually needed and what I could cancel. I would recommend this body shop to anyone looking for a professional business with good communication.

My car was in an accident and they had it for two to three weeks before I can get it back but when I did get it back it was missing a piece on the around the lights and part of my my front left car is where the accident happened and is still not connected right and he told me it needed just to pin in it he never put it in there

The best and only paint and body shop I trust. Ive had the (mis)fortune of using Cushman twice in the last few years for 2 of my vehicles. After my first awesome experience, there was no other option for me.Cushman does it right the first time and they do it fast. Thats the only way they know how. Their prices are fair. The quality of their work is unmatched and if youre going anywhere else, you may be taking a chance with the most important things you have in this world.

Cushman did an excellent job with a complicated rear end repair that destroyed the left rear of my CRV. My insurance rep and Cushman warned me that it would take extra time, but my vehicle seems just like new. I am happy!I recommend Cushman if you want it done right

Cushman sent threatening letter that had inaccurate dates about contacting me in regards to a vehicle estimate and insurance outcome.Do not deal with these folks! Their customer service is like their workmanship...all talk /no quality!

Had my car repaired here for minor damage. Took longer than the original estimate said and had some issues with gettin someone to get back with me about resolving an issue. Had to go in person but once I did everything was resolved and I left satisfied. Good shop they just need some more attentiveness to responding back to customers.

I had a great experience at Cushman Paint and Body. I was hit by a deer and my passenger side door was extremely dented and was not shutting properly. I had my estimate less than 2 hours after I dropped my vehicle off. My repairs went a little longer than expected, but Taylor kept me informed throughout the process. My door ended up needed to be replaced, they were able to keep my old glass(I have tinted windows). Everything works great, my vehicle looks brand new again, and they cleaned my entire vehicle better than I ever could it looks fantastic. I highly recommend Cushmans.

While it was not under the best circumstances, having had damage done to my car, Cushman paint and body made my experience with them exceptionally easy. They were very friendly and kept me informed every step of the way with texts and phone calls. I have used them in the past and will definitely use them again if need be. I went in to have my vehicle repaired after hitting a deer. I went in and explained the insurance company said I could take it anywhere i wanted to get it fixed, I was told to wait and someone would help me. I left after half hour when no one had the time to talk with me. No one up front stopped chatting long enough to check to see if any one could help me even after it had been a good while. I thought someone may speak to me as I left but there was no acknowledgement at all.

You are absolutely better off going to ANY other shop in the area!I had a collision Master’s Week (April 9th) and didn’t get my car back until June 7th. If I could post pictures I would, hopefully someone could tell me I’m overreacting then but every single person I asked (mechanic/non car person alike) said this shouldn’t have taken almost 9 weeks!When I went to get my car everything looked great, the work was solid and everyone was very friendly and communicated well (guess they would after having my car that long). However when I got in the inside was FILTHY! It looked better when I brought it in than when it left. Luckily they took it back and cleaned it. After that, I noticed over the weekend the clear coat on my mirror had peeled off and there was a giant spot. Of course when I called (and was ignored or redirected for A WEEK) and got ahold of someone who worked on my car they basically said it was my fault and they didn’t cause the peeling at all, there goes their customer service after they get you out of their shop. To top all of that off my gas was COMPLETELY empty, the light came on before I left the parking lot and it was not like that before I brought it (they even acknowledged it wasn’t) but all I got was $5 and “there’s a gas station down the road”.These guys truly made me feel worn down and stressed out over an accident I wasn’t even at fault for. Hopefully you read all this and visit another shop to save your time and emotional well being.

This body shop is absolutely horrible. Not only did they get all my info wrong they had my car a month longer than what I was told and it came back with more issues than when I dropped it off. None of the body work was aligned and the door they put on doesnt lock, window doesnt roll down, and the alarm goes off everytime I open it. Somehow my door speakers no longer work and the carpet in my trunk is soaked in what I hope is just water. They charged me an arm and a leg for a simple job and somehow it looks like I tried to do it myself. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

They did terrible work on our 2005 Odyssey bumper/fender. After someone hit us & left a huge dent in the driver side fender, we took it to Cushman to get it fixed. I noticed a gap on the top between the bumper cover and the driver side fender & complained about it multiple times. Told him it should not have such a gap. The guy try to convince me that it is normal to have a gap there. Later we had to change out the inner fender liner because it dropped somehow and got shredded by the wheel hitting it. Year after year the bumper cover kept dropping on the driver side, & I went back again to Cushman, but they would had charged us again for the same job they did not do right. The new inner fender liner dropped because of that issue and got shredded. We try to fix it ourselves & found out the bumper energy absorber been missing all this time. Never will I go back there..

Had my 2016 RAM 1500 due to a collision from May 13th till June 10 th. Was only Supposed to take 8 to 10 business days.There is over spray on my truck and the fender has spots on it that shows in the paint . My subwoofer was also cracked, with was not like that when I dropped if off to them .Very subpar work . I am not happy with there work . Will probably never use them again nor recommend them!

They said car was totaled,didnt even check to see how much money in damage.while I was waiting for value of my do called totaled car to come back,they wanted to to starry signing paper work to sign over my car to them...lol.,oh and the first said take few min for value to come back,then told me it could be few hours so in left, I called them after about 3 hours said it still didnt come in,Im still waiting its been 20 hours...FONT GO HERE

I recently had wheels stolen off my Toyota Sienna van and had it towed to Cushman in Evans on July 10th for repair. There was minor body damage that had occurred during the incident. I was assigned to an estimator and point of contact for questions and inquiries. I must say that Jillian (my service advisor) was very nice and courteous during my initial encounter.My Allstate adjuster evaluated the vehicle and issued a claim amount on the 12th of July. After a week and two days of having the vehicle in their possession, I had not received a message or call update on the progress, so I thought I would reach out to my service advisor on the 19th of July. She stated they had ordered and received the wheels the day before and that they had moved the vehicle in the shop to expedite repair of the vehicle and further assured me it would only take a short time to finish.On July 23rd, I figured I would reach out to get an update since they haven’t engaged me with courtesy updates on progress. The young lady who answered the phone told me Jillian was at lunch, but was happy to look into it for me. After a few minutes of checking on the status and explaining they were behind on logging update notes, she said that she did not have an update available, but advised that notes would be caught up in the next few days. She further estimated that it would be an additional 10 to 11 days before the work would be completed! I expressed that the repairs seemed to be taking an excessive amount of time for the small amount of work that had to be done. I told her it was very important that my service advisor call me when she returned from lunch that day so that I could get a realistic timeline for completion of repair. She assured me she would do so.......crickets......no return phone call before business closing of the day.The fail to return phone call is making me a little weary about the actual progress being made with my vehicle at Cushman right now and that is why I feel compelled to write this review. Are they now avoiding me? I don’t know the answer to that, but starting to feel like it’s a possibility. I am a fair person and plan on updating this review with end result when the work is complete.————————UPDATE———————-I visited the shop early morning on the 24th of July to find the vehicle in the exact spot the tow company had left it two weeks prior. The vehicle condition was identical to the day it was delivered to the shop! No indication of progress- other than a note on the window that confirmed delivery of replacement wheels on the 16th. I took some photos of the vehicle and went inside to speak to my service advisor. The service advisor told me with a straight face that my vehicle was in the mechanical service bay being worked on as we spoke. At that moment, I lost all trust in the communication and services being offered. Allstate arranged a transfer of the vehicle to a different shop where my vehicle will be repaired. Disappointing to say the least!

Over the last 5 months Ive personally had to deal with with everyone from the receptionists to the owner Scott. While everyone has been friendly the quality of the repairs and work done by the areas only Geico life time warranty shop in has been lacking at best and negligent at worst.Weve had our van back and forth for over 5 months at least 6 trips to Cushmans and at least 2 or 3 more trips to Gerald Jones Honda to try to sort our what they have done wrong. From tire pressure sensors, to poor paint and body work, every aspect of the work was not only insufficient but also followed up by using every drop of gas in the vehicle each time it was left (of the 4 or 5 trips to Cushmans they filled it up once). Youd think that if they test drove it that much on the first trip they would have felt the still present vibration and heard the roaring from the wheel baring that I heard the first time I rode in the vehicle after their first attempt at repair.They have already been paid by the insurance company and now are refusing to continue to do any type of work on the van. Not sure Id want them to do anything else any way.I am a small business owner in the area and I understand that some customers have unreasonable expectations. I am not a mechanic nor a paint and body expert, but I could tell from the first time that we picked the van up that they werent as concerned with the quality of work.Even now there is busted paint on the front bumper from improper spacing that I mentioned directly to them and they assured us they would fix. I will believe it when I see it. If they can make it right I will edit my review but at this point I dont see that happening.UPDATE ON THIS REVIEW:Had work done on an insurance claim in 2017. Currently having more work done on the same vehicle to undo the craptastic job that Cushman did.There were globs of silicon on a power steering o-ring. Also the axle that the insurance company paid to replace was not replaced. It was welded as a repair. The airbags have never functioned in the vehicle since they worked on it.Its a shame that large companies have no consequences to less than professional work. They dont care, they never did.I will continue to urge everyone I meet to never do business with them. Shoddy work by shoddy people. Hopefully I live long enough to see this business go under.

Update - after looking closer I found over 30 grits of sand in the paint (see photos with the blue marker). When I showed Brandon Cushman I was told that USAA allows so many defects and that he will have to get them to look at it. After showing him some work that was done by another body shop, he changed his mind and said that he could repaint it. They repainted it and provided me with a rental car. I picked up my car today and it was better, but there was some small spots where it looked like the sprayer might have been clogged. I wish I would have went somewhere else. I will not be going back here except for warranty work. If they cant get a bumper right after doing it twice, I definitely would not trust them with a whole car. I would expect this from Mako, but their prices are diffently not Mako prices.

I will never ever use Cushmans again. My car came back with more damages than it went in with. It took longer to repair my vehicle than they originally stated. I am not satisfied with the outcome. The people are ok but the service STINKS!!!

I brought my 2007 impala here on march 18 and I didnt receive my vehicle till April 24th. They are horrible with getting back with you on the phone, they seem to not be in the loop with their own mechanics, so they kept telling me different days and weeks my car would be available... I just hated their misguided time frames and the fact they took waaaayyy longer than even, THEY anticipated.

Very unprofessional, the girl at front desk doesnt even bother making eye contact with you. The inspector was very rude! The day I dropped off my vehicle for repair I was called 2hrs later, and was asked to pick up my vehicle, because they forgot to call the person that specializes in that area. Overall I had a horrible experience, and would advice that you take your car elsewhere.
