The people in the garden section were very nice and helpful with the questions that I had about some plants and when they might get them in their store.Their selection of spring flowers were beautiful. And the worker at the self check out was very sweet and helpful too.

Great prices & a Great team working for this place. The standard set by Home Depot was normally high, so theres nothing more I can say about that. No complaints always have great things to purchase for my home.

Used to live in this place buying stuff when I had energy. You can buy just about anything in here for your home and yard. Sure do miss it. But, I still do go there every once in awhile for things I need. A very good place to go!

The best selection at the best prices. I needed a new small refrigerator in an emergency and Home Depot delivered. I shopped around at Walmart, and at Lowes (because I had a veterans discount and a gift card), and Home Depot not only had a better and larger refrigerator than the others, but at a lower price even with the discounts and gift cards I had. The choice was simple. Home Depot is still my favorite store of all time.

I’m giving the Home Depot in Evans 1-Star based off one staff who refused to help me in plumbing since I had my service dog with me. I ended buying approximately 5-8 other similar products, guessing it is what I need for my DIY. I’ll be returning back almost everything that I didn’t actually need. It would have been easier if the Home Depot staff would have helped me up front. I did address my concern to the Customer Service Desk and pointed out the individual. Serving 22 years in the Army has some downfalls in life

Bernie in the paint department was so helpful and friendly. Checked color options for me and got everything taken care of really quickly.

Horrible customer service. Especially in the wood department. Don’t bother to ask the staff for help. They will either look upset and tell you that they will help in a few minutes and never actually help you. Lowe’s is not far from this location. They are a bit better!Btw, this is based on a few visits to this location. Won’t be going there anymore!

Was looking for an outside light light bulb and they have so many to choose from it is hard to decide which one to get. I ask for assistance and a store worker came in a very short period of time and assisted me. This was a very pleasant and quick experience. Thank you HD!

Honestly, I love home depot, but this one could use a little work.These guys have a decent selection and their pricing is reasonable, but some of the things they carry are limited in options. My only other complaint would be that there just arent enough associates available for helping customers. It seems like I have to walk quite a ways before I can find some help, and if I find someone theyre usually swamped with customers asking questions. The garden center could use some work too, there just arent enough options for manual gardening tools.

Came in to pick up an order that I received was at the bobby jones location, but was sent to evans, just to return and wait for it to be picked. Wow, is all I can say.

Garden supplies are extensive with a large selection of plants inside and outside the store.I like that the store manager is friendly and accessible.

Some people dont like to shop the big box home improvement stores but I like my neighborhood Home Depot. I can rely on them to have what I need at a good price and I can be in and out of the store quickly. The people who work on the sales floor are cordial and helpful. What more can you ask for?

Never buy an appliance from Home Depot. I have been trying for two days to get service scheduled for a dryer. Spent about three hours in the phone and still don’t have a date. Purchasing an extended warranty does not make it easier. Save your money and stay away from LG appliances.

I will never use this store or homedepot ever again. We bought carpet back on May 3rd. When we bought it we were told it would only take 2 weeks to be installed. Come to find out when they called me it was going to take 7-8 weeks! Little annoying but fine. Then come install day which was suppose to be yesterday June 23. Let me preface this by saying I watched all the prep videos I was sent through email. They can’t move waterbeds, safes, grandfather clocks, or aquariums; cool we don’t have any of that. They get there to install after waiting around all day when they said they would call on the way to my house and they never did. They show up and immediately say they can’t install and are leaving because there’s furniture in the rooms and it’s upstairs, we were never told they can’t move furniture from upstairs and even though we have furniture removal on our receipt they won’t move “that type” of furniture anyways even though it’s just toy storage because it was a playroom. My husband and I say we will move it and it’ll take us less then 5 mins. They refuse saying we’ll have to reschedule. This was the final straw because I had non stop issues with the company since we purchased the carpet. I called Home Depot saying I would like to cancel and get a refund. The store said they would do it in full I would just need to come in because the person was already gone for the day. I go in the next morning and now I have to be charged a $100 trip fee and 15% restocking fee. After back and fourth and Jevaughn who I guess is the manager refusing to come out and talk to me they eventually waive the trip fee but now they’re charging 20% restocking fee! I called corporate as I think we should get a full refund since they were refusing our service that we paid for! The lady was very rude and pretty much said too bad too sad. I will take my business to Lowe’s from now on.

I came here after feeling really defeated at the Lowe’s down the street. No one would help me in the store so I decided to try Home Depot before heading home. I had a very pleasant experience and got everything I needed! Huge shift in atmosphere

Love shopping here. Normally dont go to the bathroom here, but my coffee caught up with me. Lol. I was the only person in here. 2 stalls were out of TP. No big deal, ill go to another one. The dust on the back of the doors and corners were so thick I could write my name in it. Yuck

I had a great experience at home depot today. I went in for a Weber grill, and due to a stocking error they didnt have the quantity in store that the website said. It was hectic in the store and the associate never lost his calm. We got a grill and we are happy with the purchase.

We went here specifically for a type of C9 Christmas light. We used them last year and they worked very well. Its also a good place to get items to help put the lights up. Not a huge selection for Christmas lights, but what they have is good quality. Highly recommend.

I watched as Ruben was super helpful to other customers and admired his love for his job. I then had trouble finding an item that wasn’t stocked and sought him out to help and he graciously helped me find the item in a box above the aisle. Super helpful and a great employee! This is why I go to HD over Lowe’s.

Went to HomeDepot this morning 3/2/21 11:30 am to get a few things for the house. Had to get a few sheets of panel the Associate Ron in construction was very helpful and courteous. He was working alone in the depth. He had 2 other women he was helping and 3 more waiting. He went beyond what Ive seen others do. Yall need more like that young man.

I was there to pick up orders that had been ordered earlier own line they were right on the spot had everything wait no me when I got there brought it out and loaded it. The customer service experience was wonderful not a problem everything with went smoothly

This is the most unorganized Home Depot Ive ever been in. Pallets of Freight all through the isles, especially outside garden. Almost impossible to shop. Not one employee spoke to me and I was in the store for an hour from garden shop to building materials.

Waited for over 15 minutes for curbside pickup. Eventually walked in the store and saw 4 employees just hanging around the customer service section. They grabbed my order and got it to me immediately. Dont know why I waited so long.

Clean and not as crowded as some other Home Depot/Lowes around CSRA, and still has most things for most projects.

Two men went out of their way today to help my husband find two very specific bolts he needed. They only had two left in the whole store and these two men must have spent 30 mins helping my husband find them, digging through every drawer until they found them!! Thank you and I wish I knew their names, but definitely great customer service!!

Easy to find restrooms for a HD!

Let me first start off with I am a loyal Home Depot shopper and usually get great service. I tried to purchase a Christmas tree online but could not since there was limited quantity available. I went in to the store and the only one that was left was the floor model. I spoke to the associate and he told me that the 20% sale had ended last night and the tree was now $399 not $319. I asked if he could give me a discount since it was a floor model and I understood him to say he could give me 10% and a free storage bag, a value of $40. When I got to the register I was only getting the free bag and not the 10% discount. After talking to the associate he explained it was either or not both, my misunderstanding. I asked to speak to the manager and was told she was on a conference but told the cashier that I could not have 10% but could only have the storage bag, which I didnt need. I tried repeatedly to just get the 10% off like the associate had offered in the beginning but could not make that happen. I walked out and called the Aiken Sc Home Depot since they showed they had the tree in stock and spoke with Marilee on the phone. she verified she had it and when I asked if I could get a discount on the tree since I missed the sale cutoff she gave me a 15% discount over the phone. I drove 45 minutes to the Aiken store and purchased the tree from Marilee and Kathy the cashier which were both great to do business with.

Went to buy a deadbolt. Young man rekeyed it to work with my existing key for no charge. Cashier was outstanding! You can always find help at this store!

After having a terrible experience at a different Home Depot earlier today I was very pleased with the level of service that I received from the folks in the paint department. The sales associate work with me on an issue I had and did everything that was necessary for me to leave there knowing that I was properly taken care of. This location is a little bit further away from where I live but it will be my new go to Home Depot from here on in.

We went in to get bamboo sticks but you didnt have any at all. So we got 3 × 50 ft fence. It was on the top shelf on the outside gardening area so we had to get an older woman to help us, she was really nice.

This isnt about the store so much as it is their heating/AC installation service. They use a company out of Columbia, SC to install them, and while they have no problem driving all the way here for the $14,000 to install two units, they will not come back ever again to honor their warranty.I had them installed less than three years ago, and as of today I am spending another $800 to have them repaired bringing my total to date to almost $4,000 in repairs. I tried to call more times than I can count in the first 6 months along with trying to contact Home Depot but it was pointless. I even found the random sales guy for the install company doing his sales pitch when you first walk into the store and explained my situation to him, guess what, didnt matter, never heard back.I have accepted this now after all this time, but after having to call out a repair again for a different component I decided it was time to write this review. I would absolutely spend the few extra bucks on a local company that will actually honor their work. DO NOT USE HOME DEPOT FOR ANY INSTALLATION SERVICES.

I needed a low VOC paint for a 7 year olds bedroom. I gave the man at the paint counter the paint chip, I told him what I needed, and he went and got it. I looked at the can but did not inspect closely and gave it to my wife. She painted the room and weve realized after he couldnt move in that it is NOT LOW VOC at all! I have a bedroom my child needs and I now have to completely seal the paint job and repaint. IF YOU BUY FROM THIS STORE VERIFY EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU LEAVE!

The sales guy was odd, they have a ton of floor models not even for sale. And a girl employee happened by while we were being rung up or bullshited about delivery and motioned if we were ok. Again very odd. Like the guy we were dealing with had a reputation. Very not cool, but we a stove in a week and a half.

Frequently a customer of this location and happy with the majority of the employees Ive ever dealt with. Tonight, Lorene was a very pleasant cashier, especially for my running in approximately 30 minutes before closing. Hope to run into her again when I return the next time. Here is my problem with Home Depot. I own my own remodeling company and spend roughly about 12000 a month. ALL my business is with Lowes. And the reason is, THE ASSOCIATES ACTIKE YOUR ASKING THEM TO KILL SOMEONE WHEN YOU ASK THEM TO HELP. RHEY ACT LIKE ITS SUCH A BOTHER TO EVEN TALK TO THEM. I would love to spend all my money at the Depot because they carry Milwaukee products. But I refuse to because of the customer service.

Even with social distancing, the Home Depot teams were very helpful and supportive. It was good to see most customers respected the social distancing store requests and wore masks! Thanks for continuing to care for yourselves and others around you:-)!!

My cashier Precious was not very friendly. She didnt speak to me or the person behind me. She Was stuffing everything in 1 bag and was being very careless with my glass bird feeder. Very poor customer service skills. Wish I could give zero stars!!

9/22 Husband and I made a large $4000 cash purchase on appliances. All deliveries scheduled for 10/7 and 11/410/4 delivery rescheduled to 10/6. Delivery and installation were awesome though.11/5 husband receives a call at 930PM advising the next days delivery was rescheduled to 11/13.At this point, HD has had my money a month and a half and no appliance. Called HD and they contacted the delivery service and they said they were overbooked and rescheduled. I understand COVID delaying things but this was outrageous but I have been booked FOR A MONTH AND A HALF. I called Kelley Appliances and have the same fridge scheduled for delivery Monday 11/9.Ive spent nearly $30k at HD in the past four years for various items and am highly disappointed. Ill be taking my business to local suppliers. HD wont miss me since corporate thinks a single customer is a small fish in a pond. Ill feed a local mans family with my business.

Getting disappointed with the selection and staffing at the Evans Home Depot. Today there appeared to be ample staff, but multiple pallets of inventory blocking aisles waiting to be stocked. These obstructions made it very difficult to navigate the store.

9/3/2020 Update on new purchase from August. Had to return the mower today due to it shutting off while cutting grass. Exchanged for a NEW one and bring it home and unpack it to not find the charging base for the battery. It had the battery and the cord to plug in the charging base though. I am very upset as well as my mom. We will be coming by as soon as possible.
