I was so impressed by the customer service from the manager and an associate. I came in looking for a specific item and they both took the time to help me look for it and looked it up to see if they may be getting it back in or not. I greatly appreciate them both taking the extra steps to help me, we will definitely be back. Not to mention the store is every 12 year old girls dream come true it really is cool!

Nothing here is quality made but well worth the trip. Kids have a blast going through being able to pick from so many different things. Kids usually seem to enjoy going through and racking up on items and you cant beat what youll pay for it. Just dont expect anything to last. Customer service does not exist here. In the year or two of going idk if a employee has ever spoken to me

My favorite store of all time would have to be Five Below! Cheap and great prices. I bought most of my room decor and extras from this store. Thank you to the Five Below workers! You guys do an amazing job! Keep it up!👍

The store was very clean and products were well displayed, I just wish there was a better variety of products.

This place doesnt sell anything anybody needs, but if you are looking for a cheap gift, or a quick replacement phone cord and headphones, this is the place to go. They also have a bunch of candy and soda.Everything in the place is $5 or less, as the name states, Honestly, most of the stuff in this place is $5, but thats still a bargain, especially for the electronics.Check out my pictures to see some of the stuff I found while there.

We like to see what treasures we might find when we go. You never know exactly what you are going to find. They use only self checkouts which I dont mind, but that might bother some people.

Tool my granddaughter for a couple (2)items. Left with Many more. Staff friendly and informative of new requested items for young kids.

Ill keep going back for the candy alone. Theyve sometimes got some other cool stuff in the store, and i love a lit of their t-shirts. If your going to Target next door, do yourself a favor and pop in for 5 minutes

This store has EVERYTHING! I came here for the first time to get Easter basket fillers. They had food, candy, toys, art supplies, tech, clothing, workout gear, cosmetics, etc. You name it! I was pretty impressed with their selections and prices! You have to check yourself out, which I don’t mind at all. Some people may, but I prefer it since I am shy. I enjoyed shopping around and spent way more time than I had anticipated. I can’t wait to come back!

Clean, well laid out, but not a lot of variety. The majority of the store is candy and iPhone accessories. Theres small makeup, t-shirt, and random sections. There might be a neat find here and there. Friendly staff. I guess my expectations were higher as my first experience with this chain store was out of state, which had a lot more variety. Overall average.

Poor management. Cheap products break or rib in no time. Not worth the money you spend there unless youre getting Secret Santa gifts for that coworker that gives you trouble.

Lets talk about Five Below.... Think Dollar Store but with items that cost a lot more. You would think Five Below would mean $5 and under but there are things priced as high as $20 there. Everything is on shelves and end caps with the prices listed on the shelves and end caps. So if you get to checkout you will learn quickly that if something was moved or misplaced that the price isnt what you believed it to be. Its not a very big store. They do have some cool things there for some good deals. But overall it adds up very quickly! Its easy to have one bag of stuff and a bill of $60-70! Example, I grabbed a fridge magnet from the show the Office. It was $3.95! $3.95 for a 2x2 magnet! No thank you! There was only one employee that we saw working. Its self check out only and the check out lines are not clearly marked credit and cash. I found out after I rang all my items up that I was at a credit check out and needed to be at cash check out. So I had to get back into line all over again because there wasnt a employee around to help me. In my opinion its just a over priced Dollar Store with a smaller selection and no employees around to help you when needed. This is the first store in a while that I wont recommend and wont be visiting again. Youve been warned!

I have purchased there before. This time I was item specific. I didnt see what I wanted. But there are some decent gift ideas if youre having trouble finding items for others. The prices are reasonable and who knows you may spot something you like also. Remember, this season when shopping dont forget about you.

My favorite place to be when I want to feel like a kid in a candy store.

Went inside to get items for my party at the park bought balls hula hoops boxing gloves and horseshoe rings they had everything you can ask for.

There is a lot of great stuff for everyone of pretty much any age. The associates in the store were so friendly and we absolutely loved our visit. We drove from Aiken, SC; and it was a quick drive and easy to get to. We will definitely be back.

Prices were reasonable and quality okay.

Gud prices are great it adds up quickly though $70.00 in short time

Love going in this store. They always have great stuff! You end up coming out with a bunch of things! Lol!

Very disappointed. First off every time we would call they would put us on hold and end up hanging up on us. This happened over and over. So I gave up calling before we went and just headed over there. We dont live close so it was a good 30 minute drive. We get there and look eveey where for what we are looking for and do not see any. I get tk a pay counter and find an employee to ask and he says they are all out but i could see at least 5 behind the counter so I asked about them just to be told that someome just called and they were reserved for them. My daughter was looking forward to getting this item. It wad the whole reason for the trip. This happened about an hour ago and she is still crying asking how people can be so heartless and unfair.

Great deals! I got 2 16x20 canvases for $5.00, a dog bed for $5.00, a pack of glow in the dark acrylic paint tubes all for less than $20.00 (Same or similar items would have been over $50.00 in Hobby Lobby)

Had a decent stock of items, staff was friendly and helpful, and the store was pretty clean for it being the holidays. Ive always loved Fivebelow, and my kids are starting to as well. Just wish there was one closer to me.

You might call this store a high end dollar store and most items are, as name states $5 and below. I found cute lava lamp and dog outfit.

You can find alot of things in there. Only downfall is good not find one sales associate to help though. The prices are pretty reasonable as well.

Self checkout is a quick way to slow business down, especially given how few/small items are purchase. It would probably be just as quick and even cheaper to staff a person at a register. Another issue I have is the location charging more than advertised. Dollar Tree keeps it under a dollar as advertised, but Five Below would easily charge $5.55 hoping nobody questions it.

They had alot of stuff for some really awesome prices. Its kind of like a fancy dollar tree.

They have great finds, poor management. They need to keep the store organized at all times and clean. Refill the bagging area toys or items on floor need to be picked up.

Youre going to spend money here. Its inevitable. Staff is friendly and its well organized. They even have pinatas for 5 bucks vs the 20 youd spend at Walmart. Candy galore. Makeup. Sports stuff. Workout stuff. You name it, they probably got it.

Immediately became my favorite store to visit just for fun.HUGE selection of stuff $5 and under.The name conveys exacly what you can expect to pay, and so much of it is higher quality than I have come to expect from places like Family Dollar or Dollar General.They have something for every one, at every age.If you want to treat yourself on a budget, definitely go have a look!

Some things pricing could be better. Items rang up higher than priced.
