Kristin was extremely helpful picking out a beautiful tile at a great price. When the tile arrived, we realized the tile color was influenced by surroundings and would not work in our kitchen. The supplier was less than helpful at arranging a swap for another color. Kristin understood our dilemma, and arranged an even better price for our new color. Yes....we bought two separate colors, and were unable to use our original choice. However, I stuck with Merritt because of how they handled the situation. They did not cause the problem, but were sympathetic to our problems. How Kristin handled the situation made the difference. Very satisfied. And...the unusable tile matched our church colors perfectly....so it all worked out!

It was absolutely wonderful working with Kristin. We remodeled our master bedroom and were in need of something that matched the floor that was already installed throughout the bottom floor. Their selection and pricing far surpassed the other two locations I went to. I absolutely love my floors! I had no idea I could be this in love with floors before. Definitely recommend this place.

Merit Flooring did a great job with our new carpeting. John Haddon and Kristin were very helpful. John identified a carpet brand that would stand up to our dog and helped us avoid a costly mistake with our ceramic tile floor. The guys who installed the carpet were quick, efficient, and genuinely nice people. I definitely recommend Merit Flooring.

From helping pick out a carpet that fit our budget, to choosing the right type of carpet and color to withstand the busy-ness of our home Merit is top notch. The installers were great. Kristen McNair is the epitome of a perfect design consultant. She was absolutely awesome to work with. Kristen was extremely helpful, friendly and very patient with my sister and I while we remodeled our mothers 60+ year old kitchen. We came into the Evans location to look for backsplash along with our samples of the new cabinet finish and the countertops that we ordered. We picked a backsplash. Kristen came to our home to ensure that we ordered the exact amount of backsplash conducive to complete the installation as well as making sure that the tile selection would compliment the period of the house. Kristen stayed in contact with us on how the other components of the remodel. She assisted us with all aspects of the remodel from start to finish. We would highly recommend Kristen McNair to you assist you with any of your home improvement needs.

We just had Merit Evans put new carpet in the upstairs of our home. The entire experience went very well. Dan and Traci were very knowledgable and professional in helping us select a high quality yet affordable carpet that looks great. Our installers, Glen and Hunter, worked well together and were courteous and respectful of our home.

Overpriced. Staff in stores on weekend dont know their products. Owner snobby and will tell you to put flooring down in bathrm you have to pay for a Plummer to move tolliet. They need to train their staff to do that. We decided to get our flooring from another competitor who did not charge for that and put in a new seal and charged less for their flooring.

Poor quality along with terrible installation.We have Merit Flooring in our Ivey home. We paid extra to upgrade the entire downstairs. Long story short our floor has had problems since day one. Over the course of the first year we had Merit come fix our floors twice because they would pop when you would walk on them due to the glue coming loose. It took multiple phone calls to even get them to come out. I could understand a few boards over time but we now have 7-10 spots. Now it is past our year warranty and I have a popping floor and the last thing I am going to do is pay Merit to fix this after three attempts total failed. The product itself is fine but do not have them install it because your floor will sound like popcorn popping after a year! We are only 18 months in to this house with Merit floors I cant wait to see what happens in another 18 months.
