Do not order at this store - you will be terribly disappointed + a waste of money/time.Ordered online, Kevin, one of the managers at the store cancelled our order on the day of our daughters birthday and refused to provide the refund... Most terrible customer service I have experienced with any Edible Arrangement locations.
This has to be one of the most uncouth establishments that I have ever had the misfortune to encounter. I placed an order online and then the management from the store called me and asked me to send them a photo text of my credit card and my license to process the order. I then inquired as to why would I have to do that, because in all my years of LIVING no institution has every asked me to take a picture of my credit care and license and text it to them. The man then became very rude and then hung up on me. I then reached out to the corporate offices and expand what had occurred, and I was informed that what I was asked to do was not an Edible Arrangements police. I then called the store again to see if there was someone higher on the chain that I could speak with, I was turned over to the same person and I informed him that I has spoken with the corporate office and they informed that what he was asking me to do was not their police. He then became very belligerent and bovine. The way in which he spoke to me, not dying mule should be spoken to in such a fashion. I would urge every person of color to stay as far way from this unjust den of iniquity. The management lacks any time of professional decorum. The most prudent course of action for Edible Arrangements to take against this pugnacious management is to remove them from their chain. I personally will continue my social media campaign in letting Georgians know of the incredibly foul and filthy experience that I had with this place.
Ordered online, they could not deliver it and didnt do a follow phone call or email. Further cant refund because its already made...Im out of town but they want someone to come pick it up. Keep it because I will never utilize or recommend this branch again!! Happy Birthday from out of town.
I don’t know ... chocolate covered fruits is easy and sooo good in Germany ... I have a high standard when it comes to fruits and chocolate but this time I’m confused where the green stuff comes from. The strawberries are old and the bananas are mushy. My hubby got me that for our anniversary. 🥺 too bad it doesn’t taste good.
A friend of mine used to work here, and the cleanliness and freshness of some of their products are seriously questionable. She found infestation problems in the cold storage, and would routinely be asked to prepare food using spoiled product. While the food arrangements all look fantastic on the surface, it is whats happening behind the scenes that concerns me. If ownership were to provide some proof or pictures that their cold storage and product handling has improved, I would gladly amend my review.
I was having a problem ordering on the website so I called my Evans Georgia edible arrangements store and spoke with Vanessa and she was awesome! I was sending get well balloons to a 13 year old and she suggested replacing a few of the get well balloons with smiley face balloons and it was perfect!! If you need anything special, Vanessa, she’s awesome!

Wow wish I would have checked the reviews before ordering... Placed an order online at 11pm, called at 9am to cancel due to different plans. The girl who answered said yes that’s fine, the general manager will refund you when he comes in. I got a call TWO hours later from the GM saying this order IS going to be delivered, he will not cancel it and that NO ONE told me that it was ok to get a refund. Said the girl I spoke to didn’t tell me any of that... Literally called me a liar without having to blatantly say that... terrible customer service. On Edible Arrangements website it says you can cancel especially if it hasn’t left the store and my arrangement was STILL IN THE STORE.Use somewhere else!
So this time last year I made an order to be delivered. Ask my girlfriend if she got it. She said she didnt and said I was lying and didnt order anything. Caused a huge fight.Well today 11/20.. Kevin from the same Evans Ga. Location called to ask me if I wanted to order her another gift. I explained to him that she never got the order and even got my girlfriend on the line to verify that it wasnt delivered. Kevin at first said he would send her something when she went back to work as she is now on leave. I asked if he could send to her house and then he started arguing with me on the phone while she listened. This is so sad. Im trying to find out how to take this further.
Got an arrangement from my boyfriend to ask me to be his valentine of course I didnt know it was coming so I didnt answer the door first couple rings because I dont just answer the door if im not expecting someone when Im home alone well anyways guy circles back rings the door again I open I was like oh cool thanks and this guy goes on a straight rant about how is he supposed to deliver if i dont answer the door and my boyfriend who is clearly at work doesnt answer his phone literally to the point that i felt so bad that I messaged my boyfriend and told him about it. It was a terrible experience for something that shouldve been a good surprise.
I was an independent driver for Edible Arrangements for Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day in 2019. I really enjoyed working for this company. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. It was fun delivering surprise boxes to the customer’s and they were excited to receive them. If this company calls me again, I will not hesitate to help out again.
Received the fruit and flower bouquet. The fruit is awful. The only edible fruits are the cantaloupe and grapes. All other fruits has an unripe taste. I recommend they taste the fruit before they sell it. The fruit should be perfect for the price you pay. I would never purchase an arrangement.
Kevin should be fired. He is the most disgustingly rude human I have ever encountered. Because of a single person this company has lost the long time business of me, my family and anyone I can convince business forever.
Placed an order online with this store to have it delivered for Valentines Day. The item was not delivered on Valentines Day. When I called the store to express my concern as to why my item was not delivered on the day it was supposed to. The lady that answered the phone said that they ran out of time. RAN OUT OF TIME, WOW. I then asked her for a discount (not even a full refund) and she said that they couldnt do that. Now if you are a company that specialize in special occasion deliveries and on one of the biggest special occasion days you cant deliver, then what are you in business for. WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF I COULD RATE THIS STORE LESS THAN ONE STAR I WOULD.
My hubby ordered me dipped strawberries for Mothers Day. They could not deliver on base after telling him they could so he got charged a delivery fee even though I had to go and pick them up myself. Then, when i got them I ate one and put them up. The next day I go to eat more and they are molded already. What kind of fresh fruit molds after one night. They replaced them but the same exact thing happened with the new berries. Will never order anything from here again. Too expensive for moldy fruit!!!
Moldy fruit. Spoke to Kevin about it and he treated me worse than I have ever been treated. I called corporate. Mary from corporate was also treated poorly by Kevin, she had to escalate it to her superiors because no Edible Arrangements employee should behave in the manner Kevin does.
This is the best place to order a gift from!! Im guessing everyone has their own personal experiences because Ive never had a problem with this company. The white chocolate pineapples are my favorite. Josh, the manager, is a pretty awesome person! I love the staff, I love the fruit, I love Edible Arrangements!!!! Thank you guys!
Swift and organized! I ordered an arrangement here for some friends’ anniversary and they loved it. However, I forgot to include my name in the message along with the arrangement! It turns out they can not disclose the sender if the sender does not include the name in the message!!! So keep that in mind when you’re sending arrangements!
I like Edible Arrangements and am always grateful for beautiful and delicious deliveries. But picking orders up in the Evans store was anything BUT a pleasant experience! I stood there for nearly 2 minutes before either of the front desk staff even acknowledged me - even though at the time I was the only one in the store. As others came into the store, they made mewait while they waited on every other customer in the store but me. Finally, they came out of the back with my order, but again, they waited on everyone else except me! What should have been a quick in and out errand took over 10 minutes - and when I got my boxes they were dented and banged up. Definitely not impressed!! The product may be great but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

After purchasing online, this store was selected to fulfill and deliver the order. I recieved a call on the day of delivery stating the order could not be fulfilled due to a payment issue. I checked my bank statement and it appeared the payment went through. When I returned the call, the issue was my billing address which I attempted to confirm over the phone. The representative stated that I needed to come in and verify the address in person, since this could be a fraudulent charge. I live out of state and this would be impossible, so they asked me to send a copy of my drivers license. I explained that it was unsafe and pretty ridiculous to send photo copies of IDs over email. I offered to send an invoice from a bill, but that was not enough...so after a back and forward for a bit, I cancelled the order. Through this whole process, the manager never spoke with me directly, she just passed messages to the representative the phone. Fast forward 7 days later, my refund, for my potentially fraudulent order, has not been processed. I called back to inquire why, they needed to verify my address, the address not good enough to fulfill the order in the first place, and told me it would be another 3-5 business days. If I could give zero stars I would.
I would give 0 stars if it was an option. First, I called the day of delivery to ask when the order would be delivered. I was rudely told between 7am and 9pm. Wow, a 14 hour window!! At 2pm, the driver called me and forgot his gate pass into my neighborhood and told me he was going to leave the package at the gate. When I called today to ask for a refund on the $15 delivery charge, I was told since it was delivered to the gate that they could not refund the delivery charge. Thats completely unnaceptable. When I entered the order, I did not give the address to the gate. For a $15 delivery charge, I expect the order to be delivered to my home address. I will never order from this location again.

To busy to call about information the day it was placed several hours before closing that needed to be checked but still charged the visa card, call to get an understanding and man said he had to void the 1st order and start it over, asked for address again and said their system cant recognize the address, so he just going to push the first order through how and you voided it already and hung up. customer service skills suck will never order from here again

I get these and take to my wifes school for her to share with her fellow teachers in her group. This gets rave reviews every time. Compared to taking flowers on a special occasion, this is way, way better. 10 people LOVE these edible treats. Get the most chocolate options. Those pieces get eaten first.
I use this location of Edible Arrangements to send both local and long distance gifts. The staff is ALWAYS so helpful and the product is fantastic. My friends and family are ALWAYS thrilled to receive such a unique gift!
My order was a last min job. But the staff was friendly an was able to meet my request. My only problem was the price. I know there a big time fruit basket maker but dang 80 bucks for some cut up oranges. Smh, but this location is good an will do business with them again. 3stars

New location in Evans is terrible. Waited 25 minutes with no one else there to get two smoothies that were awful. Getting a strawberry smoothie and tasting nothing but straight watery banana. Wife got a frozen hot chocolate banana smoothie and it had no chocolate flavor at all, it tasted exactly like my strawberry smoothie. They also charged us extra, for the wip cream and chocolate that came with the drink . Employees are in experienced and dont know the recipes or menu which is why it took so long. Will not be returning.

If I could give a 0, I would. I have bought baskets in the past with no issues. Went in yesterday to the store and the staff was rude. We ordered last night online because this was for my daughter and the only thing shes wanted. I go into today to pick up the basket. Call after getting down the road because I see an issue, instead of trying to be sympathetic or help, the girl is whatever about it. When I said it will just be my last basket I buy, her response was ok. Will never buy there again.
If I could give this a zero I would. Husband ordered an arrangement was charged $100 for Valentines day...order never showed up. He called and texted with no response. Finally the next day, still after no delivery we had to physically walk into store where they could not find the order or tell us what happened. The associate offered to credit the shipping charge which is a given since they did not deliver. There was not a care given about the fact that they ruined the surprise gift on Valentines day. Only after I requested a full refund did the associate offer to have them create a package for us. Too little too late...horrible service.

Unorganized policy, lying customer service, and will take your money but ask questions later.Ordered online and went to put my 3 digit code in to pay, mistyped it and the website said please try again. Put it in correctly and it went through, immediately the money was deducted from my acct. About an hour later the store called me and just wanted to make sure it was me who really placed order since they saw an unsuccessful attempt. Ok cool. Spoke to the guy and he said yeah everythings good just checking. About another hour later I get another phone call and the guy says that their HQ wont let them make the order bc of fraud protection bc of the failed attempt I had the first time entering my info. So then the guy tells me if I can drive to the store itself and prove its me then they will make my order. I tell them cannot drive down there bc of my job. He says well your only option is just cancelling the order. I say fine cancel it. He tells me ok I just cancelled it. I get off phone and check my acct and the money was taken out but I didnt get a refund. I wait about 4 hrs to give it time to show but it never does. I call them back and ask them why havent I received my money back if they voided it? Im told they did but it might take 3 or 4 days bc of my bank, that my bank takes that long to process it. I hang up and call my bank to ask them if this is correct, they inform me that as soon as they see a refund deposit it will go back in my acct, and they check to see if they have any attempt to refund me, my banker tells me no attempt has been made. So call them again, I tell him no, my bank will process it as soon as they refund it, and that there has been no attempt to refund me. He tells me again they have refunded it, its just my bbanks fault. To no avail do they say any different. Just like a broken record, its your banks problem. So here I am, out of my money, no goods received, cancelled bc of their fraud proctection, and no refund bc of my banks problems. So my only option is to sit around and hope I get my money back that was taken from me. The only fraud protection I need is that of companies like that taking my money and not giving it back. And I would like to know the point of their fraud protection, my money was taken from me immediately. If it was fraud protection wouldnt the money have never been withdrawn from my acct to protect me? Or is it just take their money now, ask questions later, and never give their money back. I will never use them again, I wasnt even able to try them out once and they screwed me over. And as for my money they stole from me, my only guess is to really go through fraud protection against this company and dispute the charges with wells fargo as not me.
