If you are someone with multiple chronic illnesses who is accustomed to a competent pharmacy & pharmacy staff- definitely look elsewhere. This pharmacy is laughable, at best. Worst Walgreens staff I’ve had the distinct displeasure of having to interact with (and I’ve used Walgreens all across the country). Thankful to have other options because these people are anything but helpful, friendly, or concerned for the well-being of their patrons.
We used to have more luck here. Lately, everything we order (even a very common antibiotic ointment) is out of stock or delayed. The female pharmacist who I have spoken to on the phone the past few times is outright rude and unhelpful. I am about to give up on this place.
Not the best pharmacy out there. The staff is not professional and don’t know where is their stuff around the store.
Do not schedule your covid shot here! Had to wait for hours beyond our scheduled time and the staff at the pharmacy was incredibly rude. They refused to give an estimate for the wait time and blamed the delay on how many people they see in a day....yet they set the schedule and numbers to be seen.
That place is the worse drug store in the world. I have waited a half hour in the drive up. You can call ahead and they still cant manage to get all your prescriptions ready so you have to make two trips. I have had several times when they didnt have the medication you needed at all or they can only fill half your prescription. I dont know if all Walgreens in Columbia County are like that or only the one on Belair and hereford farm. It is truly a horrible experience.4 months later June 2021. Prescription was supposed to be ready on the first of the month. Its day 4 and they still dont have it. So calling and getting your Prescription so it is ready when you need it doesnt work either. Incompetence.
They made me wait in line for 35 minutes to pick something up from the pharmacy only to tell me the system is down, we cant sell you this medicine save time and money, go to Walmart
Tried to order photos via their website, when I got to the store there wasnt any at the photo counter, so first I had to go find someone to help me. Then, I was told that there photo machine was broken and she didnt know when it would be fixed. Which wouldnt have been a problem if the website had told me that, instead of me driving there and finding out in store. Then when I asked her to just cancel my order she just wrote my name down on a scrap of paper. Overall, less than impressed and Im just going to buy photo paper and print myself.
First, I called Walgreens on my fifteen minute break at work. I started talking. We communicated. She told me to hold on. I understood that reason why she told me to hold on. I just did not have time to wait. That was my fault about not having time to wait. I hung up. I had to get back to work.I called Walgreens again on my lunch break. The person who answered seemed to remember talking to me or knew about the previous communication through another pharmacist.I explained why I hung up on my 15min break. To me it was a relevant reason. While I was talking she told me what to do. I told her I am sorry, i just want to get to the root of the issue, so I continued to explain. She had no patience over the phone. She had a kind voice though. She told me that there is another call coming in and she told me she was going to put me on hold. Even though, I was not happy about it, I said, ok. I was not happy about it especially, when she put me on hold. I hung up. I was and still is mad. That is not good customer service. I am only rating this time with one star for this reason. I have not had any other known problems with them other than this. Everyone else, out there what do you think?. Again, everyone else out there, what do you think? Was I rude to hang up on her? I am going to ask my husband also.PS: The conversation had to do with my prescriptions.I have been buying prescriptions from them for awhile.Everyone knows my opinion already.
The pharmacist named David was soo nice and fixed the issue with my prescription and called and handled it for me. Also, I have to say he is one of the most outgoing and handsome men Ive seen...gorgeous eyes and a smile of kindness that would make ya almost faint. His wife is a lucky woman and Im sure alot of Walgreens pharmacy lady shoppers have thought the same!!!
Always nice and friendly and helpful
