I needed a photo to be printed onto three shirts quickly and Big Frog was able to help. They printed the photo onto the shirts within an hour and the quality is professional. The photo is printed into the shirt rather than how some stores will only have a sticker glued onto the outer layer. The shirts are made of heavy cotton which allows comfort while also allowing you to wash the shirts with the integrity of the photos remaining. Highly recommend if you want a professionally designed shirt that is comfortable, and able to be washed multiple times.

Good customer service. 3 stars on the Quality...Gildan Brand. Hidden additional fees. They quoted me one price and I paid for 60 shirts. I needed 6 additional shirts. They tried to charge me $19.99 for each even though original was $4.95 for each shirt with discount included. Never provided the quote after I asked several times for the 6 shirts, was told they would call me before printing the 6 shirts with the invoice amount and they never did but the company went ahead and printed the additional 6 shirts then 19,99 each. Then was told we reviewed your first order you owe a balance of $35.00 but my invoice shows paid in full. I didnt owe anything else I kept all my receipts. PLEASE ENSURE YOU GET THE FULL SUMMARY, KEEP EVERYTHING ALL EMAILS AND RECEIPTS. Interesting Fact! MY FIRST FAMILY REUNION T SHIRTS ORDER.. GOOD QUALITY BUT HIDDEN COST. Matt and the other graphic designer (cant remember her name) were super helpful!! We were planning a family vacation to Disney World and decided last minute to do family shirts. I called the store the day before I needed the shirts (16 total) and asked for a rush order and they had everything done within 24 hrs. We got four different shirt designs for a family of four. Each member of the family had his/her name on the shirt (Mommy, Daddy, Leia (Big Sister), and Julianna (Little Sister)). Each service member we interacted with was very friendly and patient. I wanted to have a t-shirt made with a specific design on the front. It was going to be the PERFECT Christmas gift for one of those guy friends who are impossible to buy for and no matter how hard you try, wont seemed very impressed, no matter what it is. My friends and I are huge Georgia Bulldog fans & this design was going to blow him away! As usual, Christmas was fast approaching and a schedule change meant I would actually see my friends on Christmas; not our usual second week of January. I needed this gift when I left town in 3 days. I was prepared for the small fortune it would take to make this happen. I search online for a local custom t-shirt shop and found Big Frog. I hurried over to plead my pitiful case to the young lady at the counter. No problem! No problem? NO PROBLEM!! She had my frenzy calmed within a few minutes. She suggested different shirt color options, got the design on her computer, tweaked the coloring a bit, and showed me the proof. It looked even better than what I had brought in. When she gave me the total, I was stunned! It was about 1/3 of what i thought it would be. I could pick up the shirt the next afternoon, in time for my trip. And it was a huge hit! My friend loved it (and his friends were so jealous, I came home with more orders).

I went in to order 2 quality t-shirts for a special girls event happening in 2.5 weeks. I was frustrated with a bunch of technical questions & explanations about t-shirt brands and printing techniques. The staff on duty did not even know how to use their own copier. I would have left my copy of the desired prints if I had confidence that they will get my order right. I left having paid in full for my order and unsure of when and what I will receive. Im going to another vendor to make a back up order just in case.

Found this place on google quick search. Great establishment with affordable pricing. Customer service was top notch. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to get my shirts ordered within 30 minutes for an extra charge. Well worth the price. I absolutely would reccomend this establishment.

DO NOT go here for embroidery- wanted a simple logo put on a couple shirts and they said 6 shirts minimum and $15 a shirt plus $35 embroidery fee (ridiculous) and a 2-3 week turnaround. This is all just robbery - don’t even offer it if you are going to overcharge significantly for it

I usually do not post any reviews but I was so impressed by the kindness of Matt at Big Frog that I the least I could do in return is let other know. My daughter received a student of the month certificate for a free shirt from big frog back in January. As busy parents we didn’t make the time to have the shirt done immediately and then Covid happened. We are now due to PCS and I went into the store as a last minute to see if we could have it done. I explained to Matt our situation and told him we were on a very short timeframe. Matt worked with us and had the shirt completed for us. His customer service skills very exceptional and my 7 year old felt so proud that he addressed her and told her to keep up the good work. I would recommend this particular location to anyone. My experience was wonderful. I purchased a few shirts for homecoming at the last minute. They helped me with designing the shirt and they were able to get them back to me the next day. This was the same weekend as the Breast Cancer Walk and they had a lot of orders to do. The staff had excellent customer service. I called in and placed my order for some T-shirt’s for our daughters gender reveal party and I was taken care immediately and even sent a design of my shirts via email to make sure it met my approval. Big Frog saved my big butt on Christmas Eve!!! I had special ordered my brother and his wife a T-shirt from a dog rescue site which promised to be delivered by Dec 23 at the very latest. His wifes came in but his didnt and we were meeting for lunch Christmas Eve. I live in Winston-Salem, NC but was in Evans, GA with my parents for the weekend. My mom suggested we try Big Frog.... they created the shirt in a matter of minutes and had it printed and in my hands within 15 minutes and the kicker was it only cost a couple of dollars more due to the rush order. The staff at Big Frog made my day! From now on, Ill start with Big Frog and then cut a check to the Humane Society near my home with the savings.

Hmph, let me tell you... first 3 times ordering from them, was great, and then, on an almost 500.00 order they sent some shirts with a word misspelled. It was caught on the proofs and requested they fix it, but nope, didnt happen. Had to go back again, after the trip to have the spelling fixed, because wrong sizes were sent. They assured they would have them printed and waiting. But upon arrival that had not been done and I had to wait there for them to print them... sloppy mistakes and disregard for my time...it just doesnt show a good message to customers... shirts are good quality when they are printed correctly...

Simple process, friendly people. I showed up on a Saturday about five minutes before close. I was welcomed in and never felt pressured even though I was keeping them late. They took my design, digitized it, and show me the design on the shirt. The entire process took about 20 minutes. I even gave them a wrong size and had to call first thing on Monday morning, The change was not a problem. Got an email a few days later saying they were ready. From the moment I walked in the door until the time I walked out with the final product it was a pleasant experience. If I need anything else printed I know where I will Go.

I came in with a minor crisis due to an Amazon delivery failure, and within 15 minutes wed designed the shirts I needed, selected the t-shirt colors themselves, and I was on my way. I was very impressed with Taylor, she was very knowledgeable about the product and produced a proof in a timely manner. She was accepting of my changes and was very helpful when I came in to pick a font, even with the internet off line.
