But, I was so impressed by the professionalism and knowledge of this company.... beginning with the person who answered my call, to the technician that came out to:- repair my door so that it was usable again,- educate me on the types of garage door openers,- patiently educate me on the different types of manufactured doors,- recommend the best type of door for my garage, &-finally install my new door and opener.The technician answered EVERY question I asked, with patience. They patiently fixed my broken garage door (it had come off the track & was hanging mid-air over my vehicles) to make it usable until the new one arrived. Then he made sure I was satisfied with its operation ... he assured me it was going to be fine while we waited on the new one to arrive. Friendly, prompt, professional! They installed a garage door opener for me about a month ago. The gentleman was in & out quickly. Very courteous and was able to guide me through the entire setup.About a couple of weeks later, I called them back to repair my moms garage. We never expect things to go wrong all at once. However, my garage door stop working on a Wednesday. The tensioner spring snapped in two. I called Aiken Augusta Garage Door at 9 PM and Lisa answered with such professionalism. She answered my questions and gave me several options to choose from. These guys were extremely quick and proficient. I didnt have an appointment and they saw me within an hour of calling. It wasnt even for a garage door. It was for the garage door like spring in the rear of an enclosed trailer that was malfunctioning. He fixed it quick, fast, and in a hurry. After the technician accessed my door he noticed that the previous company who installed my motor did not install in correctly. Richard fixed the problem with my motor within 30 minutes. I came home from work at 4 in the morning and I pulled in my Garage I went to close it and it fell it was hanging over my car. Within 30 minutes of calling the technician was at my house. He was able to save my door and my car! I highly recommend this company.
