After trying several other drop-off type locations, I went here, and Marie put in the time and effort to get my shipment out, very professional, even though it turned out the label was poorly printed at home. Thanks again to her for going above and beyond what we usually expect when we enter a shop with a problem, (especially when we caused it to start with!)
Closed during the hours they are supposed to be open. Sign on the door that says back at 5:45 when they close at 6pm. Employee never came back. Sign has been on the door since 5pm. Update 5:55pm. There qre 11 people waiting outside. Employee walks up with taco bell and says, damn, I was hoping everyone would have left by now. Trash places. Use UPS. More reliable and open when they say.

I was just dropping off a prepaid package to be be shipped. After reading the past reviews, I was a bit scared to stop in here.My experience was super, I was helped right away, with a friendly smiling face.
Everytime I order a pc, fedex manages to break it and leave me with a $3000 paper weight.

Avoid this location at all cost unless you want them to give your package away to random strangers. I went to pick up my packages and the staff explained that they gave my packages to another customer. I asked how did that happened since they are supposed to check IDs and they said yes the packages were on top of some others??? No effort to make it right just said sorry..... absolutely horrible customer service and incompetence on their part. Avoid this location unless you want to lose your packages.
Package was not delivered. FedEx 800 # only has recordings. This location made an accidental but crucial mistake which they admitted but were not willing to help resolve.Andy at the Mullins Crossing, Evans Ga. office said that once it leaves this location, the package is not their problem; he recommend calling the 800 number some more.
Do not, under any circumstances, ship internationally from this location. The staff assured me that all of the paperwork I had provided was correct and would get my packages through customs without issue. While I had done everything correctly, they had failed to properly fill out their commercial invoice, causing my packages to be severely delayed by customs. I was left to fix the problems they had caused for nearly a week before I received my packages (they were almost returned to the United States because of the lengthy delay).More generally, I feel that there is an air of general incompetence and lack of urgency at this location. They are routinely understaffed, leading to interactions in which an employee seems to just yes you to death no matter what you ask or say—couple that with major headaches like the one they caused me, and you begin to wonder if using FedEx is even worth it.You would be better served either by using DHL or going to a different FedEx location.I repeat: do NOT ship internationally from this location.
I was greeted at the door and received excellent service from Trinity. She walked me through the shipping process, showing confidence and was incredibly polite. I will absolutely be returning.
Wow, wish I had read the reviews before ... THEY HATE PRE PAID CUSTOMERS and will nickle & dime you for every extra they can ($3.99 to stuff a box that has never needed to be done before). FedEx should review this location ... I will not be back ....
Came in today manger or whoever he was was really rude stated we don’t except items in a shoe box it’s a shoe box. Ok got it didn’t even offer to give me anything to package item in or show me what I can use won’t be going back here.
Great Customer Service
The manager was very rude and declared that I must repack the box which was unopened from Fedex. They charged me 3.99 to stuff the top with tissue paper. She also told me that that tracking was included only to find no tracking number on the receipt. I have no way to know where the package is now and the store will not answer the phone. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Manager is very rude to prepaid customers since they cant get money from them.They used several reasons to reject shipment.1. The box is not good even if the box was shipped by fedex before. You need to buy fedex box.2. The item inside the box is moving. You need to use fedex service to repack it.3.
